81% of UK is white.

84% of Germany is white.

84-89% of Denmark is white.

80% of Norway is white.

About 90% of Spain is white.

92% of Italy is white.

Where exactly is the problem?
The funny thing is the typical European country is more white than America, yet the clown keeps stoking division and pointing at others instead of facing his home which is irretrievably burning down.

There's a lot of ignorance here.

How are the Saraki's Fulani? Yes, the founder of the family was a Fulani man from Mali who married a Yoruba woman from Iseyin.

The Sarakis have been totally Yorubanized that in the North, there are chuckles when Bukola Saraki tries to claim Fulani.

I won't be surprised if many of these so called Fulani listed are Hausanized. Many can't speak their native Fulfude. They can only speak Hausa.

Even in Lagos, I won't be surprised if an Egun man (Lagos state has two ethnic groups) becomes the governor one day as many have been Yorubanized, many bearing Yoruba names.
This silly Mali story has been debunked severally by the governor's late father who met Bukola's grandfather.

Besides Oduduwa, no other Yoruba individual fell from the sky, we are all identifiable and Saraki needs to stop with his irritating deception.

Osiris12:
how many times will I have to say that the present Kwara governor has Fulani blood in him. Get your facts right or have an eternal rest
So that means Governor Adeleke is Igbo since his mother ( or is it grandmother) is Igbo shey?

The Abdulrazaqs are a long established Ilorin family of (initially) traders turned Lawyers. Everyone accepts them as Yoruba and unlike the Sarkis (who are also Yoruba despite Olusola and Bukola's claims) their lineage is well known and well established for over a century. In fact both the governor's parents were born in the East yet can still trace their compounds to Ilorin.

Give it a rest trying to call them Fulani, as even the Fulani in Kwara know who is who.

Good morning, I’ve just come across your comment and I might have fallen for the same trick. My investment attained maturity yesterday and I reached out to my account offer to go through what the rates are and as well as re investing; he immediately responded;

His job is on the line and there is pressure to close the year well. He pleaded that I delay the investment till early next year or late December. He also mentioned Investment rates are usually lower towards the end of the year. And that he would advise that I invest the money around the end of the month or early January.

Is this a trick; He’s just been assigned as my account officer and yesterday was the first time I communicated with him.

I would appreciate if anyone is able to share their experience so I’d know what I’m getting into!

Thank you
With this CBN regime, T bill rates tend to move with inflation. The more they have inflation under control, the less likely it will go up.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Issues With Bank Job Recruitment by AndroBlaze: 10:00am On Dec 04, 2025
Mrschiago:
I presently work in BANK A (a tier 1 leading commercial bank in Nigeria. I’ve been placed on indefinite loan recovery suspension since a month ago, and still yet to recover the loan as the customer (debtor) is at large. Prior to now, I’ve been applying for next grade in other banks, and doing interviews, I just recently got a mail to come for documentation and medicals with BANK B (also a top tier 1 bank).

BANK B will most likely run background checks on me. I don’t know if these checks will be before offer letter or before confirmation.

Now my question is, should I go ahead to accept the offer from BANK B, while I’m still following up on the loan recovery for BANK A, or should I just decline the offer.

Please experienced people should assist advice, thank you
You will need to name the Banks to get the best advice.

Every bank has it's character, and some are pretty demonic when it comes to sales staff leaving them.

However, you must remember you have committed no crime as giving out a bad loan is not a criminal offence, unless it can be proven you did it intentionally and gained from it.

If you are confident to mention the names, I'm sure someone in the bank you are going to will advise you how their HR works...but in my own opinion, from the general information you have provided, the risk to leave is worth taking.

As for your question on checks, unless they are unofficial checks (which some serious regional mangers might do), it is very unlikely they will do comprehensive background checks before you resume, they will happen while you are working and before your confirmation.

If you are an account officer/ relationship manager (as it sounds) the checks will not be anything special, especially if you have done nothing that makes you criminally liable.

Also best not to tell anyone in the bank you are leaving where you are going to as the banking community isn't that big (especially sales) so keep hush for as long as you can and only mention your plans to people you can fully trust.

