@ OP call your mum for a private heart-to-heart talk.

Ask her why she cheated on your dad. Yes, ask her straight-up! Don't give her any room for denial.

Also ask her if she knows the dangers of adultery, then go ahead and list the risks to her.

Tell her there's no man out there worth her loosing her precious family. Also tell her that if she ever gets divorced from your dad due to adultery that you and your siblings won't take her side.
