I got admission to Seneca college and George brown college. Which is better among d two? How many month statement of account am I to print/submit? Thank for all your response.
4 or 6months statement of account.. either of the two..
Both schools are good, what u need to focus on is, the province, job possibilities, affordable rent etc...

See Wat u will do.. every morning.. u pray 1st.. send mails to cic lagos, London and Kenyan offices by 10am in the morning and 5pm in the evening.. Send these mails 5times to each email at the times I mentioned and the mails for 10am and 5pm must be different but saying the same thing .. make sure u state your full name, application and Uci numbers and date of birth on the body to the mail.. den start express your concerns of why the whole delay, Iet them know your classes will resume soon therefore u need to start preparing so u can get acquainted with your environment.. do that from tomorrow..and let's see what will happen on Friday.. I tell you u based on experience.. but FYI, you only do this if your application has exceeded the standard timeline

Ok sir. What if he decides to transfer the cash into my account. I will get the bank statement and take it to embassy? What if he also gives me his personal and company bank statement. He may not have much in his personal account like he will in his company account.
Best move is to transfer money into your account and show as proof of fund.. don't use a company 's bank statement.. it won't fly....

Good day, please my cousin wants to sponsor me to school in Canada. It is one year course in a college. I have been given admission. He wants to use his company account to sponsor me. What are the documents he needs to give me that i will send to embassy? I have a registered company since 2016, married, have a car, have a son. Please gurus in the house, help me out.
Pls tell your cousin not to use his company's account as your sponsor.. once u do that, denial is imminent.. he should use him own personal account..
Please can anyone suggest universities in Canada that accept 2.2 graduates. My search has been fruitless cry cry
U cant do a masters in a Canadian university with a 2.2... it's close to impossible to be admitted if u apply.. your best bet is a college.. search for courses related to your bsc and not offered in Nigeria

Hello everyone,

Firstly I would like to appreciate this platform and everyone who’s actively involved for all they do.

I have been gathering notes from this platform for some weeks now and they’ve been really insightful.

Please I have a challenge and I haven’t really seen people talk about it.

My dad and I bare different surnames.. I bare his grandfather name while he bares his grandfather’s. I have just been granted admission to MUN and I intend to use my dad as my sponsor for my visa application. I am confused, I don’t know how to prove he is my dad.. or am I just worrying myself for nothing ?

Please I need advice on this .
Thanks
This is kinda confusing cos am wondering the history of how all that happened.. well. I will advise, you and your dad need to write and sign an official affidavit stating your dad is your dad, explaining explicitly why the different surnames..if he has a pic of wen u were still a baby or young.. that can be attached.... also in your dad's letter of sponsorship, he needs to state that as well..

Please someone help
My advice is, do not use company as your sponsor... if the company wants to sponsor u, I will advise they write a letter stating why they are sponsoring u and how they can still be in operation despite how expensive Canadian education is

Hello Experts in the house.
Can someone assist with advice on a two year program that will:-
1) Guarantee me admission in no time.
2) IELTS free or flexible
3) Economically possible tuition
4) Allows for work and study
5) 100% guaranteed travel within the year 2020
1) do a course related to your bsc
2) IELTS is not compulsory or required in a study visa as long as your courses were taught in English
3) Canadian education is not cheap but not expensive as well... so if u are looking for cheap, it depends on the province the school is located..Ottawa is expensive, newfound land is not etc
4) as long as you have a study visa, u are automatically issued a work permit. Therefore u are going to be working and schooling simultaneously
5) it's dependent on when u start applying. If u start now, by September u are out of Nigeria..

Good day all,

Can I apply for MSC in Canada with HND result?
Yes but possibility of getting admitted is slim..universities recognise BSC more than HND... so I will say you apply for a PGD..

Good day everyone please I want to ask, does someone who gained admission to study a PGD in Canada for 1 year, has a chance of getting visa approval??
BIG FAT YES... but I would encourage you go for a 2yr programme cos of the advantage it has over a 1yr program eg possibility of getting a PPR is high, number of years you will be issued on your visa

Okay here is my own question.
I recently graduated from a federal Polytechnic,

Normally you do PGD first before masters Degree.

I wanna ask if there's any school in Canada that offers same PGD before going for masters.

Please help
Yes colleges do

It's a big red flag if u let the VO know u have a masters already or u incrude it in your application..yiu should have gone for a PhD instead.. my 2kobo is, don't include the masters u have gotten..

If you had a 2.2 or 3rd class, u can go ahead and do the pgd after which u move on to a masters.. I believe @naijaforeigner has briefed you on this before..

Good evening everyone, i am new to this thread. Firstly i have gone through most of the previous discussions and i must appreciate everyone here who has made this thread what it is today.

I was told something and i am here to verify the claim ; An agent told me that the canadian embassy WOULD NOT ISSUE study visa to a masters degree applicant who graduated from the University 5 years ago. According to him, they prefer you come for your studies within 2 years of finishing your BSc.

Pls, how true is this as i am in a dilemma. Thanks.
Pure lie

lol, you will be shocked that many things that happen in Nigeria also happen in Canada?

I accompanied a friend to the emergency centre of London ON Victoria hospital last year October. When we arrived at the hospital around 8pm, my friend registered at the Nurses triage station almost immediatley but we had to wait till 5am before a Doctor could attend to her.

Who would have imagined that a wait time of almost 9 hours in an emergency clinic, in a city with less than 500,000 people, was possible in Canada?

P.s It is not a one off situation, many people say it is the norm in that hospital.
Lolz...
