He's right... Jesus preach against taking up weapons. He also mention that whoever that kills by the sword will die by it. One question I have for those whom claim to be Christians today is: "are they really following Jesus's instructions (which should make them Christians) or following what they feels is right?" Remember, Jesus instructions is what we should look upto, not our own mind.

Attending Pentecostal churches almost made me to give up completely on Christianity. Catholic churches also have their bad days but you'll hardly get to hear those scam phrases like: "the way I'm led", "God told me", "God instructed me ", etc. So its Catholic church for me for now till I completely embrace atheism

Why don't you try JW? I know many people of the world hate them the same way they hated Jesus in his days...
They're the only church I know that atleast gives more than they take

Exercise is over hype, it'd only do little to nothing when your metabolism isn't in balance

It's much more easier to burn fat with diet and little excercise. Great passion is require to avoid some food while you develop an habit to consume only what your really needs (plant based food only) for the time you're still breathing, I.e this habit most be your daily routine...
