Lawalemi:The reason for showing the inflow and outflow is to demonstrate that the account handles a specific type of transaction flow. This helps explain the nature of the transactions taking place in the account and confirms that it isn’t simply a lump sum deposit. However, the main area of focus is the account balance. Let us be logical: if your salary or business income is ₦500,000 monthly (for simplicity, using an exchange rate of ₦1,000 to $1 CAD, that's $500 CAD), and you are coming for a "conference" in Canada, you need to account for the cost. Considering that the average visitor in Canada spends about $300 CAD per day, it would not make sense to spend two-thirds or more of your monthly income in a single day. If you are planning to stay for 2 to 3 weeks, you must explain how you intend to cover your expenses, including accommodation, food, and transportation. If you plan to stay with a family member, you must provide proof that they have a house or apartment with a room for you. They must also confirm they are hosting you, and ideally, they should be a Permanent Resident (PR) or a Canadian citizen. After the "conference," it should be clear that you intend to leave Canada. Provide the visa officer with a clear breakdown of your plans, including: 1. What you will be doing during your stay. 2. How you will cover your expenses (e.g., food, transportation, accommodation). 3. Evidence of support from your family member, if applicable. Give the visa officer every reason to approve your application by demonstrating financial capability, a clear plan, and ties to your home country. I know it can be alot at first that's why people look for "unlicensed" immigration Agent that don't know what they are doing and would get 5 years ban. All the Best |
mcsugk:I don't believe you can Please someone correct me if I am wrong But Why is your "unlicensed agent" holding your log-in details to track your application?? Why would you even allow that to be ? |
Lawalemi:(1) Don't use Agent ( you are likely to get more information here and you will avoid visa ban Because I don't understand how an unlicensed agent will be holding your login details 😂😂🤦🏾♂️) (2) Be truthful if you qualify for the visa you will get it but remember it's a VV it has limits (3) Make sure you have a good amount of POF family member: $14,690 2 family members: $18,288 3 family members: $22,483 4 family members: $27,297 or source of income remember they assume a visitor "coming for a conference" will spend $300 a day so make sure you have nothing less than 50,000,000 naira. Hotel accommodation is already min $150 Uber is $100 a day. Food is crazy Let it show the money coming and going and a good balance and proof you got the money from business or work IRCC want someone that will come and spend money in the country for the fee weeks the person will be around (4) You can't change your VV to Work Visa so die that idea. No miracle will happen (5) If you want to claim asylum when entering the country your Case processing time is 2 years min and by then the conservation party will be in power and we know they are in for business so die that idea 💡. (6) Things are difficult in the country so come with a plan to maximize your stay.. if you are looking to do marriage die that idea IRCC isn't joking 🇨🇦 have changed their minds on immigration. Read the story of Festus Odua and many others (7) IRCC are looking at people with family members who are PR or citizens better chance of you have a family member that can stand in for you saying yes I want to visit my brother or sister Better if they have same surname will save you the stress of rejection ( Pray |

Average 3 bedroom Town-house in Scarborough is around $750,000 to $830,200 What is the mortgage payment for that ? I got my investment property with my sister Which is at 30 Meadowglen Pl, Scarborough, ON M1G 0A6. 3 bedroom it's about a 7 mins drive from Centennial College I got at $560,000 back in 2022 with 20% with mortgage of $2,482.64 per month that's minus condo fee, insurance and utilities which is about $3,221.32 I didn't add internet and repairs so let's say $3,400. How much rent should we collect from people per room? Toronto isn't a cheap city MEND001: |