Bro, I'm willing to take the risk. I counted the cost before jumping in.
I am adept with tubular batteries and have so many tools for managing them. I have given out some tubular batteries to relatives because I was very confident of how I managed them, and they are still using them happily without issues.
-
Unfortunately, LFP is a different technology, so I am facing the reality of purchasing new tools.
I have considered your post, and will buy the special tools. From study, I'm thinking, a precise DC charger, a bench DC supply, etc. I already have many electrical tools, but I would appreciate it if you can give me an idea of what specific tools I'd need.
-
The initial price for DIY is expensive but it pays in the long run. For instance, I can now deduce that sometimes when an installer tells you that your lithium battery needs replacement, it may be just one or two cells that are misbehaving. You can simply replace them yourself.
You can also more tightly regulate the charge and discharge levels of your batteries, for better longevity.
You could install an additional active balancer, and switch off the one in the BMS.
-
When I started the solar journey, I knew next to nothing, but this year, I installed a 15kva system by myself without any professional installer, with relay systems, timers, and automatic light and water pump control. I have enjoyed my development so far, and I'm willing to still learn.
You will be fine.

In a Federal police arrangement, the president through the IGP controls the police as the Chief security officer or CIC of the Country.

In a state police arrangement, the governor through his commissioner of police controls the police as the chief security officer of the state.

So, if we have a regional police, when we do not have a regional system of government in place, who will the police force in the region answer to? Who will be the Head or CIC of such police establishment?
In the southwest, there is a history of partnership between the 6 states regardless of political affiliation, with Amotekun being the most recent example.

We could have a board with the Commissioners of Justice or even Chief of Justices of each state representing their interests. We could even elect security operatives like the USA do with Sheriffs and DAs.

The crisis we are facing is something that needs cooperation to defeat as the kind of criminals/terrorist we are facing are clearly not bound or restricted by artificial boundaries.

Giving governors and local politicians more power where they are directly controlling a security outfit still doesn't sit right with me.

I don't have a problem with recharging. After the battery becomes full; I expect it to remain at that "100%", on the display of LVTOPSUN batteries you'll see IDLE when the inverter is not pulling any power from the battery.

But my battery trickle discharges with "0.3 to 0.33A" down from 100%. It stays there like that and by 6/7pm it'll be at 96%. Even if you load the inverter with a pumping machine and a pressing iron at the same time; the current draw from the battery stays at that '0.3-0.33A"; all other power draw comes from the panels.

The inverter will only charge the battery back to 100% only when it drops below 90%
What is more helpful is what the voltage is saying and not the percentages.

What voltage does it get to when it's 100% and what voltage does it settle at when it gets to 97% or continues to decline.

Also check the voltage you set as float, this might be key...I don't really see a problem yet, besides something not being configured properly.

What should concern you is ruling out a battery problem which can be achieved by monitoring the voltage behaviour all the way down to the individual cells.

PoliticsRe: Nigerian Army - Concerns Over COAS Gen. Waidi Shaibu by AndroBlaze: 4:53pm On Dec 01, 2025
DiamondSword799:
I have serious concerns for the Nigerian Army under the leadership of Gen. Waidi Shaibu. And those concerns are increasing each day.

Immediately after Gen. Shaibu was appointed, the first red flag for me was the posting of senior officers to army formations. Those postings raised very coded concerns about the wisdom of Gen. Shaibu.

Remember the coup plot, if true, look up the names of those arrested and look at the postings made by this Army chief. You would Immediately sense his stupidity. Extensive stupidity with hate and tribalism mixed in one man.

Recently, a Brig. Gen was captured and killed by terrorist. The Army chief has carried on as if nothing happened. Till today, he has said nothing. He even travelled and addressed soldiers, yet nothing about the death of a general. Normally, the theatre commander should have been removed for that incident. When Col. Elemele was ambushed and killed, it was clearly an inside job. The then Army chief, Gen. Buratai Immediately removed the GOC. When Col. Bako was killed in combat, the Army and DHQ dealt the terrorist leaders a devastating blow.

Now a Brig. Gen was ambushed, this Army chief has done nothing, raising serious concerns. Yesterday, a Colonel named Audu Achigili raised concerns that his promotion was approved and is being blocked. He has now been dragged away like an animal. Like an animal. These are senior officers, men who staked their lives for the nation. Shouldn't the Army investigate his grievance, rather than humiliate him further. I expected him to be arrested humanely, and his grievance investigated.

