PoliticsRe: Muslims Are More Than Christians In Nigeria - Remi Tinubu by AlphaTaikun: 1:37am On Feb 16
Eriokanmi:
I don't agree. How many Muslims are there in ekiti where tinubu had also won?what of Ogun, Ondo and Oyo states ? It's not as if he didn't get votes in lagos but lagos, being a cosmopolitan state and well-exposed, we didn't vote based on bigotry.

More Christians voted tinubu in the south than those Muslims who did same in the north. The majority of Northern Muslims voted atiku instead, check it. Imagine tinubu losing core Northern states to atiku. Remi lied as usual. Christians outnumber Muslims in Nigeria and not debatable. Only Kano has the largest number of Muslims in the north and you cant compare it with lagos population. Muslims in Kaduna are mainly in the northern part of Kaduna. The largest population of the southern Kaduna people are Christians. In adamawa, if i tell you Christians outnumber Muslims, would you agree?

Remove ilorin Muslims from kwara, what you have left is mixed in the state. Niger,.like the majority of the core northern states is only big in land mass and less in population. I'm a core Nigerian and have been everywhere
Christians don't outnumber Muslims in Nigeria. I differ with your post based off of credible historic data from the British Colonial years. I'm NOT a Muslim but I deal with FACTS.

Even as far back as the 1950s, the population of the adherents of the Yoruba religion (Ifa) was more than the Xtians hence even as of 2026 many families still bear as prefixes, the names of Yoruba deities in their family names such as Ifa (Fayemi, Fakunle, Fayose, Faleke, etc), Ogun, Osun, etc. Based on the 1973 census, the Xtians had overtaken with some population advantages in Yorubaland due to the younger ones gravitating towards the religion brought by agents of Colonialism.

My point here is that with the available religious and population demographics map of Nigeria of the 1950s which I have at my disposal, there's NO way with the higher birth rates among Muslims that the Xtians would be more than the Muslims as of 2026.

Mark you, after the Hausas, the Yorubas have the second highest population of Muslims in Nigeria with Islam having FIRST arrived in the Oyo Empire 500 years ago from the Mali Empire hence the name "Esin Imale" used to describe Muslims in Yorubaland in the past. The Kanuris come third with their Muslim population.

Even the official 1891 population census of Isale Eko (Lagos Island) CLEARLY shows that the Yoruba folks who were adherents of the Yoruba religion were far more than the Xtians. The Muslims were also far more than the Xtians. The population census figures of 1891 are online for Lagos Island. There were some Tapas, Hausas, the different subgroups of Yorubas were listed. However I didn't see the Yorubas of Ilaje extraction from Ondo State, the Ijaws and Ibos on the 1891 census of Eko (Lagos).

Youngster, you don't tell me what to write and what NOT to write here on this Website!

Contrary to you illiterate post, General Muhammadu Buhari and Idiagbon were NEVER overthrown because of any Muslim-Muslim situation. That's highly IRRESPONSIBLE of you to twist history that you NEVER witnessed. Those who led that 1985 military coup were majorly Muslims and Middle Belt accomplices.

Second, Chief MKO Abiola, GCFR SAN having his Presidential election VICTORY annulled had absolutely NOTHING to do with he and Ambassador Kingibe (who is a Kanuri just like the current Vice President Kashim Shetima) being Muslims.

You are spreading historical disinformation here and you will be countered because you aren't wise.

The game took place on February 8, 2026, at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California, the second Super Bowl to be held in the stadium and the third to be in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Seahawks' victory was their second, previously having won 2013's Super Bowl XLVIII during their Legion of Boom era.

The Seattle Seahawks routed the New England Patriots 29–13 to claim their second Lombardi Trophy.

Players of Nigerian descent on the team’s lineup who helped achieve this victory include Jalen Oluwaseun Milroe, quarterback; Nick Emmanwori, a defensive standout; Uchenna Nwosu, a veteran linebacker; Boye Maye, a linebacker; and Olu Oluwatimi, an irrepressible offensive lineman.

Over the years, the NFL has seen a steady rise in the number of players of Nigerian heritage, many of whom have excelled across offensive and defensive positions.

Key contributors for Seattle included Boye Mafe, Nick Emmanwori, Olusegun Oluwatimi, Uchenna Nwosu, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba.

Congratulations to 'Boye Mafe and the rest of the players of Nigerian descent who played in the 2026 Super Bowl.

