NITDA-Cisco Cybersecurity Awareness Training

Larr.ide, we had a back-and-forth about where he's steering it in August. On page 17, he highlighted the Nigeria Startup Act, mentioning a couple of measurable benchmarks.

But he specifically avoided mentioning I-DICE which Osinbajo started. You'd stated I should give him more time when I pointed out he's pivoted away from the programme. Instead, he alluded to overhauling the approach even though I-DICE, if and when properly implemented, is the way to go.

My suspicions were right all along.
