Not owing a kobo. I paid everything before he gave me the biometrics request letter.

Go and demand for your login details asap in person ... Dont give him room to post you ...

Tonyodg:
I really don’t still get why agents would be hoarding someone’s personal details like it don’t make any sense

Demand your personal details.. It doesnt make sense ... Are you still owing ,if you are, you need to meet him one on one, make sure you can access it with your phone, pay your balance and go

NairaLuck:
Hello good afternoon everyone,
How do I resize my sponsors statement of account and still maintain the quality?
It's about 327 pages For 5months and it's bigger than 4mb

ilovepdf.com.. Thank me later

Tonyodg:
lmao pit of hell

Shes right o... Demand for your login details cos youbpaid for it... Every visa application has his or her own login details. What he said means he uses the same password which are saved on the same laptop or desktop he is using for everybody he applies for but not the same security questions. I advise you tell him to give you the password, you will use your own laptop to gain access.. Simple ..

Kinzeerichy:

Thank you.

Nothing.. I advise you defer the admission to january before the school resumption date

Jermaineayo:

Pls share a screen view of wat you see for better understanding.. Also block all sensitive info about your own application.

mimilyrics:
No. The only familily that can stand as your sponsor are your parents/guardians. Any other family that wants to sponsor you will have to pay the money into your account or your parents' accounts.

Thanks Chief

Oh well.. i was trying to send money home this morning and looked at the exchange rate...though i'm getting a good value for my ££ but wonder how anybody would want to buy £££s now or take all that money to invest in education in the UK.

The direction of the UK economy will be a bit clearer by April next year..by then we will know whether..

1. Leaving the EU is paying off or the consequences is biting

2. The effect of coronavirus will be clearer then

3. EU citizens will not be able to work without papers anymore..level play ground for everyone

4. Will the £ crash? If that happens then studying in the UK will be affordable to foreign students

5. Will universities lower tuition fees, give more incentives to attract foreign students?

6. Will the UK immigration policy change to encourage more foreign students...e.g the unfair IHS and TB test could be removed?

I rather put that money in a low risk investment while i watch how this plays out then i engage in self studying in my interest area, by Sept 2021 i will be more informed and prepared to study in the UK.

This is not for everyone though ...

Honestly you are right but we all have our reasons for wanting out of Nigeria, I personally made my mind up that am tired of staying in Nigeria, you graduate, you get paid peenuts and we take it, you turn to business and it struggles cos the nigerian government don't offer policies that makes the business strive coupled with the excessive corruption ,one man pockets billions of naira to himself. So-called pallaitives nonexistent. Because of all this ,by next year April, the naira keeps loosing value, making it near impossible to dream of studying abroad which is why You in the UK seeing the exchange rate and seeing how muxh millions of naira it is, you made the bolded. You are not in other persons shoes to know their own difficulty.

Please can my aunty's brother stand as my sponsor ?

Miztafrank:
Hello friends. I applied for study permit(paper application in March and did biometrics in same week, I have been given my track no but no further communication till last month I made an enquiry and I was asked to wait patiently. I am considering converting to online application, is this advisable?

YES

Damioni:
What if I have 8 millions in my account will that work

After paying your tuition deposit, will it be enough to cover for the tuition balance and money to take care of yourself for at least a year... If it is... U are good to go

megafaraday:
Good day People,
About applying for study permit, what effect will including my wife in the application have on the outcome?

It is advisable wen you get to canada, you apply for your spousal work permit

Damioni:

Godsblessings:
@ justwise, frankrobbi 1, lekiboboe, Wendi duel, and other gurus here Hello house, please attend to my questions . I would like to know if it's mandatory to open a dormicilary account for my sister and transfer her tuition fees there though the school did not request for tuition deposit? or should just present the sponsor statement of account as prove of Available funds for her tuition?
my next question is that her sponsor(my hubby) said he doesn't have any money in his Salary account but has up to 17M-20M in his savings account, please does he need to submit an empty salary account or he should just submit his savings account with his payslip and employment letter as prove of employment??
furthermore, my sister has already gotten admission here in Nigeria , do we need to include her admission letter as evidence of what she has been doing after SSCE?
my last question is that how do we proof the relationship between my younger sister and my husband since they do not bear the same surname? @justwise , frankrobbi1, lekiboboe, wendiduel and other guru in the house. Thanks and remain blessed . Please someone should attend to my questions

My advice is this , pay a part of the tuition fee.. You dont need to open a domiciary account .. Pay a part of the tuition and get the receipt. Use the saving account with enough money that covers the balance of the tuition plus money that covers at least a yr stay $10,000cad.. What he needs is to provide how he is related to your sister. Meaning he should provide marriage certificate, his and your birth certificates, employment letter, payslip if possible and international passport. You dont need to add that admission letter .. Don't add it cos it will affect you

Chioma12345:
Good morning. Sorry this is my first time of commenting here. I graduated with a second class lower in public administration. Please can you recommend any cheap University for me accepting diploma in public administration? Thank you

You best bet is a college for a PGD (Post graduate Diploma)..