That article above is from Gazette which is notorious for twisting the ORIGINAL comments people make in order to manipulate the largely GULLIBLE public. I will have to see Senator Oluremi Tinubu's original video interviews to get more clarity on this topic. The young men running Gazette are highly IRRESPONSIBLE liars. They fabricate FAKE news a lot and they need to come under the surveillance of the intelligence agencies.

Second, a lot of the young ones here do NOT realize that historically in Lagos State, the 1979 to 1983 Unity Party of Nigeria (UPN) government led by Alhaji Abdullatif Jakande and his Deputy-Governor Alhaji Jafojo was a "Muslim-Muslim" ticket and we who were alive as of 1979 and 1983 did NOT protest. The Yoruba folks who were NOT Muslims did NOT see anything wrong in that religious combination in 1979 and 1983. Even the 1993 June 12 Presidential elections was a Muslim-Muslim ticket and Chief MKO Abiola, GCFR, won that election.

The iconic nationalist, Chief Jeremiah Obafemi Awolowo, GCFR, SAN who is from Ikenne-Remo in Ogun State was the National Leader of the UPN during the Second Republic and he lifted the hand of Lateef Jakande (Jakande was born on Lagos Island BUT his parents are ORIGINALLY from the Yoruba town of Omu Aran in Kwara State. Alhaji Jafojo was an indigenous Yoruba-Awori man from Lagos State) up to endorse him as the candidate. Jakande and Jafojo both won a re-election as Governor and Deputy-Governor in 1983 devoid of this sickening religious bigotry being projected by some ethnic bigots. Fortunately, the people of Southern Kaduna who rejected APC due to insidious people like Nasir El-Rufai's bad treatments as the Kaduna State Governor have moved largely to APC from PDP and Labor due to the FACT that the current APC Governor of Kaduna State is doing well and is an all-inclusive Governor. Performance is key regardless of any religious combinations. Period.
PoliticsRe: Banditry: No More Street Begging In Kwara State - Kwara State Government by AlphaTaikun: 8:02pm On Feb 14
press9jatv:
Kwara State has taken a bold step by declaring that it will no longer tolerate street begging being used as a cover for criminal activities. This decision follows the arrest of a suspected bandit who was reportedly posing as a beggar. That alone should wake us up.

Street begging is no longer just a social issue. It has become a security concern.

When large numbers of able-bodied young people roam the streets under the guise of begging, it creates room for criminal infiltration. Some hide weapons. Some gather intelligence. Some monitor communities. What looks like sympathy can easily become vulnerability.

But beyond security, there is a deeper issue we must address honestly: the culture of uncontrolled birth without responsibility.

No society can progress when families continue to bring children into the world without the capacity to feed, educate, clothe, and protect them. Children should not be born into suffering. They should not grow up on the streets. They should not become tools in the hands of criminals because their parents failed to plan.

Compassion does not mean enabling irresponsibility.

Parents must understand that raising a child is not only biological it is economic, emotional, and moral. Giving birth is easy. Raising responsible citizens is the real duty.

The North, particularly parts of Arewa, must confront this reality. If we truly care about dignity, we must stop celebrating poverty disguised as destiny. We must stop normalizing child neglect. We must stop turning a blind eye to street cultures that expose children to crime, drugs, and exploitation.

Kwara’s enforcement must go beyond arrest. It should include:
• Rehabilitation programs
• Family planning awareness
• Compulsory education enforcement
• Strict monitoring of organized street networks

Security begins with responsibility. And responsibility begins at home.

Children deserve better than the streets. Society deserves better than insecurity masked as sympathy. 🫩🫩
That's a terrible lifestyle.

It's important to ONLY give these handouts to very elderly folks over 70 who are not financially able or who have medical challenges NOT people younger. It would be wise to give younger, able-bodied people grants to go into businesses that bring in good ROI for them in the field of small-scale and medium-scale agribusiness and cultivation of the latest improved seedlings of fast-growing crops and vegetables from IITA or other ventures that are in great demand. The statement further observed that these politicians had previously played roles in the 2022 governorship election and are now aligning with APC ahead of the upcoming polls.

“The recent political shifts indicate that many prominent leaders are moving away from PDP/Accord, pointing to a clear rejection of Governor Ademola Adeleke.

“While Accord focuses on recruiting politically stranded figures, the APC continues to attract seasoned, results-driven leaders committed to Osun’s development.”

“The caucus encourages all stakeholders to continue engaging constructively for the development of Osun State.”

