I don port ooooo…From team August I don port rotwam July.Baby came in yesterday via emergency Cs at 35 weeks 5 days.No Nicu stay,no oxygen weighing 2.2 kg…Been battling severe B.p all through the pregnancy and contractions on and off.I thank God for seeing me through.Baby is fine though he is still struggling to latch on to breast.Any ideas or tips will be appreciated…I wish all my team August members a safe delivery

It is well. May God deliver everyone safely. After this, I don over hang boot. This one sef na because I promise during courtship that I can consider a second baby and sincerely, if the first was this challenging, I know we wouldn't have considered a second. Madam sef don say she wan hang boot.

Now, na family planning method remain and we no sure wetin to do.

Wify and I too have an agreement. We want just two kids. We have in already. We already discussing tying her tubes as opposed to family planning. We will make a decision before the CS is carried out so it can be done during the procedure.

If it's not possible, I will use a condom till I can do a vasectomy. I don't want wify to do family planning because of what it does to some women's bodies

Team August..

Hoe are you guys doing? We are all in our third trimester now. How are you all dealing with the tiredness, baby kicks, heavyness of the vagina and all.

I won't be surprised if one or two of us join team August

Please have enough rest, keep your appointment with the doctor and pack your bags.

In the coming weeks we will meet with LO.

BS BS BS ( Part 3)

At Week 10, scan showed one of the twins has stopped growing at Week 7. Since then my heart always pound anytime I go for scan. As a result of this , I kept the pregnancy news to myself. None of my family members knew including my mum who stayed with me I only told them after I was admitted for 9 days to monitor my blood sugar so there was no way I couldn't tell them why I was in the hospital because they were scared . 10 days after I told my mum, she passed on.

The pregnancy was pretty easy, no nausea, no vomiting, no food nor smell adversion . The only thing was the bitter taste on my mouth .

From day 1, my consultant has stated I will deliver via CS due to age, so on Week 37 and 6 days I headed to the hospital but the teaching hospital was on strike so had to use a private hospital. The CS was pretty fast, within 5 mins I heard the cry of my baby , only the stitching took time .I was 45yrs, 3 month and 14 days old.

I was discharged 2 days later immediately it was certified my daughter didn't have jaundice.

Yesterday was her naming ceremony, indeed it was worth it and God is God .

I have over five years experience in a security related job.

I have also been volunteering in a restaurant.

My wife has over 5 tears experience in sales and customer service

Will it be easy for any of us to get a job from here.

What jobs are in demand.

What are the chances of getting jobs in agriculture?

We have checked baby's gender and is a girl. We are trying to get used to it although I for one, I am very scared. I feel I can easily flow with my son and can be a very good guide to him and I am hoping I can be fair to her as well. I am also trusting God to help the mother and I to be good guides to her and the brother and live a life worthy of emulation. The mother has a mixed feeling but she is glad we will be having a balanced family, one boy, one girl. Anyways, my daughter already has a name because I have planned names even before gender selection.

Don't worry. Everything will work out well.

I am pleased to hear that some men assist their wife during and after delivery,my husband, sees nothing wrong if you do all the chores in the house after delivery. Just tired

Don't..one your hubby. I guess it's how a lot of men in Nigeria are raised. I bath my baby, change his diapers and feed him. I live in another state. But anytime I am home, I am involved with choreseven though we have a cleaner that ckeans every Saturday
