Recall that management informed students that due to the postponement of the convocation, that statement of results will be sent to the study centers.

I have been seeing transcripts and I don't know if they mean secondary school transcripts.

Secondly schools like university of Calgary.. I can't find the language require the on their website. It seems Nigerians don't need IELTS since they are an English speaking nation.

My portal is closed. I have an E-wallet I printed during clearance for exams in late 2018.

Can I use it?

I want to be able to finish my clearance in a day since I work outside Lagos State.

Please is mushin study center following procedures for clearance. Can I go there at anytime irrespective of my department.


I don't want to go there and they won't attended to me for some reasons..

Did they attend to everybody irrespective of their courses or there is a schedule they are following.

I am planning to go for my screening on Monday.

Because there are
1. Only two first class graduands in my department
2. The other guy has a cgpa of 4.54 which is below mine (His name also appeared on the August 2019 graduation list, and that one had cgpa on it).
3. I was called from the HQ... They want me at the Convocation ceremony.
4. I was congratulated by the Dean.
5. My cgpa is either 4.80 or slightly below it.

That's good. I was also topping PGD criminology and security studies in the list released in August. But I can say if someone else beat me to it especially since the recent lists have no CGPA.

It's saying not allowed. I have done semester registration. Many of those whose bane appeared in the first list released in AUGUST 2019 seem to have their portal closed.

Please anyone who has done clearance for graduating students at the mushin study center should please tell us the procedure.

Can you provide more info like:

Is the phone entirely blank as though it was switched off whenever the calls come in?

Does it display normally but doesn't show caller ID (contact name)?

Can you manage to pick the call or it does nothing when you touch during the ringing call?

Are you rooted or did you make any update/upgrade recently?

Answering these aids understanding of the problem.

The screen isn't bank.

When I have an incoming call, the phone will be ringing but I wont see who is calling. I only get the miss call sign after the phone stops ringing.

Once your name is released on a graduation list, NOUN shuts down your portal. You are not allowed because you are no longer a student. You are now an alumnus

OK. I wanted to check my balance in preparation for clearance. I had a negative balance the last time I checked. I thought we will need a printout of lol our payments for clearance?

I did. It was successfull. When I tried logging in.. It was saying its not allowed.

I can't log into my portal. When I input my username and password. The page just refreshes. I don't know if it's because my name appeared on the graduating list released in July.

The last time I checked around september I had a negative balance. Wanted to check again so I can proceed to accounts to know the next step so I can prepare for clearance.


Is there any other way I can access my portal?

Please is it compulsory to send a copy of your IELTS results to IRCC. I saw the option of sending free copies to some organisations but I didn't choose any. I am in the pool already. Just thought of it after reading the exchanges regarding ielts in the last few pages.

If yes, do you require clearance before you can collect it?

If yes, why's the requirement for clearance?


A friend collected hers without doing clearance at mushin study center..

But a staff of the center is saying clearance is needed..
