I don't see how this should be a problem. Universities that run staff schools on federal money are cheating the ones that do not have who may what to establish same so as to benefit from the money leading to more waste.

ETF may provide capital fund but running the school should be entirely the responsibility of the institutions. Abi dem no dey collect school fees?
What else is the autonomy they so wanted entails?

All these ediots still trying to make jonathan a hero and blameless in this situation shall not know peace. It's so silly typing 'Sebi una protest subsidy removal, una eye don clear now'. The partial subsidy removal they agreed on, what was done with the funds? What did it change? Is there also subsidy on diesel? Why is diesel among the scarce fuels? I'm 100% sure if the so called full subsidy had been removed during jonathan's administration then, we still would be facing hardtimes because jonathan and his cohorts are just a bunch of dishonest and cursed people.
