Some tips to help you relax during your next Interview:

1) Forget it's an interview, see it as business meeting.

2) Prepare by researching likely questions, and practice aloud these questions.

3) Know that the interviewer is eager to higher a candidate. View yourself as that candidate.

4) During the interview, smile. It will help you stay calm.

Some years ago, I was among some persons who were arguing about religious leaders and their followers.

One group said, the followers were ripped off by their leaders. The other said, no...it's what they do willingly, and happily, the benefits they derive is more than the sacrifices they make.

My thoughts were (which I expressed briefly before leaving) the religious leaders must be doing something that have gained them so loyal followers.

Some of these religious leaders across different religions and sub-religions, aren't into vices. And these also have loyal followers.

Rather they have paid some price in building 'whatsoever' (Power, Charisma, Persuasion, Character) these loyal followers see in them.

It takes discipline to churn out that 'whatsover,' on a regular basis which still retains the loyalty of these followers.

Rather than criticizing, I would rather admire their discipline that enabled them manifest this 'whatsover'.

And would encourage the loyal followers to make it their aim to master the processes that led to these 'whatsover.'

For those who do, they would be amazed at the benefits, and may need less and less of a human spiritual compass.

Excuses ranging from the economy, witches, age, lack of capital, lack of education, lack of basic necessitates, curses, lack of jobs, lack of connections, etc.

Prove to yourself these are just excuses, false alibis, by sincerely providing answers to the beneath questions:

Has anyone attained financial abundance in this economy?

Has anyone from your place which is the headquarters of witches actualized financial abundance?

Has anyone with your type of physical deformity manifested financial abundance?

Has anyone manifested financial abundance at your age?

Has anyone who had no salaried job attained financial abundance?

Has anyone who initially had no capital actualized financial abundance?

Has anyone who did not know those that matter manifested financial abundance?

Has anyone who had little or no food, shelter, and clothes attained financial abundance?


I’m sure you answered yes. Thus these excuses don’t justify the financial lack.

You are the one who hears, who listens to all Scarce I Self is saying within. The more you listen, and take the Scare I Self serious, the more it speaks, the louder and confident it becomes.

Ah! Ah! Was wondering if this month will end without my exclusive F/P (Fasting and Prayer).

So yesterday, as I got out of bed by 4:30am, I decided to forgo my usual Sunday hustle (May discontinue it...).

I sat on my prayer chair, in the usual spot in my room, set my alarm for four hours, then started praying in tongues, as I engaged my mind with a fruit of the Holy Spirit.

After the alarm went off, reset it again for three hours, continued in tongues and engaged my mind with a process to something I choose to manifest.

After the alarm went off, reset it again for two hours, changed position to another chair in my room, which faced the heavens, then picked up a hymn book (that of my previous religious group), focused on the songs that praised God and those on Character, and sang my soul out.

After the alarm went off, went back to my initial position, and for one hour repeated session two.

After that, I picked up the complete volume of books by one of my favourite spiritual/moral authors, and completed one of his books.

I looked at the time time it was 4:30pm...sat for sometime, planned my week. Hit the bathroom. Took a walk, got some fruits, ended the fast by eating the fruits.

I felt glad to have crushed one of my key spiritual exercises, at least once a month exclusive F/P for a day.

Nothing comes easy. First begin with discipline, then it automates itself into habits...

SELF-CONTROL AND INNOVATION

A consulting firm in the course of investigating 4, 265 people from company heads to blue-collar workers found a common thread among the files of wrecked careers―lack of self-control (Walter V Clark associates, 1996).

With the business media awash with sexual and physical harassment by organizational leaders. These are times when people who ought to be exemplary within an organization, find it difficult to control their impulses.

On August 28th, 2018 a top executive of a Nigerian bank in Liberia was caught on camera physically assaulting one of his junior managers. (Daily Post, 2018).

Countless of such job place violence remains unpublished.
Executives with self-control are able to think through the consequences before speaking or acting. This contributes to poise of character, earned respectability among subordinates, peers, and others. Those who report to such organizational leaders cannot but admire and internally pledge allegiance to the leader. This makes it easier for the leadership to fully optimize their human resources in furtherance of organizational goals.

Change is a constant in the business world.

Successful organizations will either initiate the change through innovation. Leaders and employees who innovate, take pleasure in originality. Pleasure in originality is an innovator’s emotional foundation to innovate (Goleman,1998).

And innovations must not be complex as the manufacture of the I-phone by Apple.

It can be simple as packing milk in small sachets, as initiated by Promasidor Nigeria Ltd, when it introduced the =N= 10 milk sachet in March 1993.