The Osun Central Elite Caucus reiterated its interest in monitoring political developments and supporting processes that strengthen governance and representation in the state.

CultureRe: Dispelling The Myopic Narrative That Ikwerre's Don't Travel by AlphaTaikun: 7:23pm On Feb 14
Spiff20:
The Ikwerres are a distinct and major tribe in Rivers State, occupying four Local Government Areas, namely: Ikwerre, Emohua, Obio/Akpor, and Port Harcourt City Local Government Areas. They own approximately 80% of Port Harcourt, the capital city, with the remaining belonging to the Okrikas. Over the years, I've had to witness the sore sight of social media content, and the ear-irritating sounds of people saying "Ikwerre's Don't Travel". While I find that stereotypical and unfounded, it reeks of ignorance. And I'm here to dispel the narrative. When I'm done, whoever chooses to still peddle the narrative, should come back here and read this post, slowly this time. So here are my points.

1. It's Entirely Personal

Traveling is as personal as preferring rice to beans, or horror movie to comedy. It has nothing to do with any tribe. To generalize that the Ikwerre's don't travel is to say every Ikwerre man by default prefers to stay in Port Harcourt rather than travel. Which smells of miseducation, or even no education. I'm an Ikwerrian, and I love to travel, boy you don't want to know. Decidedly, I schooled in Calabar and served in Kano, ditching Uniport and UST, and failing to redeploy. It's personal because I love traveling and I'm so sure there are thousands of others like from the said Ikwerre like me who love the outdoors, would prefer to stay away from home. It has nothing to do with tribe, it's purely personal. There are many Igbos, hausas, Yorubas, Efiks, Idomas and the likes who will prefer to stay back home rather than travel.

2. The Intent

What's the main reason for traveling? Green pastures. People travel for greener pastures or migrate to the greener side. I barely see the Igbos or Ibibios grab their bags and say they are traveling to Lagos for sightseeing or because they love traveling. It's always for the hustle. And Port Harcourt is Nigeria's third most developed city with tons of opportunities for those willing to work hard. Other people migrate to Port Harcourt for greener pastures and strangers are more than indigenes in Port Harcourt. So do you expect a Port Harcourt boy to migrate to Asaba for greener pastures when an Asaba boy came to Port Harcourt for the same Greener pasture? Are you going backwards or forward?

3. Why Always Ikwerre?

I've traveled up to 20 states in Nigeria and I've never for once met anyone who told me they are from Lagos. Not living there. I mean, a Lagos indigene that said my village is Ikeja, Ketu, Oworo, Oshodi, or Epe. I've never seen. Doesn't that lend more credence to the fact that people travel to greener pastures. Where does a Lagosian go to when every day, buses arrive Lagos from all 36 states. Why are Lagos indigenes not being dragged? Why is it always Ikwerre? And not even Rivers People, but Ikwerre, which by the way is beyond Port Harcourt.

4. The Baseless Comparisons

When people say Ikwerre people don't travel, there's always a comparison and there's no denying that. The reason why you said Ikwerre's don't travel is because you've travelled far and wide and seen Igbos, Yorubas, Hausas, Efiks, Edo People, Ibibios and many other tribes, but Ikwerre. That's why you arrived at the conclusion. Quick question. How big is Ikwerre compared to the Igbos or Yorubas? How come you are blindly comparing one small tribe of four local governments to a tribal nation of 5 states, or the one of 6 states. Their population as a tribe will dwarf Rivers State, let alone one small beautiful tribe - Ikwerre. Can't you see that you're comparing without thinking, or you're just channeling your anger to one direction because one Ikwerre landlord in Port Harcourt was cruel to you?

