They finally decided to review the budget of FCC Oji River after my numerous shouts about the school. When it comes to constituency and zonal intervention projects, FCC, Oji River in Enugu state is the king. This year, they have a budget of over N100billion for constituency projects alone. By the time we add zonal intervention, they should be close to N110billion.

And I can see a lot of uninformed response already. The budget you all are crying about were inserted by lawmakers majorly from south east and south south. Hold them to account. This has nothing to do with Mr. President.

The war in the Middle East is not ending anytime soon.

No negotiation with terrorist. He should either surrender unconditional or be smoked out dead or alive. No in between.

The president’s veto is to reject a bill passed by the National Assembly. He can’t veto a bill into law.

Again, when the president vetoes a bill, the National Assembly can override his veto by passing the bill into law with 2/3 members of both chambers.

In 2003, the National Assembly override President Obasanjo’s veto of the onshore/offshore dichotomy bill and passed it into law without the president’s assent. The law still exist till today.

I never said “fraudulently” inserted. That’s your choice of word. Again, the National Assembly has the power of appropriation. They can change rewrite the entire budget as proposed by the executive and pass it into law themselves even if the president disagree. That’s how powerful they are.

I’m a bit involved in the process. The lawmakers own these projects 100%. They put them in any MDA where they have an arrangement with the Accounting Officer. They nominate the contractor and collect the money. No outside contractor can win no matter the bid.

The president can’t do anything about it. The National Assembly has the power to appropriate and not the president. Except the constitution is changed, nothing else can be done.

I’m sure you have at least two lawmakers representing your areas. Ask them this question. They are in a better place to tell you why they inserted the projects in this manner.

Constituency projects and nothing else. The projects were not initiated by the school but inserted into the school’s budget by lawmakers. You all want lawmakers to attract projects to your constituencies but you will still come and cry about it. If you don’t want budgetary provisions like this, tell your elected lawmakers to stop constituency projects.

Tinubu has nothing to do with constituency projects. It’s your lawmakers from APC, PDP and Labour Party that inserted the projects in the budget of MDAs.

The Judge probably waited till after the election to give the judgement. Obaseki is finished so there is no point fearing him again.

Obaseki’s woes are even just starting. Once Monday Okpebolo takes over, the real shege will start. Everything he owns in Edo state will be demolished. He will be fed with the exact wickedness he fed to opposition members like Kabaka, Ize-Iyamu etc and he won’t get any public sympathy. His worst fears are about to become his reality.

And some deluded folks are going about saying the election was rigged when it is obvious the people of Edo state voted against Obaseki and his failures.