Obasanjo280:
People of Nairaland. I have get passport request Ooooooooo
I will say the rest leave work

Congratulations boss

ajoyeleke:
Good morning house pls I need a quick answer to this

Is original wave certificate needed when processing admission or visa for Canada
Pls I need urgent reply

You can attach for both

gracevien:
Will this extra one year course when added to first one still make one eligible for the PGWP

Yes

Yeanca:
Good evening all,

Do you know anyone that has travelled to Canada before on work and live package via an agent

Thanks for a quick response

Work visa is very very extremely difficult to do... You will need to get an employment from there first , you need an LMIA letter from the employer stating that they have posted so so vacancies for a month and nobody in canada was eligible or qualified for the position which is why they offered the position to an international not presently in canada(this part is impossible)..... Any agent that does it will scam you especially on the aspect of LMIA cos they will forge it (5yrs ban if caught) and you wont know, also they might promise you a job, which might also be a lie.. So be careful.. The process long shaa...

Finally this is a Canadian study visa thread..

Boyebusayo:
Good afternoon pls can I do GMAT or GRE to boost my qualification for masters in Canada .

None... U dont need ielts

tjadeniyi:
Wow, thanks @Anon123.
Still need more clarity about this college because the mentioned college (www.cancollege.ca) gave me admission offer but still contemplating on initial payment.
Please house I need more enlightenment.

I will advise you against going to that college... Thats why I said focus on more prominent colleges.. Most of this low calibar set of colleges looks to the visa officer like you are desperate to leave the country ...

Aquanitavit:
hello please i have asked before and no reply the please i also need and will appreciate every ones input on these . first congrats on your progress ,my question is if you provide all documents requested from and the ones you couldn't provide due to log down how did you go about it because i saw in their site that if you are having difficulties providing any document you should attach a reason and explain why you cant provide it. reason am asking is because am having trouble getting my English proficiency exception letter from my school and i don't know how to go about these and that's the only thing holding me from applying .

Unless your school in canada personally requested for the letter. A letter of English proficiency isn't a prerequisite for visa or admission.

Otherwise you can write a letter stating that cos of the lockdown in school. There's nobody that can help you get the letter sent to you or to the school

starboychan:
I know but what's the average amount I should budget for everything?

Nobody can tell you how much to budget for everything cos the rates changes all the time

starboychan:
Good day guys,

I have a cash of about 3.5m right now and if I sell my car I can raise about 4.8-5m .

I'm looking forward to studying abroad, I have a b.eng in civil engineeringbut with second class lower which I think will not qualify me for MSc.

I need advise on the kind of program I can apply to that will be eligible for PGWP and also I will like to know if the fund I have will be enough.

N.b : I can use my uncle as sponsor for the purpose of visa application

Your best bet is a PGD/PGC in a course related to civil engineering. At least a 2yrs course guarantees you a 3yrs PGWP which gives you a high chance at PR.

Yes you can use your uncle as your sponaor.

sewenswepzy:
How often is the visa extension given....could it be denied leading to necessary return back to Nigeria or the success rate is high....thanks

Its hardly denied .. All you need for the extension is thr new admission letter and proof of fund for at least 1yr

sewenswepzy:
Urgent reply pls
Can international student apply for part time studies...will it affect the visa procurement.

You will need to apply for an extra one year course towards the end of the first course and also apply for a visa extension making the total stay 2yrs.

tjadeniyi:
Hello experienced gurus in the house.
Please can anybody say something about this college: Canadian Career Education College.
www.cancollege.ca
Is it a scam, though I checked the school on ircc.ca and found it to be an accredited DLI but still doubting the school

Please focus on more prominent colleges like Conestoga, Humber, centennial , novia Scotia community college...

Shigosmart:
Hello house
I greet everyone
Please I need a guide on how to start with student visa application for Canada, I’m looking forward to processing Masters programme in civil engineering, I finished from a polytechnic. Affordable schools one can apply to and and all that. I’ll appreciate a prompt response. Thanks

You can't do a masters with an HND, your best bet is a PGD in a college on a course related to your HND.

ehisforever24:
