Being a mother for the first time is a unique experience for me,
I saw life differently ever since.

So appreciate your mother today,
Even if she is dead, appreciate and celebrate her memory which can never die.
But if she is alive, treat her well
Surprise her with gifts always, take her out to a mall or eatery,
Make her feel special,
It's not easy.

Also appreciate your mother in law, it's very important.

Yep that's it.
Let me elaborate.
Before I met my husband, I was already working and being paid well, I was so financially independent.
When I met him, what I expected of him is just his love, he is a very rich guy with investments,
I was not interested in his money then because I was financially independent then,
The same way with many working class career ladies out there who are making it big, they don't expect any other thing from a man except his love, because apart from his love, there is nothing a man will give that they are lacking.
You get it now?
Men are important, Women are too.

Successful independent women see relationship as 50-50affair, we are not financial parasites.
We are no weaker vessels,
I am too feministic to accept such nonsense

Don't sound ignorant pls.
The HIV test was likely recommendated by the doc in order to investigate if the immune system is under attack which can cause the body not to respond to treatment effectively.

I have been having temporary sharp needle pain inside the left side of my throat and a dry throat every morning that does not go away for the pass 8months,I have visited 3 different hospital and I've done several test like sugar test ,RBT and my sugar level is ok, I even did 7 HIV test which d last one was carried out dis month and all were negative.The first hospital's doctor gave me antibiotic drugs for 5days after the test which I took but no sign of relief. I went back to him and he said I should repeat d drugs which i did bt still dsame,i went to another hospital and i was as well tested and said am okay nd gave me drug. still d feelings didnt go away i went back nd e said mayb is my anxiety and e priscibed another drugs bt d pain and dry throat keep disturbing me.

PS: Whenever I swallow something I do not feel the pains, its occasional and mostly in the morning

If you swallow something and it does not pain you, then it does not look like a sore throat.
Since you say that it happens in the morning after waking up from sleep, it means that you may have an inflammation.
I suspect Tonsillitis

Your tonsils are infected. . The tonsils are round balls of lymphatic tissue in the back of your throat.
Everybody have two tonsils one on each side of the throat, just behind the tongue.
It can be caused by mainly by virus Or bacteria .

So Mr man, try penicillin oral tablet .
It's in a small bottle container.
It's very effective for the infection .

For the pain, try diclofen forte.
It will tackle the pain and inflammation
.
Also gargle with salt water regularly.
You will be fine
