Pochettino wants to create something important and special at Chelsea, and he's 100% sure that the potential of the squad will be incredible in the future, but it takes time. He knows that now might be complicated, but with the players returning from injuries and also with the potential of these players, he's 100% sure that Chelsea's job is going to be exciting in the future. ~ @FabrizioRomano on YouTube |
L’Equipe on Monday, covering Strasbourg vs Montpellier, explain Angelo Gabriel was the ‘top’ player on the pitch in that fixture, which is effectively handing him the man of the match award. The Brazilian from Chelsea was ‘very interesting’ with the ball in his feet, and ‘caused difficulties’ with his speed for defender Issiaga Sylla. {Sport Witness} |

Axel Disasi has called on his team-mates to be “killers” in front of goal after the struggling Blues misfired again against Bournemouth. #CFC ( @NizaarKinsella ) |
“How can Chelsea spend 500million in the summer and only have Nicolas Jackson as their striker? It defies all the odds and any sense of logic. I can tell you right now, in January they will sign a very expensive No9, like they should have done." - @LaurensJulien via @Chels_HQ |
Gary Neville: “The Chelsea project feels a bit mad with no coordination. I know they're signing young players on long contracts but it's something I am not sure about; Pochettino is a fantastic coach and the club will have to let their manager work it out over a period of time.” |
Alan Pardew: “I look at Thiago Silva, and you know he is a leader, he is a world-class player.” |

Congo debunks reports of coup attempt https://www.thecable.ng/congo-debunks-reports-of-coup-attempt/amp |
Mauricio Pochettino: "Lesley Ugochukwu is one of the positives. He's very young, to compete at this level is difficult and I think his performance was good." ( @ChelseaFC ) |
Alan Pardew: "#Chelsea have bought all these players for the future. It's about now! When you're in the Premier League, it's about now — especially when you're the manager because you're gonna come under pressure if you don't get the results." ( @talkSPORT ) |
Lee Dixon: "I know #Chelsea have a lot of injuries, but you've got to have a system and a way of playing that creates chances, whether it's your first eleven or your reserves. It's just not good enough." ( @NBCSportsSoccer ) |
Shaka Hislop: "To sum it up, Conor Gallagher was Crystal Palace's POTY two seasons ago. They finished eighth that season. He was #Chelsea's best player again [yesterday]. That suggests exactly where they are. They are a mid-table team." ( @ESPNFC ) |
Shaka Hislop: "We continue to talk about #Chelsea as a Top 4 team or threatening the Top 4. They are 14th for a reason. They are every bit a mid-table team. Until we stop thinking about them as a Top 4 contender, we will keep frustrating ourselves." ( @ESPNFC ) |
"The only thing #Chelsea should worry about is if this season goes badly. Reece James is committed, but if they have a repeat of last term, and Real Madrid make an offer, he’s got a decision to make. Turning that down would not be easy." ( @DeanJonesSoccer via @GiveMeSport ) |
Frank Leboeuf: "We shouldn't be talking about #Chelsea until they manage to score even one goal because there is nothing much to say. They are good until they reach the final third and then you see stuff I have never seen in my life." ( @ESPNFC ) |
President Tinubu Appoint, Gimba Kakanda @gimbakakanda SSA Research And Analytic (VP Office) |
Pochettino on Mudryk: "He is improving. He still needs to learn in the Premier League, it's very fast. He needs to understand the game better, try to be more connected sometimes with the team. We need to give the time and tools for him to improve during the season." |
Pochettino: "The fans know if you invest the type of money, there is expectation. What I can tell the fans is the circumstance, I cannot change the reality. With all of the squad fit we can compete, we don't have all of the squad available, what can we do?" |
Pochettino: "12 injured today, 3 of 4 young guys, 2 GK on the bench, am I going to cry or complain to who? I have to accept this. That is the circumstance. We have our opinion and reality. I think we are doing good things, more than people can expect." |
Disasi: “I understand. They [fans] want us to win every game because we are Chelsea, we are ambitious. We have to win every game and I understand. I can say just to keep going together and I think in the future it will be good for the club.” {BBC} |

These set of players are not that bad like Pochettino is making us to believe. Play to their strengths if it means dropping Thiago so that we can play fast and aggressive football do it because so far the team looks lost |
I warned against Pochettino they said you can't use his Spurs tenure to judge him now he's playing players out of position when the team has not yet settled and players are yet to understand their roles. Play players in their usual positions till they've gained confidence and understanding on the pitch, if it means drafting in academy players to fill in positions of need do so. |