All hope is not lost if organizations are not the first who initiate such change, they can still benefit from it by quickly adapting to the processes and products.

Successful organizations are built to change. To become successful in an increasingly competitive business environment, organizations need to change and change continually (Lawler & Worley, 2006).

Consistently, I will strive to honour my heavenly Father with each thought, word and act.

1 Cor. 6: 18 - 20. ‭‭"Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body. you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies."

He is called HOLY Spirit for a reason. As I incrementally remain sexually pure, it's easier to keep in touch with the HOLY Spirit who dwells in me to guide my every thought, word and act.

A life of abundance begins with the mind.

Imagine two persons: James and John. Both lost all their money in a business deal. Over a few years, James becomes wealthy. John sinks into poverty and depression. These situations are regular occurrences, thus I will not expand on it.

The root source of lack is not You. And it will never be You.

You are simply the one observing what is happening.

You are the one who sees and feels the life of financial lack.

You are the observer, the noticer, the consciousness.

“Then what is it?”, you ask. The root source of lack is within. In the mind. It is the Scarce I Self.

Regularly, at least daily in thanksgiving I am grateful to God for my vibrant health.

And when I notice any subtle form of ill health, I go God in prayer, after which, I follow with Thanksgiving.

A happy couple is heaven on earth. It's glamourous.

Jada's revelation in her book, shows Will wanting to project such glamour. Even if for some years they have been living as I and not We.

That smiling couple you always see in the front pew of the church may be a Jada and Will.

Do your thing o. Don't force it. Be your self in that relationship.

Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, weren't bothered by such glamourous projections.

Oh! You may say these guys aren't moral. The last two especially. Well, let's look at spiritual stalwarts.

Chris Iyakilome, Late Charles Stanley, Kathryn Kulman are all divorcees, who went ahead to achieve their life's purpose thereby blessing millions.

They aren't bothered by the so called stigma that comes with divorce. They have a consuming purpose, that they need to be who they are to achieve and sustain that purpose, even marriage shouldn't interfere with it.

Note, among the men, it was always their spouse who initiated the divorce. They could go ahead and achieve even when married to who so ever.

And when their dear she said, "No!," to the marriage, well they weren't ready to compromise.

An Alpha+ male is strong, he has a burning purpose, his purpose and marriage are two different things. What determines whether he fails or succeeds in this one life isn't his marriage, it's his purpose.

The bible says we were made in God's image and likeness, a place in the psalms says: "Yeah are gods" Apostle Paul said become imitators of Christ as Christ is of God...And several other scriptures that attest that a human has the God potential.

Some have achieved great material things, due to this potential. It doesn't matter whether they acknowledged God or not. They tapped into universal principles to unleash their greatness. Universal principles don't care about one's theology or lack of it.

Even at that in the consciousness of such people they are distinct from their thoughts. They aren't their thoughts. Thoughts are the objects, they are the subjects. They are more like observers of their thought world which is their first catalyst for such achievements.

Even in the art of searching inwards, watching my thoughts for solutions or that intuitive glimpse shines through. For the fact that I observed these, there is already a separation, I am not these. I am still the consciousness, the observer, the noticer.

I also apply such established psychological reasoning in regards to God. Even if I choose to act like God, think like God, deep down I know I am not God the source. I am connected to the source...yet that doesn't make me the source.

Among other things these keeps me humble, and open to that flow.

Have you considered this:

That the moment we say we "go to meet God" in that sense, we are invariably separating ourselves with God practically? In other words, we are buttressing the illusion of us and God being separate entities?

Have you consider the possibilities if we speak and act as God instead...?

How about if we 'Become' the solution we think we don't have instead? As in "at-one-ment" with our desires, be they earthly or spiritual instead of chasing these solutions away because we 'believe' we don't have them by our very act of asking and searching without very 'selves' (Soul).

People who don't even believe in God are already living this reality of physics, God, Nature or whatever you want to call it.

Happy is the man who has a wife that complements him.

Blessed is the man who has a wife whose marital values are drawn from her scriptures and noble cultural norm.

Fortunate is the man, whose incompatible wife initiates a divorce, because he has an opportunity to try again.

Blessed is the husband who derives his marital values from his scriptures and noble cultural norms.

Another sauce of my health with out drugs is: Ginger.

I used this first during the covid period. And ever since it's my first go to when cold persists.

Exposed my self to cold two nights ago. In fact, I woke up freezing, as I rushed for my sweeter.

Despite this, I still had a cold shower the next morning, night and even this morning, like I usually do. (Yes that's another sauce - cold baths).