5. The See Finish

When you stay with people for long, you see all sides there is to them - the good, the bad, and the ugly. These strangers have lived in Port Harcourt long enough to see all sides of the Ikwerre's including their bad sides that they fail to realize the good. They are so focused on the evil and don't realize that several families in Port Harcourt have students across all states in Nigeria. There's NURSS, let me simplify it because, perhaps, your bias won't even let you know what it is. NURSS is an acronym for National Union of Rivers State students with their secretariat in Rivers State University. This student body is present in nearly all Federal and State Universities in Nigeria, with the Ikwerre's part and parcel of them, even leading some of them. Perhaps your bias you won't let you realize that several Ikwerre families have children abroad studying or working. The same bias won't also let you realize that Ikwerre civil servants, soldiers, business men, MCs, comedians, musicians, pastors, public speakers, and just name them, all travel from one state to another for work purposes. When you focus on the bad so much that you fail to see the good, because of one bad landlord, you are only shortchanging yourself and may never see the good of the land. Perhaps, if I were to live in your village, which I can't because Port Harcourt beats it handsdown, I'll realize too many stinky habits and how some of your people are wicked landlords, lazy, drunkards, sell land to many people and do all the nasty things you paint Ikwerre black for. But I can't. You are in Port Harcourt because your village lacked the opportunities you sought. If it was perfect, you wouldn't be here. Now that you found one oil company job in Port Harcourt that's paying you well, when your village couldn't, instead of you to manage the bad sides of the natives because nobody is perfect, you decide to raise a campaign of slander?

In summary, you could say Ikwerre's don't travel and let's assume I decide to agree with you. So what you are telling me now is that, an Ikwerre boy who's lucky to have his family's land taken by one of the oil or construction companies and got compensated with a job of around 400k per month, should abandon the job and go to Lagos to seek for more uncertain opportunities, or head to Owerri to hustle so he can prove to you that Ikwerre's travel? Is that what you want? When he's not Abraham acting on God's instructions? Even at that, they still travel for the fun, including for burial, marriages, and events that can take someone to different states and that's traveling, which if you know, comes in different forms. So quit the alreading nauseating narrative. If you traveled and didn't see Ikwerre people where you traveled to but saw other tribes, that's because the other tribes are more in numbers than the Ikwerre's with several states, that's because the other tribes have cities less developed than Port Harcourt, that's because the Ikwerre's are content which isn't a bad thing, and that's because, you may be too blinded with your notion already, to see the ones that travel like me or may have passed them off as Igbos because of their names.

Let's be guided.
That's an insightful and brilliant post on the indigenous Ikwerre folks of Rivers State and their travel habits.

As a globally well-traveled man for decades now, I can say WITHOUT a shadow of doubt that there are indeed Ikwerres in Lagos State and the United States for instance, so its a testament to the FACT that Ikwerres do travel out of their traditional Rivers State ecosystem. I knew two Ikwerres while attending an elite high school with bording facilities in a major Northern Nigerian State several decades back (we used to affordably fly as students via Nigeria Airways, Okada Air or Kabo Air as of the 1980s from Lagos to school), who are from prominent families in PH.
Herbert Wigwe himself was from an Ikwerre family lineage (his father was even an army officer serving in Abeokuta as of 1966 when the FIRST EVER ill-advised Military coup by those youngsters took place) and he bestrode the financial and corporate landscape of Nigeria like a colossus right from Lagos State, one of the main commercial hubs of Nigeria till he unfortunately passed on with some of his nuclear family members and close associate, the Ogun State-born Abimbola Ogunbanjo that 'copter crash in California.

TravelRe: Without Leaving My House, Passport Was Produced In Two Days And Delivered by AlphaTaikun: 12:40pm On Feb 14
Melezenawii:
I have been screaming “Omo!!” in disbelief!

Nigeria has left me in total shock!

WITHOUT LEAVING MY HOUSE, PASSPORT WAS PRODUCED IN TWO DAYS AND DELIVERED TO MY DOOR! 😱

Here’s the gist. I randomly realized that the Nigerian passport of someone VERY CLOSE to me was expiring in a few months time and we needed to get it renewed ASAP. So I took on the responsibility to get it done.

I started contacting a few folks to see if they had any “connect” at the Nigerian Embassy in Washington DC or the Consulate in Atlanta, GA, because I’ve always dreaded the thoughts of renewing a Nigerian passport due to many gory stories I’ve heard about the process.🥶

Anyways, I got a few advice on what to do/some connects as well. But what stood out to me? A couple of folks said they renewed their passports without leaving their houses and got it done and sent to them in 1-3 months. Ehn!! Of course I’ve read some good stories online but as with our dear Nigeria - “seeing is believing.”😏

After much agitation, fear and doubt, we decided to use the contactless renewal system.

We filled the application online, took the biometrics with our phone, uploaded a passport photograph and boom!

Payment time! I was like “God Abeg o - I no get time to go fight with anybody for that office o” 😣🤣

We paid $230 for booklet fee and $100 for contactless fee (PS: there’s a $50 money order to be paid too). We sent the old passport to the Nigerian Consulate in Atlanta, Georgia and USPS showed that it arrived there 3 days later.