Ngozimc:A fully funded MSc program in what? You can't be asking vague questions, to be honest. It's possible to get funding, but it typically has to be for a research master's. Canada is mostly looking for international tuition to fund their schools, so getting full funding is difficult. Canadians are looking for full scholarships as well even as the fees are cheap for them It's possible for international students to get full scholarships, but it's difficult. Mostly, what you see are scholarship grants where a certain percentage of the fees is paid. For personal research, you would need to find out more about it. I have met very few people who have been granted full scholarships, but they had extraordinary results and were doing research in very specific fields. One person I met was doing research on cancer and how computer programs can detect cancer in someone's bloodstream. These are very specific research projects that were funded by private companies in the U.S. in collaboration with the University of Toronto. This research was tied to a professor, so the professor was able to give the student a full scholarship. The student was from Nigeria and graduated from Covenant University with extraordinary results. After getting admission, the student emailed the professor with a proposal, and the professor was able to assist. Her master's program was then fully funded. It is hard, but it is possible. Just do your research to find what suits you. No one has all the answers You have better options in USA, but it has to be for research that is highly sought after. Sleep on both website to see which one you qualify for The website is always updated with the most recent scholarships from different countries. It would be good to open once in the while to see which one you qualify for Best of luck https://opportunitydesk.org/ https://www.afterschoolafrica.com/ |
Oboskijohn1:Don't just have the mindset of leaving Nigeria; have a plan to get permanent residency, a good job, and stability. You will leave but will be frustrated without a plan. People are finding it hard to get PR in Canada after school. If you understand the Express Entry system, you'll see how frustrated people are. Some students in Canada are protesting in Prince Edward Island, Brampton, Vancouver, etc., and the government will not address their concerns because elections are on the way, and they are not a priority. The same thing happens in the USA, where people wait endlessly for a green card and often resort to getting married for papers. Getting married is one way to receive a Green Card, but it is foolish to assume that simply marrying a U.S. citizen will result in an automatic Green Card. Even after marriage, there are often many hoops to jump through. To be honest, my secondary school classmate is currently in a bind because his Green Card was denied after marriage. He is reapplying because they don't believe the marriage is genuine. Trust me, those marriage interviews for Green Cards are not getting easier. On June 21, 2024, the Supreme Court in America said marriage is not a guarantee that you will get a Green Card. Just have a plan. If you understand what is happening all over the world, you'll see it's turning generally conservative (USA, Europe, and Canada). One thing about conservatives is that they don't like mass immigration. You have to focus on your strengths and know which country fits you. Canada didn’t fit my brother, who is a medical doctor from Nigeria, so he moved to the UK and has his permanent residency there. I think they call it ILR. You have to do your research. No one will give you all the answers you want. Don’t leave Nigeria without a plan because you will be super frustrated. |
Predator188:Pierre Poilievre has never mentioned that students would need to go back to their country after studying. Your post is fake news. He only mentioned last month, while in Quebec, that he would reduce the number of student visas being issued. This is mainly to match the number of students coming in with the amount of available housing being built in the country. Canada will always have an immigration process for students, but the only difference is that the numbers will not be as high as under Justin Trudeau's policies Everyone over (schools and immigration consultants) the last few years has been massively profiting from international students. Can you imagine Queen's University went bankrupt when the government changed the policy about capping the number of international students coming in? The numbers would go back to pre-2011 2015 before Justin Trudeau that will be so

Oboskijohn1:Even those who studied at the best medical school in Canada, the University of Toronto, don't want to work in Canada. One reason is that they can't get placement after school and it's even difficult to get into medical school That's a discussion for any day About 70% of medical students move to the USA after medical school in Canada. Google "most difficult country to be a doctor" and guess what? Canada will come up. There are only so many working physicians with the time and resources to take in students while the healthcare system continues to be strained and doctors are overtaxed. Don't waste your time trying to be a doctor in Canada. In my honest opinion, these are just facts, no feelings. |
gen2lpat:It highly depends on what you want from the country. I can't recommend anything specific, but I advise against going for a one-year program unless you have a serious plan for obtaining your PR after working for one year. Remember, schooling for one year will get you a one-year work permit, and it's difficult to get a job right out of school unless you are highly proactive. It typically takes an average of 4 to 6 months to secure a job. Life after school is difficult without a plan; the country isn't the same as it used to be, 2015 to 2022 Golden immigration years in Canada so you need a serious plan. For tech jobs like software development, product manager, program manager, business analyst, software engineer, automation system engineer, or system DevOps engineer, you will have better job prospects. I can't recommend anything specific, but be aware that Justin Trudeau will be out of power by October 20, 2025, and the new conservative government might not be as kind to immigration as the current administration. As of today, you can get a PGWP as long as your school is approved by the government. I can't remember the exact name, but it's better to do a Master's degree if you have a BSc from Nigeria. A lot of things are changing daily with immigration, so plan for life after school because the country isn't as welcoming as before. That's my honest opinion. |
Hey House, I just remembered when I used to be a silent reader here, and I want to share my story to give hope to anyone feeling hopeless. Back in 2015 and 2016, I faced back-to-back visa rejections. However, I finally got my student visa in 2017. Life hasn't been easy, but I want to encourage anyone going through tough times that it’s worth it—don't be discouraged. Today, I received my Canadian passport at my house. Yes, I bought a 3-bedroom townhouse 45 minutes from downtown Toronto. I did this by myself, working in tech and saving 20% for the downpayment. ![]() This is to encourage anyone feeling down due to multiple visa rejections or any visa issues. Pray to God and let Him answer you. I now understand why God made me go through those visa rejections. When I came to Canada, the opportunities that awaited me were the ones He had planned for me. Don’t give up! ![]()

Abuse Tramadol is used in Nigeria both by Boko Haram and vigilante groups fighting Boko Haram. Fighters are given it to make them feel strong and courageous. There are also large numbers of youths who are addicted to tramadol in the area. The cost is about five US cents for a 200-mg pill. It is common to take twice the maximum daily dose of 400 mg. Users become angry and irritable when using it, but experience headaches, stomachaches, and depression if they don't get their dose. The tramadol is imported legally from India, as there are no international regulations on trade in tramadol.[101][dead link] maestroferddi: |
