There are several verses of the Bible where God instructed on marrying one wife only. Find them and stop deceiving yourself.

David may have been a man after God's heart but it still didn't guarantee him a free ticket to heaven.

Whenever God talked about marriage in the Bible it was always this way "therefore shall a man leave his father and mother and shall cleave until "his" wife and they "two" (not three) shall be one flesh.

Even when talking about ministers he always stressed on them having "one wife". There are no different laws for ministers and random Christians. We are one in Christ hence that command applied to us all.

David was never a Christian. Marrying more than one wife is adultery against the first. Marriage in the right context as ordained by God consisted of one man and one wife. Even in the new testament it is clearly stated that a man should be with one wife. Look up the verses.
