Pochettino wants to create something important and special at Chelsea, and he's 100% sure that the potential of the squad will be incredible in the future, but it takes time.

These set of players are not that bad like Pochettino is making us to believe. Play to their strengths if it means dropping Thiago so that we can play fast and aggressive football do it because so far the team looks lost

I warned against Pochettino they said you can't use his Spurs tenure to judge him now he's playing players out of position when the team has not yet settled and players are yet to understand their roles. Play players in their usual positions till they've gained confidence and understanding on the pitch, if it means drafting in academy players to fill in positions of need do so.
