Also, pound for pound, burna boy's album is unarguably one of the greatest Nigerian albums of this modern era.

1. This is because deputy governors are not nominated via primaries but by the [b]primary [/b]selected/elected Governorship candidates, please note INEC only recognises primaries hence APC's disqualification in Zamfara.

2. If a Governorship candidate then has issues with his nominated deputy then he has no choice but to forfeit but here is a court ruling disqualifying a candidate thus INEC has no choice but to substitute the name with another name to be forwarded by Lyon. (It's only fair and just)

3. Where there'll actually be a problem is if They both contested and the deputy governor was eventually disqualified because that renders the ballot ineffective.

yes I did. but the UK Visa process on their guidelines say one needs IELTS for English language proficiency to apply for a UK student visa. is this so? thanks

If you go few pages back you would see it spelt out.
After applying and paying Visa Fee and IHS , you would be taken to TLS page and you can then upload your documents there if you wish, then your dependants won't need to take the hard copy to TLS again or you can take there and use "assisted" which you will pay for.

I graduated from Delsu and it's the place you want to go if you're looking to graduate sharp sharp without hiccups! Delsu pulled out of ASUU so strkies do not affect them plus they run at least 3 semesters in a year so students can finish a Four-Year degree programme in 3 years and a few months.
The present VC made most of these things possible, however, the guy almost turned the school into something else with his unnecessarily strict rules like No wearing of black T-shirts, shirts and dresses, ripped jeans and some other stuff! I remember one time in 2017 when he came into a hall where we were writing exams he asked a classmate of mine to either remove her fixed eyelashes there and then or risk failing the exam and also asked someone to completely rip her jean trousers that had minor rips already. Aside the rules tho, he did good plus also introduced rules that reduced the rate of exam malpractices drastically! No one wanted to have their names posted on the school website for life for involving in malpractice and that's after they had been rusticated for several semesters or completely expelled.
New guy just needs to improve on those stuff! Congrats to him!

Get a new acceptance letter for January early, apply for visa early. Go to your high school get your high school endorsed result on your high school letter head, signed and stamp. Get a confirmation of result stamped and signed from WEAC.

This way you will be fine .....

I have the confirmation signed and stamped by WAEC. the issue started from the school. they did not release my acceptance letter until after almost 4 weeks of me paying my acceptance deposit. I sent in countless emails and called severally yet they never gave a response. by the time the acceptance letter came the embassy had stopped collecting applications for the transit Visa and I had no choice than the ok to board.

good day. thank you for your reply. the school sent me an official email detailing the reasons. they said the issue was the waec certificate was not the original one. I took along a confirmation of results which they said is not acceptable to them and the immigration vat Ercan. the same ok to board done by the same company was done for my three friend and they are now in school in TRNC . they arrived yesterday.

Actually I followed up with the school and my contacts with the Turkish airline this morning. The school sent his details to immigration, however, his OK-to-board is fake or Never confirmed by the airline. Who knows who did OKTB for him (sad).
So the airline does not have his documents on their systems either give approval for his onward flight.

Also, I was made to understand he has an agent, which I expected such person to follow up on his behalf. GAU tried to help anyway and sent all his details to immigration as I was informed.

They sent me back to naija saying I don't have an original waec cert. Actually what I took along was a confirmation of results from waec not  a certificate. The original cert got lost in transit. Waec is saying they can only provide a new one in six months which will be March since I applied in Sept. The school says I'm to resume in Jan. Please what can I do? Help me

The school isn't supposed to email the airline only, they are supposed to send your details to the officials at the port of entry. Tell GAU admission office to do that

Apart from airline, Your details must be at immihratok at ercan and those will send to Turkey. So if your details is with the airline, are you still not allowed to fly and what is the reason given now ?

Please call the school to follow up and will help to call also tmr but call early to ensure all is okay. They will surely fly you.

Ok I can see the issues. To enhance the student process via each immigration port, universities in Cyprus have been mandated to upload all acceptance letters and credentials and recent photo of their incoming students. Your case, is mainly due to your university might have not updated your files to port at Turkey.

Kindly email your university international and registrar offices and call ....only them can upload and ensure you are allow to travel after necessary docs and details sent.

Meanwhile, I have also made a screenshot of your message here on Nairaland to their registrar and international offices email... right now!.....today is holiday in Cyprus, will further call them tmr in case you are still not released

Please email me...why you have been denied access to fly to ERCAN? I hope you have the TR visa to ERCAN, have all your documents to show you are new student and your name sent to Immigration at both Turkey/Ercan....

the embassy has closed for applications as the school delayed my acceptance letter. I used ok to board. but the school has sent my details to turkey Turkish airlines that they are expecting me
