adonbilivit:Got me Nah! Just had to explain what I meant by my previous post. And I Won't be tempted to say something abusive to you.... But then if you care, I long passed the Msc level and I work comfortably. So you can keep your "good job" for someone else. I have passed that now. Whatever you say after now is on you. Deal with it. |
adonbilivit:Hey! Keep quiet and get manners while you quote people here. I graduated from the university while you were still struggling with jamb, that's if you have gained admission. I said "pictures" because I know the height of lies in that state. I served as a corper in ogun state during Amosun's 1st term and I know his atitude to education in that state. I know at a point TASUED student stoned him with pure water during one of his visit there cos he almost scrapped that school. You won't believe there are schools in ogun state where they only av 4 permanent teachers to teach JS1-SS3 and corpers have to do bulk of the work just to assist students. Students even sit on the ground to study. Mysef and another corper had to do chair and locker project to donate to the school then. Yet Govenor Amosun will paint another picture of what never happened in the media. So please note that am not one of the pple who come on here just to fetch likes and shares. Cheers and be safe. |

Justice Moore Adumen of the Court of Appeal this morning upheld the trial of Senate President, Bukola Saraki at the Code of Conduct Tribunal. Adumen, reading the unanimous verdict of the three man panel, said the tribunal, which docked the Senate President on 22 September and 21 October was properly constituted. He said the tribunal led by Danladi Umar could sit with the chairman and one other member. He relied on section 28 of the Interpretation Act to reach the decision. He said the CCT and CCB Act and the constitution did not talk about a quorum. Adumen said the judgment could not be delivered on 19 October as earlier planned because the justices have to struggle to reach a consensus. Saraki wanted the appellate court stop his trial at the CCT, where he has been charged on 13-counts with false asset declaration. Judgment was initially fixed for 19 October, but was postponed at the 11th hour, with the court promising to communicate a new date to parties. Notices were sent to parties informing them about today’s date. Arguing the appeal on October 16, Saraki’s lawyer, Joseph Daudu (SAN), urged the appellate court to set aside the entire proceedings before the CCT, including the charge before it. He argued that the CCT was not properly constituted on when it assumed jurisdiction to entertain the charges because it was made up of two members as against three, which is provided for in Paragraph 15(1) of the Fifth Schedule to the Constitution. Daudu contended that the provision of Section 28 of the Interpretation Act relied upon by the respondents to argue that the tribunal could validly sit with its Chairman and one other member, was a contradiction of the three-member provision in the Constitution. He also argued that the tribunal not being a superior court recognised by the Constitution could not exercise criminal jurisdiction. The Oyo State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal has dismissed the petition filed by the candidate of Accord, Sen. Rashidi Ladoja against the election of Governor Abiola Ajimobi of the All Progressives Congress (APC). In the unanimous judgment read by the Chairman of the three-man panel, Justice Mohammed Mayaki, the tribunal holds that Ladoja and Accord “failed woefully” to prove their allegations of rigging, electoral malpractices, violence and non-compliance with the Electoral Act among others, beyond reasonable doubt. Delivery of the judgment lasted for four and a half hours. The tribunal resolved all the issues determined in favour of Ajimobi. It rejected the evidences presented by all Ladoja’s witnesses, saying they were not specific to incidents as claimed as well as failed to prove the allegations beyond reasonable doubt. Consequently, the tribunal upheld the election of the incumbent governor having polled the majority of votes cast in the April 11 election. lakaplonto:Served in a village under yewa south. 2014 Batch A.... I was paid my 55k but some of us didn't get it.... They kept posting them that they will pay as they were paying in batches. All na lie..... That was wen the irregularities started. I heard they didn't pay 2014 batch B. Too bad. If you ever served in those villages you will know that that 55k is the only consolation you've got. |