Yester night, the cold didn't abate, so I took a ginger tea. Using raw ginger.

Did same this morning.

Feeling better.

Your health is vital. What's the essence of wealth, when there is no health?

Guide your health. Tune into your body. Notice when it is cracking. Take a break, when your body gives you signals.

This shouldn't be an excuse for laziness.

The more, I go to him, first with a challenge, with a major decision, the more he satisfies, providing effective insights.

I woke up late this morning (needed the rest), and was at a cross road in two important events.

I sought his face, and the best route to take became as clear as day light.

The gospels contain the literal words of my leader Jesus. Obedience to these words reveals truth, such truth sets me free.

Rom. 2: 28,29. ‭
A person is not a Jew who is one only outwardly, nor is circumcision merely outward and physical. No, a person is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is circumcision of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the written code. Such a person’s praise is not from other people, but from God.


One of the goals of most religious groups is character improvement. Therefore of more importance than my religious affiliation, is what I am becoming in my heart, in my inner-man. And my validation isn't from men. Men who can't keep their own standards. It is from God.

This Week's EI Moment:

FLOW A CATALYST FOR EXCELLENCE.

Flow is the catalyst for excellence. Every exceptional achiever in any field regularly enters a state of flow. The surgeon who is surprised to learn, he has spent seven hours carrying out a surgery.

The student who is engrossed in his book, finds out he is the only one left in the library. The trainer who remembers during the lunch break, that he has not eaten for the day.

In a state of flow, tasks appear seamless, enabling you excel intentionally. It is easier to enter
such a state when you are passionate. Activities we love suck us in because we get into flow
as we engage them.

Flow is the ultimate motivator, not motivational speakers, motivational quotes or
motivational books. These will leave you euphoric and arouse a dopamine state. At most, this state will last twenty-four hours after the trigger. No doubt, they play a part, but only a state of flow will see you through seamlessly when it is time for action.

Sometimes you are not motivated to start a task. Nevertheless, if you have created good habits and systems, you will begin. In time, you become motivated to continue, and may ultimately enter the blissful state of flow.

I posit that what we use - world events, scriptures, history, science etc - to explain God's existence or otherwise, is just theoretical.

One's belief or unbelief lies in his interpretation of events, especially on a personal level. This is experiential.

The deeper, one's experiential convictions, the tighter he holds on to his stance. And the less disturbed he feels if you have an opposing point of view.

Those who banter over words, debate a lot, even insult to either prove their atheist, agnostic, or theist stance do so primarily for themselves.

They are doing so, to convince themselves about where they currently stand on such matters. They aren't doing it to win you over, no, it is to keep themselves glued to where they belong.

It doesn't matter which part of the fence you are during such debates, what matters more is how you project yourself.

You have more reason to project yourself mannerly, respectfully, if you are Pro-God.

In doing so, the Anti-God proponent may at least Experience God through your demeanor.

An Alpha+ male takes responsibility.

Fortunes dwindle, he holds himself accountable. He sees himself as the main provider in his family.

When his dear she or others close to her start handling most of the bills in the family, he is loosing ground gradually. He should better go to the drawing board and bounce back ASAP.

Instead of bills being paid by relatives. If the relatives are his, he should better meet them to help him with capital or a source of income. If they are related to his dear she, at least one of them should speak to them with same request.

An Alpha+ male doesn't leave such loopholes for long. If he does, third party interference will become a norm.

When that happens, he is no longer an Alpha+ male.

Holiness protects a spiritual man in ways we can't even see.

Away with lust, away with indolence, away with dishonesty, away with resentment, away with violence, away...the further these vices are, the more I Experience God

If I must eliminate these totally from my life, I have to study them closely. Observe what triggers each of them, then take calculated steps not to succumb.

Let me start with that which is most common - Lust.

Have you noticed that the occasions you easily succumb to lust (porn, masturbation, fornication, lustful looking/thoughts) are those moments you are anxious?

I posit, that if spiritual/religious counsellors can also address anxiety when counselling someone who is struggling with sexual impurities, they will be better results.

When an individual have passed that initial age of realizing the pleasure he can derive from his external reproductive organs...

He resorts to such form of pleasure as a result of boredom, worry, etc. He simply is looking for a distraction out of unpleasant feelings. Same way an Alcoholic looks for an escape in bottles.

Tear apart any vice you are struggling with and you will see what actually triggers them in you.

For one, when I do that it enables me to have more occasions to keep Experiencing God.

Like the good book says, without holiness, no eyes can see God.

