I feel time goes by so fast, then u go "omg! Its up to 6months already?". I barely have the time to start counting the number of days my toothbrush has been with me. The last one I used didn't last for a month not becos of how long but because it was too soft for my teeth. This one does its work more than very well.

And hell no!! I don't wanna see a dentist's tools *covers face*, none of it ooo! Guess I'll have to start using more than one brush in a year ... Not sure about 3months tho

Ok I'm looking at my pretty red toothbrush and realized I've used it for well over a year now , and though I have 2 new brushes my sister got me, I still find it difficult doing away with the old one.

So let's hear how long u've used ur own toothbrush ... and the dentists in the house can contribute by telling us how long its best to use a toothbrush and the health risks involved in long term use of one toothbrush

^^^ok thanks. Sunscreen neva works for me tho as I am chocolate skinned and they never blend in. Even foundations with SPF don't work for me as my face gets way too oily so I don't use dem, just loose powder. Will try out the lemon juice and see how it goes

Too many of these rules and u may end up not recognizing and appreciating mr/miss Right when u eventually see them. Follow ur heart but use ur brains, it's that simple!

Over time I've discovered there is no absolute finish line for everyone in the race of life. Our tracks, tactics, mentality & stamina are different. The only thing we've in common is the same umpire.

For instance, one person graduates @ age 20 & struggles for another 5 years to get a job, another might graduate @ 25 & get a job immediately. One can marry a virgin & wait for the next decade to 've the blessings of children, another lady probably after having series of abortions in her past, becomes a mother almost immediately after marriage. A fellow becomes MD @ 38 & dies @ 56, another becomes MD @ 55 & lives to 90. What a life!

Life is full of twists, turns, ups & downs & many more surprises & disappointments. Life offers each one of us different opportunities & once an opportunity is lost, it's gone forever except by the grace of God. It is up to each one of us to patiently prepare, wait, recognise & utilise every opportunity. We learn on the way. No one knows it all or has it all. There is a reason why we all don't fall @ the same time. It's so that when one is down, weak & discouraged, the other who is strong, can encourage & lift the other person.

God never promised that the road would be easy but he promised never to leave nor forsake us. Although life is a competition, let us learn to play it fair & go easy on ourselves trusting that God is working it all out for good (even if it doesn't make sense now). I know that there is a time for everything but most importantly that " it will come to pass ". Whatever trials, challenges or down time, this too shall pass & in due course, u'll be up & strong again to lift up those who maybe down around u......NEVER LOSE HOPE...
