abbey621:Where do you people come up with this rubbish? China exports to the USA: 15% (2023 estimate) US exports to China: 7% (2024 estimate) With the way you people are boldy manufacturing untruths I am suspecting most Trump supporters might be of a particular political leaning. |
I had stated this before, China are in a better position to fight this battle than Trump is. They have the fundamentals on their side and are politically more stable. Trump cannot win this battle in 4 years he has. The kamikaze advice he has taken will finish his brand. |
Nteogwuija:Different chemistries, you are comparing lithium ion with lifepo. I also think he's using a 3s build on his lithium ion so at 12.3 his battery is practically full (80-90%) while at 12.7 (on most of these secondary chinese builds) indicates your battery is almost drained (30- 20%). I also think you should take Damreesy's advice and charge your batteries higher, 13.8 regularly on a new chinese lifepo battery is low. The float is not important, aim to charge them up appropriately. |
emyfine08:If what you are saying is true, please go and look for a new "engineer". Or engage someone trusted on this forum to come down and check your batteries and advise you properly. |
SalamRushdie:I could repeat the same back to you too. The US market is 300 million people, China's market is 1.4 billion alone . Also US is not actually there biggest trading partner (the no1 country though), ASEAN and EU countries exceed the value of trade with the US, and that will continue too grow, with everyone also imposing tariffs on US goods. This battle Trump is trying to fight is a long-term battle and can never be won in the 4 years he has. Pretty stupid. |
TemporaryHansel:I have corrected my initial post by highlighting what I should have actually referred to. But you are also wrong if you claim every county is running a budget deficit. I could repeat your last statement to you too. |
SalamRushdie:China' external debt % is one of the smallest in the world compared to the other advanced economies. They are safe and won't be bankrupted externally. Trump's America cannot say the same thing. The economists advising him are pretty stupid and probably got their degrees from Oluwole. |
ZombieDredd:Next thing you'll be asking me to prove Trump is acting out a racist agenda.....I have no time for fools like you. |
ZombieDredd:The same way he made a mistake when he subbed him in the past? The same way he made a mistake when he single handedly blamed him for going out of the CL at HOME because of one missed penalty shey? See if you don't understand european racism or football , just keep quiet and let those who are knowledgeable discuss in peace. |
ZombieDredd:Oga keep quiet if you don't follow football. This is not the first times fans of the club are complaining he is subbing Lookman when he shouldn't. Also this was the same foolish manager that blamed him for taking and missing a penalty (saying he was the worst penalty taker in the club), when somebody later showed he has only missed one penalty since he has been at the club. Its not everything you must respond to when you clearly have no knowledge. |
Putindbutt:The man in that case was actually an illegal immigrant, though judges were actually looking at a possible assylum for him on based on his safety, thus he was suppose to be under there protection till the case was determined. The Trump guys claimed they made a clerical mistake by deporting him, though if one looks at it you will know they did it on purpose. Anyway I do agree that soon Trump will deport the legal migrants, he has already started by cancelling valid student visas and deporting them when they upset him. |
These small military boys in West Africa are just insincere. Though I do agree that democracy, with the way it is practiced in Africa is quite inefficient, that fact remains we have had more dictatorships in Africa and Africa has still gone no where. Cameroon is not the best country in Africa despite having a leader that wants to die there (43 years in power). Mugabe ruined a wonderful country he inherited from the whites (37 years). Equatorial Guinea's wealth has remained in the few hands of the President' family, Baltasar's uncle (47 years). Countries like Botswana and Madagascar have improved under democracy. It is not about the style of government, it is about the people and the people they allow to rule them. |
This Gasperini is just too incompetent. It's better that Lookman leaves that club. |
Biodun556:If Saraki said this, it seems he's becoming wiser and might be back in power in Kwara sooner than I expected. BTW any opposition he has should know once he gets back into power in Kwara, I doubt anybody will be able to take it away from him again. |
Saga16:Its clear that Trump supporters are officially the most stupid set of zealots we have in the world, yes, more stupid than even the Taliban. |
Billionbillion:Oga go and install one of those car alarms that make noise at the slightest touch. Talk to mechanics around you area, they will know the type. After that, it is the people in your compound that will suffer and fish out the perpetrator as the sound of your car making constant noise even when lizard climb am will make them sit up and do the needful. |

Tinubuadvocate:Chief it is a village. The last time I checked the word village is an English word and has a specific definition, which Thorpe Acre meets and it has been recognised as a village for hundreds of years. There are some things that are not worth arguing about, and obviously comparing British villages to Nigerian ones is one of them. |
