First Registrar no dey try oooo...... I have been battling with them to re-validate my 2014 OandO dividend warrants but to no avail.
Despite having filled and posted completely filled and stamped e-dividend forms(hard copies) to them, the analogue first registrar still sends dividend warrants to me via NIPOST!

I mailed the original copies to them through proxy and they did it.............But Afriprud way of doing things is better even the registrar of ecobank accepts everything scanned..............

You can request for a detailed receipts of your dividends..........You don't need any calculation from here.............

Afriprud is d best registrar I've ever dealt with.
I send instructions via mail and they deal same day.
In fact, everything abt afriprud is good, both div, result, service and people



No be union registrar we chop my years div from Julius berger and doesn't know their website or even have one. Sent several div warrants and they still lose it. Mtchew!

Truly,Kudos to them at Afriprud..................They virtually did everything within few days and they always respond to your mail...........I scanned everything to them and it was done smoothly............I agree as regard the quality of their stock and dividends too.........They are generous and kind..............One stock you will always make some reasonable profit from every quarter..............

If you're not in Nigeria, how do you get bankers signature and stamp? Can this be a scanned document as well?

If your bank is good like some of mine,you will contact their contact center and instruct them to stamp the form and send it back to you..........Some registrars will accept except the weird First registrars and United securities.................

I am currently having this same issue with United Securities. They will not even process my eDividend forms until my brokers send them transfer forms from CSCS. I did not have this problem with APR. I think they are still living in the days when they held investors monies using all sorts of excuses so they can invest the monies and make their own.

All my five 8yrs dividend of Access is still with United Securities because of that excuse but am working towards it and won't relent until they pay all my money..................

Please does it affect your e-dividend payment if your signature is not with the registrars?

United securities like the other poster mentioned uses such excuse but APR is better.............Once your e-dividend mandate is approved,there is no problem for future and outstanding dividends................This excuse is before approval...........

Pls what is the important of CSCS share transfer form for specimen signature most Registrars ask from stockbroker?

When your signature is not on their register,they will need confirmation via cscs to authenticate your signature..........I think it takes up to two months ...........

I have sent them e-dividend mandate form via my investment one stockbroker.... They said they will only pay the dividend after 6 month of my not seeing the warrant in my box..

Next time take it to them directly or scan it to them.......Afriprudential is a good registrar and smart............Try to know if the e-dividend is active and then inform them in writing to pay all your future and pending dividend warrant into your account............Time to demand.........

I called them and they said the dividend warrant has been sent to my address... I have been checking my p.o.box to no avail.

Why can't you just activate e-dividend..............They can accept scan copies if you are not in Nigeria...............

I think with as low as 50k you can trade..........Google most of the brokers with online trading facility and then contact them by mail for further inquiry..............

A beg ooooo! I need more explanation on mutual fund investment or share cos the rate of T'Bills which has been my investment vehicle for years now has totally crashed. I want to terminate the investment and move on to more profitable investment. Mutual fund is crap.........................Better trade stocks with your money by yourself............

Check the volume traded in o and o in less than an hour. You will understand.

You can't generalize because of Oando because there is possibilities of speculative information going around...............I have no interest in that stock though but I believe that holders of that stock will laugh under this new government.............

I don't think so..........I just believe that no foreign money on NSE right now and domestic players are doing their best to stabilize the market.......End of the week price of stocks is what matters........No hot money right now...........

Market refuse to bend down low but maybe Barclays will bend the market if they exclude Nigeria at the end of the month or not.......

Agree with u , was able to sell half @ 4.40 , thinkin of disposing the rest @ 4.30 and come back when its down

Better do so before its too late.............I have sold all of mine with over 40% profit and I thank God for that but the money is sweet and am waiting for another chance.......................

No good news to hold it at the current price for too long...............It will definitely go back to base because when there are no good news especially going to the end of the year people tend to loose patience with stocks and they sell................Except if they declare another dividend by december which is not possible.............For the first time,i have loads of cash but I am resisting the temptation to buy now until a preferable junction...........Its always good to buy at the lowest price.............

Good result is causing it to be steady but I believe by next month,UBA will be dragged down.............I leaving most of the money in my broking account for that purpose................

Yes it is, but the market was unresponsive to it as at Friday.

Market won't response to it since they are not expecting any dividend for now..............But I believe the stock won't shed blood like other stocks............

I think you guys should chill and ignore whatever differences you have...........Do not be distracted from the main objectives of coming to this thread.........This is one of the most advanced thread on this site where information actually transfer to knowledge and money............Lets not deviate from the founding principles which is our bond............Let us bring back to our consciousness the essence of making money through multi-polar means of disseminating/receiving information concerning Nigerian Stock Exchange Market...........