Any method you learn, apply immediately as things change so fast especially in the online space, that the method may become obsolete tomorrow.

Nothing beats hard work. Yeah work smart, it doesn't mean at least initially you won't work hard. Long hours.

Get used to being comfortable on your working space...even when you are back from your employee job, set time to work on your own thing.

That's the gateway to wealth. What you own.

Emotions and Health.

“So bad John what happened to that patient,” said David. It was ten minutes since they had their last laugh.

 “Yes David, so bad. I feel for the family, the man would have lived if only he wanted to,” John said. 

 “How are you coping with the image it brought on the hospital?” James asked. 

“Nothing major, though for the first week we noticed a drop in the number of patients. I ascribed it to people having better health or no money to visit a Zenith,” John replied.

“Everything is back to normal. We should be intentional about our feelings. The man died from a heart attack because of overwhelming anxious thoughts.”

“He should have focused on the benefits, not all are fortunate to get such benefits. Some of my colleagues who retired two years ago are yet to get their severance package.” David said. 

“Very true David, but not all have developed their minds to see things from your perspective. Shreds of evidence abound that anger, anxiety, and depression are very detrimental to health.  Medical research attests to this.  For one, anxiety quickly demoralizes the whole body and lays it open to the entrance and growth of disease.” John said. 

“I may have time to design another course. On how becoming smart with feelings can safeguard our health,” James said solemnly. 

“Is anyone interested?” James asked.

“Yes,” replied David and John.

“Why are our ladies laughing so hard?” John asked as he looked through the window. 

 “I am sure they are gossiping,” David said. 

“Let us find out,” said James.

He smiled, picked his glass of red wine, and took the lead back to his sitting room.

When a husband tells the wife " Since I married you, my life took a downward curve. You are the cause"

That is to put it softly, for some men cloth that in harsher words.

In essence the husband is saying, "You are more powerful than I am."

Alpha+ males don't use such words when their health, finances or anything else falter.

Even if you have uttered it in the past, be more conscious. Your spouse isn't that powerful to change things in your life.

Where you are in health, finance, etc, is a factor of your decisions. It's understandable if after the marriage, your incompatibility brings up frequent frictions.

Frictions that lead to at least verbal fights. Fights, because you are taking a stand for a principle or you mismanaged the situation, or your dear she isn't backing down in words/tone.

These fights trigger negative environment in your home. A home where you sleep and have your meals.

With this negative charge, how do you expect to make the best decisions?

Then during and hours/days after a fight, your emotions are binging on negativity. Then how do you expect the immune system to withstand germs/diseases?

Your wife isn't the cause. She doesn't have such powers. Neither do you over her.

How does an Alpha+ male navigate these waters?

By having a side chick?

That's just a quick fix.

First, if your home is in such a state of constant fights, that have affected your health and finances, focus on 'I', forget 'We.' forget appearances. You need to bounce back ASAP. Your health, your finances. With that there is a greater likelihood of a 'We.'

When an Alpha+ male retains his health, still does great in his finances, despite the state of the home, he has grown above the conscious/unconscious negative pull of his dear she.

And if your dear she should habitually tell you, "You are the cause of my..." And you really want her to abandon such lines, reply with "Oh! I never knew I had such powers" Or something along those lines.

Your earlier writings about your home from 2021- doing wrong to your spouse, witchcraft, dwindling fortune, sending her packing, initiating reconciliation, now this: she not wanting to amend, your sanity, separation, - shows you are swinging from one end to the other.

My recommendations:

1) Take time off bringing your personal issues to a platform like this, you will be confused by the different varying opinions.

2) Dreams are usually a reflection of your subconscious (innermost) thoughts. Strive to have positive thoughts towards her (and persons and situations). Only then can you really know weather the dream is a revelation or not.

3) Take some time off, quiet down the fears, anxieties, pain, regrets, etc, in your mind.

4) Always do your best to live in holiness and faith.

5) Seek the face of God personally on this issue.

One's sanity is something that shouldn't be joked with.

Emotional capacity differ.

You sure need to build yours. Because be it family, business, others, there will always be things that will test your mental resilience.

Life is meant to stretch us.

I had done everything for the marriage to work but all my effort were in vain because my wife refused to amend which she had made it clear to me that after our first separation she did came back to me because she had nowhere to stay with the children and I keep having reccuring dreams of her wanting me dead since she is not ready to work on the marriage and I had decided to put an end to the marriage for the sake of our children I will not send her packing neither will I take custody of the children I will let her and the children to stay in the rented house and I will move out of the house and I will be sending upkeep money 15k every month I hope I had made a good decision for my own sanity ?