I have serious concerns about the Army under Gen. Shaibu. The postings he made, his handling of Brig. Uba's death, are two red flags for me. But time would tell. For now, let's follow the case of Col. Audu Achigili.
So your anger with him starts with senior soldiers going to fight war?

Please tell me the difference between you and the senators who are angry that policemen who are meant to protect the public are no more doing Gringori and carrying their handbag for them?

Everybody needs security, even the politicians too. While recalling their security attachment may look like the right thing to do at the moment, there is still need to employ more. According to international standards, atleast one percent of our population should be for security, that's around 2.5 to 3 million personnel, but what we have currently is less than 500k. So, you see where our problem of not able to secure Nigeria and Nigerians well is from.
Any politician that is so unpopular in his area that he needs a battalion of policemen to protect him is obviously not fit for the job in the first place.

I mean all those Senators, house of reps and even governors (mostly Northern) do is sleep in Abuja anyway....so why do they need so many people protecting them 24/7?

Have herdsmen and islamic extremists reached Maitama? Or do they just insist on showing off and disturbing innocent citizens as one of them has already confessed to.

They should pay for security and stop disturbing the rest of us while we try and fix a police force that has been stripped of it's ability and purpose since the 1966 coup.

I mean if after all the time you spent on this thread you still think it's ok for a beginner jump into DIY of lithium batteries without the most basic of knowledge, which is demonstrated by not understanding the concept of CELLS (it was spelled out in the original post), then you obviously need to spend your time on something more fruitful as you cannot be of help to anyone, including yourself.

Personal this is very frustrating to me the widespread cancellation of land titles by the FCT Minister has created massive uncertainty and fear in the Abuja real estate market. When highprofile individuals, including former presidents wives and ministers, are affected, it signals to every buyer and bank that no title is completely safe. This has directly caused the value of properties, personally I am being affected by this. And I am not a politician/ government worker.

My experience is a perfect example of the policy's real world impact. The fact that banks are now refusing land documents as collateral has frozen the market. Bank no dey give money again for Abuja even if you get house worth 1 billion naira. I was offer of 26 million on a property where I've invested 29 million is a significant loss, directly caused by this crisis. Until the government provides clear resolutions and restores confidence in the system, this damaging uncertainty for landowners like me and you is likely to continue.

RomanceRe: Is She Asking For Too Much Or I Am The Bad Guy Here? by AndroBlaze: 1:53pm On Nov 28, 2025
RealSolution001:
Please I need you people's opinion on this.

I feel my fiancée is demanding for too much. Recently we've been having issues over her demands.

First of all, most days I work from home while she runs a shop. So maybe because I don't rush out of the house every morning, she now feels I should be doing certains things since I'm home.

Recently, there was an issue that I should be washing her clothes. Can you imagine? That I don't love her or being romantic enough, that's why I have not been washing her clothes especially if I'm washing my own. Brothers, is it African that a man should be washing a woman's clothes? For that, she has stopped washing my own clothes if I cannot reciprocate her.

Also, she is demanding I should be telling her "Thank you" after every meal she makes and I am like, thank you for what? After sweating so hard to make the money to provide the food, I should be thanking her again for cooking it? I don't know if she's right here but I find it hard to do that. I'm the one providing and I should still tell her thank you for cooking the meal that both of us are to eat?

Another issue is that, the day I'm home while she returns, I should be rushing to the doorpost to welcome her, hug her and be so romantic in welcoming her. How does this sound? Not like I don't welcome her. If she comes in, we'll hug and embrace ourselves but to say I should be rushing to the doorpost or give her standing ovation, all that for what? I'm a proud African and I find it difficult to do all that.

The other day when we wanted to eat, I jokingly carried the washing hand basin and gave to her to wash her hands but before she could dip her hands in, I returned the basin and she got so annoyed for not holding the water for her to wash her hands. That she can do it for but why can't I do it for her?

So many demands that I'm beginning to feel that if I give this woman the chance she's looking for, she might turn me into something I didn't grow up seeing my father doing with my mother.

Is she right on her demands and I am the bad guy here or she's trying to turn me to her play toy?

What is your opinion on this?
If what I have read is not a joke, this relationship of yours will likely not end well.