After some days, I went to check the tracking number, it was still processing but no sign of the new booklet being shipped to me yet.

Yesterday! I checked the application online portal, to my surprise, it was on the last step. I saw:

“✅ Passport Produced, Ready for Collection” and last step

“✅Passport Issued/Collected”…

I didn’t believe it and I told myself it must be an error because that was way too quick 😂

was like ahh! Let me check the USPS Mail Tracking code first … Lo and behold! It showed that the Passport will be delivered to my house that same day by evening.

I first shouted “What!!” “How”! I was in disbelief because it was too fast and too hassle-free to be true! Something that you’d need to pay bri^e and wait almost for eternity to get? And now, it’s showing I will get it so quickly without leaving my house or paying anyone?

Wait for the biggest shocker! Being curious, I checked the tracking history, and I saw that the passport was produced in only 2 DAYS after my shipped file of money order and old passport arrived the Atlanta Consulate and on the third day it was given to USPS to send to my house. And USPS delivered the old and new passports to my house safely, as seen in the photo.
So, I know we’re quick to criticize Government but this is me giving you your flowers, Honourable minister,
@BTOofficial
and the
@nigimmigration
.

I hope that other public services will be as efficient as this and that bad eggs won’t spoil this good work.

https://x.com/Naplaymaker/status/2021909403532722249

That's highly impressive. Delivery of Nigerian passports in the United States and for the larger Nigerian Diaspora is getting faster and more efficient. It's NOT rocket science when it comes to removing the inneficiences of several decades.

Nasir El-Rufai confessed that Miyetti Allah (MACBAN) served as the link when paying the foreign Fula herdsmen and militia bandits instead of using the INTERPOL to arrest them and bring them to justice in Nigeria. This is further evidence that Miyetti Allah or MACBAN is a known terror sponsor in Nigeria. It's NOT surprising because official evidence shows that more than 90% of Miyetti Allah members in Nigeria are NOT from Nigeria BUT Niger Republic, Mali, Cameroon. He's trying to divert attention from himself for his past misdeeds to the people of Southern Kaduna who he supported his fellow foreign Fula militia bandits to kill in hundreds.

Nasir El-Rufai then openly boasted on Channels Television in 2017 (the videos are still online) paid millions in compensation to the foreign Fula militia bandits and herdsmen from Niger Republic, Cameroon, Mali, etc, instead of getting the INTERPOL to arrest the Fula herder militia and bandits and bring them to justice in Nigeria
. He used the network of Miyetti Allah to track the Fula militia bandits down to the foreign countries where they originally come from into Nigeria. I have posted the 2017 Channels Television videos where Nasir El-Rufai confessed that he paid foreign Fula militia after attacks on Southern Kaduna. Such people like Nasir should be serving jail time right now after trial in the International Criminal Court of Justice.

PoliticsRe: Nigeria’s Crude Oil Production Hits 1.45 Million BPD, Highest In Africa by AlphaTaikun: 11:54am On Feb 13
Editorialtimes:
Nigeria Oil Production Rises to 1.459m bpd in January 2026 – The Business Bureau

Nigeria’s crude oil production rose to 1.459 million barrels per day (bpd) in January 2026, reinforcing its position as Africa’s largest oil producer despite remaining below its Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) quota.

The figures were disclosed in OPEC’s latest Monthly Oil Market Report (MOMR) released on Wednesday, a key development in Nigeria News Today as investors track output levels and fiscal performance.

The latest data highlights modest month-on-month growth in output but underscores Nigeria’s continued struggle to meet its assigned production ceiling.

While the increase signals gradual recovery in output levels, structural and operational challenges continue to weigh on the oil sector.

Although Nigeria retained its top ranking on the continent, the country has now recorded six consecutive months of production below its OPEC quota.

OPEC Data Shows Modest Output Growth

Nigeria’s crude oil production rose from 1.422 million bpd in December 2025 to 1.459 million bpd in January 2026, reflecting a month-on-month increase of 37,000 bpd. The figures were sourced through direct communication between OPEC and Nigerian authorities.

However, Nigeria’s OPEC production quota remains 1.5 million bpd, leaving January output about 50,000 bpd below the assigned ceiling.

Secondary sources cited by OPEC placed Nigeria’s production slightly higher at 1.47 million bpd, illustrating the methodological differences commonly observed in OPEC reporting.

Libya ranked second in Africa with 1.37 million bpd during the same period.

