Requirements
To be eligible for the Graduate Trainee Program, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Recent Bachelor’s degree graduate (within the last two years) with a minimum of a second class upper (2:1) in an Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or related fields), Physics, Biochemistry, Geography, Statistics and Industrial Chemistry discipline.

These set of players are not that bad like Pochettino is making us to believe. Play to their strengths if it means dropping Thiago so that we can play fast and aggressive football do it because so far the team looks lost

I warned against Pochettino they said you can't use his Spurs tenure to judge him now he's playing players out of position when the team has not yet settled and players are yet to understand their roles. Play players in their usual positions till they've gained confidence and understanding on the pitch, if it means drafting in academy players to fill in positions of need do so.
