Below is what Saudi is doing beyond istisqa prayers .Let our Katsina stakeholders continue with istisqa prayers without action na.
And who said Katsina is not doing anything other than prayers?https://www.thisdaylive.com/index.php/2024/04/09/tackling-katsina-water-crisis/

this is bluerays point:

we are in the 21st century.

should we be praying for rain or investing in boreholes and irrigation technology?

replicating the practices of Islam willy nilly from 2000 years ago in 2024 is mental laziness

as an example - if they want to do that , they should also practice hajj as it was done back then

it was on foot and it was your own responsibility
And who said they're not investing in technology and how does investing in technology obviates the need for prayers?

😂

Na so!

Is that what Saudi Arabia and UAE are doing to address to the same issue ?
Islamic injunctions aren't decided by what Saudi do or doesn't do but since you asked for it here is King Salman seeking for rain prayers:
https://www.arabnews.com/node/2199856/saudi-arabia

"The performance of istisqa prayers is in accordance with the drought practices of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)."

There is nothing wrong in what they did it's a legislated affair in Islam to pray for rain during drought.

Chelsea ownership are now interested in buying players and flipping them for profit, the earlier you lower your expectations for the next couple of seasons the better for you. We are no longer in Abramovich era that obsessed over trophies these new set of owners are interested in only generating profit for investors.

What's with these GMO foods
There are genuine concerns regarding the safety and viability of GMO products. Indian farmers suffered heavy losses after being given GMO seeds to plant some years ago, there's also the risk of cancer associated with GMO products, some countries have stringent legislation against GMO despite pushback by GMO lobbyists

To some the France National Team isn't white enough despite the presence of some white players then you now field an entire eleven without white or maybe 2, you're providing Far-Right groups in France with enough ammunitions for their propaganda of immigrants taking over their country. There will be political repercussions

Error.

Skillwise Drake was vastly superior in the beef, he simply got his MESSAGING wrong.

Drake = superior skills with wrong messaging

Kendrick = wack skills with the right messaging

Compare the rubbish Kendrick spat on "They not like us", rhyming Compton, Mama and Options as end rhymes. I mean what kind of rubbish is this, from a so-called seasoned rapper

The above is WACK, what I would expect from someone who first picked up a pen 6 months ago.

The below is lyricism, although the messaging is wrong. Keep count how many bars Drake is rhyming multisylabically below. The skill difference is vast, just that the messaging is wrong.

The above is 16 bars of maintaining integrity of his flow on beat with the same rhyme scheme, and same topic. That's skill, even though his angle and message is the wrong one to take.

These are the things rappers pick up and. Then immediately into a 4 bar 4 posyllable flow, all with perfect timing while the other is rhyming Mama, Options and Compton off-beat.
Oga Ibime these are basic rhymes that Drake dropped, while Kendrick went hard and exposed the fraud that's claiming to represent hip-hop.
Drake should stop beefing his betters he chopped serious flogging from Commons, Pusha T and Drake these are the names I can remember in the last decade yet he's still doing strong head.

How do u think logistics companies make profit ? Do u think they hire their staff from abroad?

I know a big time player in the logistics business; I mean a man who access bank facility, buys as much as 80 trucks for logistics business at a go and within 3 to 4 years he pays down on the facility. Different commercial banks literally chase after him to beg him with credit facility .

How do u think this man gets to make money carrying products for different multinationals? It is simply because he has been able to solve what u have highlighted up there as a major problem in logistics; theft of fuel by staff. I believe this is the reason some multinationals have decided to outsource logistics to logistics companies.

fact I have a friend who works in an indigenous oil and gas company. Their oga delibrately set-up a logistics company solely for handling logistics side of the business. When the MD of the logistics company's KPI is tied to they being profitable, let's see how the MD will open his eyes and watch staff steal fuel to sell na
My brother I don't know how they are making profit but believe you me theft is ongoing they just make enough revenue to cover the cost which in the long run may not be sustainable.

Oga Blueray no wan gree sey employees excesses contribute hugely to the collapse of many businesses, one I hope you don't come to the realization through lived experience. More than 20years ago I know some people who were working as truck drivers for a construction company who used to sell off the diesel and leave little or nothing inside the fuel tank, they do this virtually everyday pl

People that have agenda are the ones talking about Agenda.

Bellingham as the attacking midfielder should learn to release the ball quicker, I thought he was over elaborate with the ball most times yesterday. Kane could hardly drop to influence the play because Bellingham was occupying that space and when he was upfront, the ball just wasn't getting to him because Bellingham simply is not the kind of 10 that has spatial awareness, he first has to hold the ball and attempt to beat one or two players when a quick pass should do.

Another error in their set up is playing Foden slightly to the left where he can't cut in to good effect. Gordon should own that space.

Trippier at RB is another error. I hope Shaw is fit for their game against Denmark.

Lastly, Trent still does not have a good understanding of the CM role, I'd love to see Bellingham drop deep to take that spot or have Mainoo in from the start.

Late Stephen Keshi did it in 2013. Siasia did well with our U20 and U23 [Olympic Team] at international level, lost to messi led teams on the 2 occasions.

Economic reforms usually come at a cost sometimes too unbearable to the common man. People like mentioning the developed countries and their economic model to be followed but behind every success/rosy picture there's a dark side that's most often left unsaid; China has to mass starved their population to death due to failed agricultural policies that helped reduced their population, at a time England had to enact Poor Laws and Speenhamland Laws to help cater for the paupers due to highrate of unemployment and underemployment I can go on and on about the economic reforms and attendant consequences. This was why I was against subsidy removal because of the unintended consequences that may likely to follow, I think Ibime and Nihilist were the people who held the same view and time has proven all of us right.