Six Months Below OPEC Quota

Nigeria has struggled to consistently meet its OPEC production quota over the past year due to persistent security and infrastructure challenges.

Oil theft, pipeline vandalism, and years of underinvestment in upstream infrastructure have constrained production capacity across key oil-producing regions.

The country has now missed its 1.5 million bpd quota for six consecutive months, with the last time it met the target recorded in July 2025.

Operational disruptions and routine maintenance issues have also weighed on output performance.

Although output has shown gradual improvement in recent months, industry analysts maintain that structural reforms and enhanced security measures are critical to sustaining growth and closing the quota gap.

OPEC Output Trends and Market Strategy

Beyond Nigeria, OPEC reported that total crude oil production by Declaration of Cooperation (DoC) countries averaged 42.45 million bpd in January 2026, according to secondary sources.

This marked a month-on-month decline of 439,000 bpd compared to December levels, aligning with OPEC’s broader market stabilisation strategy.

The reduction reflects ongoing production management efforts by oil-producing nations aimed at balancing global supply amid fluctuating demand and macroeconomic uncertainties.

Why Oil Production Matters for Nigeria

Oil production remains central to Nigeria’s economic stability, as crude exports account for the bulk of foreign exchange earnings and a significant share of government revenue.

Improved output levels are expected to support fiscal performance, ease pressure on external reserves, and strengthen budget implementation.

The Federal Government adopted a 2.6 million bpd oil production benchmark for 2026 but plans to use a more conservative 1.8 million bpd for budgeting purposes.

The Business Bureau will continue to monitor oil production trends and their implications for fiscal policy and foreign exchange stability as part of its in-depth coverage of Nigeria News Today.

That's a big deal in the oil and gas industry. More value addition of crude oil and gas output is required for export and FX inflows though. Kudos to Nigeria.

Damn! Aregbesola was the FIRST EVER Nigerian-American this would happen to when he allegedly fell off his Military ship into the sea in rough weather.

This is the 2nd time such an event of a Nigerian-born American Military officer falling into the sea would take place.

Though this is one of the harzards of the profession, BUT these two situations should be investigated to exclude sabotage.

Mild drama at the market as a young lady was caught while she and her boyfriend were attempting to steal. Her boyfriend ran away the moment they were apprehended, leaving her behind.

The young lady was filmed sitting on the ground, seemingly regretting her actions. Some market onlookers could be heard saying she should be stripped naked, while others begged for her not to be harmed.

The video has sparked various funny reactions online, with some speculating that the couple were trying to steal in preparation for Valentine’s Day. With the economy so harsh, not everyone can afford to go shopping on February 14, so this Romeo and Juliet duo may have resorted to shoplifting to celebrate the occasion.

Stealing deprives the other person of what s/he has worked for. These unimaginative young ones should learn to be creative for once in generating income streams WITHOUT stealing. Look out for empty land or rent some landed urban space and grow all kinds of fast-growing vegetables and peppers for instance and make some income for yourselves by selling in a Farmers Market. That's just one of the basic examples around that young people in Nigeria, Kenya, SA, Uganda, etc, have used to make money. Rinse and repeat.

Which is the best Generation according to you?
The Diego Maradona, Pele, Socrates, Zico, Falcao, Serginho, etc, generation that played right from the late 1970s through to the early 1990s is still the BEST generation to me in terms of pure skills in the field of play. The German machine (German soccer team) that existed when Pele and Diego Maradona played also brought a lot of class into world soccer.

We were treated to the best Samba football ever by the Brazilians soccer stars during the World Cup of the early 1980s (1982) right into the 1990s. It was raw, pure intelligence right in the field of play. The Rashidi Yekini, Sunday Oliseh, Daniel Amokachi, Finidi George, Okocha combo, etc, was the iconic era or generation of Nigerian soccer stars. Those guys were hungry for success. Sunday Oliseh's near-perfect mid-field passes to attackers such as Rashidi Yekini will NEVER be forgotten. Fortunately, videos are still online to prove my points.

Yeah. I bought the bag of scotch bonnet for N11k from Dass LGA, paid waybill of N1k to Bauchi town.
There's definitely a bumper harvest over there.

Those of you in the far North should take these cheap prices of agro-commofities in your region for granted. In the Southern States, these are way expensive especially in the usual artificially expensive cities of Lagos, PH, etc, due to the rampant profiteering from insidious middle men who give all kinds of spurious reasons for selling at expensive rates.
