Advertico: card reader had a failure rate of 41 percent. do u knw what that means? Card reader does not have a failure rate if 41%! The card reader simply could not authenticate finger prints of holders of presented PVC with the PVCs presented! It could as well imply that the card reader works perfectly considering instances of PVCs being bought or snatched from original owners, perhaps some of those were taken to different centres to check if the finger print authentication stage could be "bypassed" There are also instances of oily or dusty fingers which might hinder proper reading of the finger prints INEC has also made provisions for the situation where a PVC is authenticated but finger print of the owner could not, by the filling of an "Incidence Form" so that the voter will not be disenfranchised I believe all will work out for good Perfection is meant for God |

Godmother: I'm still finding it hard to believe this lady returned a whole 12 million. She truly is one of a kind and I sincerely hop this action earns her something at least, no matter how small. If not, then the owners of the money are just plain wicked. the owner didn't give her anything. Lagos State House of Assembly members wants to honour her and possibly recommend her for immediate employment with the Lagos State government, which of course will be better off than the #7,500 or #7,800 she presently earns |

cococandy: Besides I thought it was standard worldwide practice to have a female doctor's assistant in the exam room during any medical examination where the patient is a woman and vice versa for a man.
I've never had any exam with a make doc where the female assistant wasn't there holding my hands and asking me if I felt comfortable with what the doctor was doing.
Wise docs insist on this too to avoid being smeared maliciously by a mischievous patient that's out to make money from suing him/her. well said! that should be made a norm or part of their code of conduct. |

I have searched the source of the Op's topic and couldn't find the news there. This is a clear case of mischief on the part of the Op. Nairaland has rules especially when it comes to disseminating informations.
As a member, this recent events of other members whether APC or PDP posting false information is rather disturbing. This is how rumours begin.
Lalasticlala pls tell the op to give a direct link to this information or you pls close this thread as it is in direct breach of Rule 8. Thanks in advance. I actually read about it somewhere yesterday morning, and like the caption indicates "nominated" |
