And i wrote their exam in Lagos and live in Lagos who do they expect me to go to PHC for interview

i learnt that for you to be called to PH for the Interview and NOT the National Office in Lagos, it is most likely you applied for Assistant Examinations Officer. That also implies that you most probably are an Indigine of Rivers State, or from the South-South, i guess.

modestdude: invitation is usually sent via Email which you are required to print and take along with you to the interview venue.

not just via e-mail, you can also be called or via text message, , , , ,or through the three aforementioned means, that's one of the uniqueness of WAEC.
Lets be hopeful and pray as well

they won't release ANY result, they would only CONTACT successful applicants. Let us exercise patience

Thankgod iyke: A friend of mine got job with WAEC two months ago through a senator.. when i told him about the aptitude test we wrote his words were.."these people have their candidates i dont know why the went advertising and calling for test, anyway still hope in God"...

that friend of yours is a LIAR! Please, Don't dent WAEC's reputation with this fallacy nor dent the applicants' hope with it.

@all applicants: be hopeful and pray always, you don't need anybody to get a job with WAEC except GOD.
Mark my words, those of us on this forum who excelled in the test would be called when they are ready for the interview. Stay Blessed.

taiwo babalola: Is the same system with 6334,what make it different is name 4(pry)5(middle class/junior)3(sss1-3),some private sch operate it in this form basic 1-6(pry)basic7-9(junior)and sss1-3.govt needs to enlighten stakeholder on it to avoid confusion.

you are on point jare, , , , some people naturally have phobia for good innovations/modifications.

E.g. If it is normal for a student to read for 6 hours a day, another student might read for periods of 2 hours each three times a day instead of a stretch of 6 hours. . .

murphyrichy: I applied for waec subject officer early August through courier service but my fear is dat I don't think dat any of my Referees forward their recommendation since its done through courier service. And I have not heard from waec since then.

well, let us be patient, you know unlike that of the previous two (AEO/EO) applications which was done online, ours is through hard copies, which might take time to source for needed info. Guess we should be patient.
Another point that may necessitate our being patient is that waec's Nov/dec exam (GCE) starts tomorrow, Monday, and will run till first week in October, and i doubt if they'll want to do two important yet different activities at the same time, UNLESS their HRM dept will not be involved in the conduct of the GCE exams.

i can't really say, but i believe there is no harm since no restrictions was placed during the advert for Subject Officers.
Know well though that the position of Subject Officer is 'Superior' to that of Examinations Officer. . .

now that the Examinations officers are through with their test, any news on that of Subject officers

beshiman: Hmm, I'm so sad to inform you all that The Polytechnic, Ibadan 'll not be admitting through JAMB this year (I just confirmed today from RELIABLE SOURCE)... It 'll only admit through Prelim (Pre - ND Programme), Part Time Programme and HND.
So, if you have chosen the school - either first or second choice, do change of institution to another school.

alfa john: mister, what will u have done. interview all 158000? it is often said that exam. is not the best test of IQ or intelligence but it is still the most practicable. also the people called for inter. are all saying the truth u need not know somebody to be called for inter. the man know man list are not called for inter. cause they are already employed. they just document and collect their letter. it is only those in merit list and fed character that go thro due process. if ur are not called know maybe God has a better deal for u down the line. the blessing in God's custody is much more than NIMC job. u just have to keep faith surely (may be slowly) u will be blessed.

But those who applied for the positions being interviewed that hav'nt bn called or others 4 other positions waiting 4 interview.Ask Yourself this question first.DID YOU PASS THE APTITUDE TEST?

Well, how do we get to know when we didn't see the scores (result)?
Moreover, you should have asked about the 'Cut-Off' score or mark, but that is also subject to knowing what each candidate scored.
Again, sometimes, the issue of Federal Character is something crucial when it comes to Federal Government Jobs, it might have affected some of us.
If they eventually call us, Glory be to God, if not, well, we will accept it as fate.
Just thank God and count yourself lucky for being called for the interview, that's all!!!