UncleAyo:Bros, his name is Eze (Dr.) James Nduka Oramadike and he has been bearing the title since 2001. He started of with Ibadanland but has since been "promoted". I also tried to get you his phone number , address and the the chapel he visits but that is WIP. Goodluck in writing the perceived wrong that you see here ![]() As a supporter of Arsenal me I like his cap shaaa https://corenews.ng/news/ohanaeze-oramadike-preaches-unity-among-igbo-host-communities-in-yorubaland/ |
Tinubuadvocate:Ah ah, even Jesus tied wrapper. I doubt there is any culture where men did not tie wrapper or wear garments that looked like dresses. Trouser is a later innovation, not sure its even up to a 1000 years old. |
Vianna:Ok, I was a bit surprised no one replied to your post earlier, but on second thought I realised why. Firstly, 90% of the people that reply to solve problems here and give fixes are hobbyist and enthusiasts, I don't know anyone who is a "solar technician" and very few who make a living solely from this on here. This thread is actually more than 15 years old and when I started paying interest in it as a novice ( 9 yrs ago, my professional background is finance), there was one advice they gave anyone who had questions, go and start from the first page and then bring your problem to the forum. So newbies are very lucky as no one is saying that now as the thread is almost 2000 pages long. This does not change the fact that a lot of the people who solve these problems here have gone through the 2000 pages and used their time and life experiences to help others with little to no financial gain to themselves. So please if you have a problem, be patient, no one is being paid to give advice that will cost you proper money if you sought a so called professional. In fact most of the so called "technicians" I have met in person are pretty rude and less knowledgeable than even an average enthusiasts on here. If your post was about the guy who decided to bypass his solar controller and connect his panels directly to his battery, it is a CAPITAL NO NO and he needs to disconnect it first for the battery and his own safety. The controller will likely be the problem, he needs to try changing the settings or get a proper controller. I am happy the guy is exercising patience and decorum while responding to people who are trying to help him. |
Only literate illiterates will fail this question. Dem plenty, and no be only for naija dem de. |
Bros I pity you...see the way these women have turned on you and want to kill you because you talk small truth... chai women and truth eh, seems they would have preferred you lied and claimed you saw it on pornhub ![]() Sistas abeg you, give the man sincere advice so he can enjoy sex with his "one and only" true wife and does not have to cheat...swallowing your anger over a few loose words of his can immediately save your fellow sista physical pain and more importantly a more severe emotional pain later. DIY custom built lifepo4 car battery ( made it 4 years ago, has used it on 3 different cars and claims he bought the BMS for only $9 ! ) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HEd5FkGnljQ?si=nwBt6ylV2qpfyqrg |
Proper lifepo4 cranking batteries https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mms05lZEYkA?si=BRVuvh4CFoRdLoFM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YNz7BcBvCrU?si=1T0PwN5diQ-L3qJb |
Video 1 and 2- normal lifepo deepcycle batteries (video 2 far more informative, but the guy already has a BMS installed in his SUV it seems) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aafJSGZNDfA?si=KuTzp1LSHmTFMAsa https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rXsaCAYvBz0?si=BaDGUCPR_DD4Ewx1 |
HeavenlyBang: So I was pretty surprised to see the comments from your trail on the question "can lithium batteries start conventional cars" as I just assumed most people knew this was possible and took it as a given, probably because I am a bit of a youtube freak and the first time I came across normal sized 12v lithium batteries, it was people testing them with cars. Anyway after seeing your comments and going back to youtube to dig up the videos, I was actually quite surprised that it took a bit of time and there weren't as many videos of people doing so, I mean not like the way I remembered it. However addressing your questions, it seems even if the BMS is rated 100Amps, that won't stop it from delivering far more in the milliseconds it takes for it to start your alternator (see video 1). But to be on the safe side as shown in the middle video post, its probably safer for you to use LIFEPO4 batteries that are designed exactly for the purpose of acting as cranking batteries. The comments of the other youtubers on the videos is actually the highlight if you ask me, as it shows you people have been doing this for years and the workarounds they've found effective. |
Dhoneymix:She was not born here oooo....that is her get out of jail card. |
zero8zero:I was waiting for someone to point this out. That same man has gone to the supreme court more than any other politician I can think of and won case after case with his only loss being the presidential election cases. Now he has won another case again and democracy is no longer under danger and the Supreme court is no longer reckless abi. The hypocrisy of him and his movement is nauseating. Part of me thinks if they ever ruled us it would not be up to 2 years before a Morsi happened and the military takes over again (which they in their prettiness and short sightedness have called for already). |
Mynd44:I believe anyone born in Nigeria, with full Nigerian parentage, raised by Nigerians, is Nigerian, whether they like it or not. |
AGManuel:Pity is not love, please break up with her and move on. You are doing both yourselves a favour and also any future children. |
Dittodat:I strongly agree with this. |
