Some oyinbos are out of this world compared to what some africans really think thing are. They are in cloud nine and nothing else makes sense but the unknown.

Food / Re: Cheap Foods That Helps The Brain Focus by antartica(m): 6:31pm On Sep 02, 2013
Philcool: so does this mean that part of low memory issue that some people used to have comes from frequent eating of those garri and akpu related foods. Sometimes, I use to forget that I have not taken breakfast and when I will remember, it's even after 1pm to 2pm sometimes. Lol. Could this be the reason?

Eating wrong foods affect everything about humans, they devastate the body, including the brain.

A little bit of everything is very, especially fruits and vegetables which you guys take for granted in nigeria. They come cheap, organic and natural, yet most of them go to waste when there are mouths to feed, money to make and lives to save.
Family / Re: Do Women Like House-husbands? by antartica(m): 6:13pm On Sep 02, 2013
Women sometimes prefers the hard to get guy,the one that gives them heartache. The good ones to them come cheap.

They don't seem to know what they want.

Most people don't fulfillment as stealing what belongs to others and oppressing the poor like the rich do in nigeria, they sees success as how much filthy monies that can use to cheaply buy the self made peasants who are always ready worship criminals.

Rational people see fulfillment as how much good changes they can effect in their environment, irrespective of the risks.Selfessness.
Food / Re: Cheap Foods That Helps The Brain Focus by antartica(m): 5:43pm On Sep 02, 2013
One can't believe nigerians have super organic fruits like paw paw and avocado wasting away in their gardens without eating them. They rather eat akpu and garri than eat simple nature provided fruits and foods that can boost their lives. Some don't even bother selling, they just let the rot.

A point of correction, avocado is not cheap. It might be cheap and common in nigeria but highly sort after and expensive in the west.Eaten by smart people.
Culture / Re: Black Americans Undergo Cleansing From ‘slavery Stigma’ In Igboland by antartica(m): 5:34pm On Sep 02, 2013
kwangi: Yeah.
For me, I think it's the fact that somebody thought they required 'cleansing'.
Who thought it necessary for them to be cleansed?
Was it they, themselves or the Priest who carried out the cleansing? Who?
From what exactly? From their slave status to free-borns?

This brings the question of the Osu and Ohu to mind.
Since there is need to 'cleanse', how about they start with the Osus and the Ohus?
This is one angle of the Igbo society that annoys me!

It is not exactly the physical and dogmatic cleansing like christian baptism and babalawo bathing. But rather it is the mental and somewhat spiritual reawakening of mind that empowers it to claim its rightful place in nature. It is the removal of self impose guilt of seeing themselves as mere descendants of slaves that have no choices or originality. They feel guilty for the evils of slavery even when they are the victims and they feel subdued that why they refuse to find their roots.
Culture / Re: Black Americans Undergo Cleansing From ‘slavery Stigma’ In Igboland by antartica(m): 7:53pm On Sep 01, 2013
It is truly a soul searching journey.Until all away africans around world realized that africa is their rightful place, they will never get the true message of what the game is all about. They try to make them totally obliterate not too recent history in their memories,to make them feel like lost sheep, even when zion is in full view.

Culture / Wives Of The Top Gangsters In Nigeria. by antartica(m): 6:41pm On Sep 01, 2013
It takes a ruthless gangster to be a successful politician in nigeria. To be a top elite you must be a mobster, even the socalled educated ones are ruthless criminals.Judges, professors, lawyers, doctors, police, army and clergies, all are corrupt.

Nigeria society adores criminals and despise hard work.

Religion / Re: Why Do People Get Scared Of Ember Months by antartica(m): 6:31pm On Sep 01, 2013
Because they lack fundamental common sense. They never take their time to think that all months are the same and that there is nothing to hurry about, even though it is christmas.

And of course death trap roads that can not handle sudden increase in traffic congestions, aswell as lack of traffic rules and regulations.People drive like deranged animals like the socalled leaders and they expect to stay alive.

Nigeria is a lawless and thoughtless country for real.Anybody that denies it is either a subhuman or a devious traitor.

I see what your concern lies.

But then, are you suggesting that he buries his penchant for speaking candidly, in order to become an establishment politician? Surely it is up to his advisers to sell his non-compromising message to any prospective voter who considers this missive a personal affront.

Personally, I would sooner back an atypical politician like Kenyamo than many of the swing-with-the-prevailing-wind jackals who currently occupy the senate.

Tough to reorientate grown adults.Nigeria salvation is nowhere among the this generation, may be among the unborn generation. The generations that will emerge after everybody living in nigeria today must have died out or in their hundreds.

The vital question is who going to teach them rights from wrong?Maybe they will learn to be normal human beings from the web.
Politics / Re: Gani Fawehinmi, Nigeria's Senior Advocate Of The Masses by antartica(m): 3:12pm On Aug 08, 2013
If Gani was alive he would have taken the case of the deported nigerians in their country against lagos state government. It seem like his legacy died with him, nobody to take his place.

Sad.

The only sensible thing APC should do if they want a change is to woe Pat Utomi.Gej is an abysmal failure in a normal circumstance, but because nigerian circumstance is not normal, the people are caught between the devil(GEJ) and the blue sea(APC)

Criminals can not bring a change to a society, the are only there to protect and preserve their criminal empires at the expense of suffering and fo-olish nigerians.

Redstone:

I care less about your comment because it lacks the fabrics of sanity, capacity and intelligence, so you can hug that your transformer all by yourself. You fail to realize that the issue here is about the rights of Nigerians to live anywhere they wish to live, freedom of expression, association and the right to coexist., you just hate for nothing that I can phantom, but that is immaterial. As far as I am concerned, the issue for me here is that the state government does not have any right to deport, relocate or refrain anyone living within the state and within the country legally and legitimately unless for security reasons or that the person or persons are seriously considered a security risk within the state. I think the government is either being ill advised or they are simply trying to fuel the vessel of hate and tribalism. Believe me, you will not like the outcome when other states start responding in areas that really hurts. You can imagine what the country will look like. The insecurity we have in the north today is simply caused by some group of people asking for the northern part of the country to me islamized. They feel the northern part of the country should be left alone for them. It is not far from deporting innocent people and leaving them at the middle of nowhere at 3 AM. If you have any conscience in you which I really doubt, you should be ashamed of your comment above and of such act by the LASG and condemn whoever have advised the execution of such exercise. This is Nigeria and it belongs to every Nigerian, no matter the socioeconomic background of the individual involved, no governor or individual anywhere in the country has the right to deport anyone. These are people and not dogs.

There are camps for destitutes I suppose, if any destitute have legitmately asked for assistance to be relocated by to his home town due to financial or health challenges, I beleive such assistance should also be rendered with respect and regards for human dignity and not as recently displayed by the LASG.

The act actually strip fashola of any dignity he has as a learned and humane individual. That is if he was aware of the procedures first hand.He could allocated adequate resources for humane dispensation of the unlawful act,but some area boys will just choose to pocket the resources and do it the nigerian way,"the uncommon sense" way.

Yomieluv: Nigeria is a comedy

Nigeria is country where nothing works. If it must work,it has to be crooked.A country where there are no policies,no policy makers and no enforcer.A country at the mercy of rogues.

How else can you explain situation where criminals are ex presidents, residents, senators, governors, commissioners and local government chiefs?Even clergies like the one at ibori party are proclaimed criminals.

esikpogho: deporting the sick and destitute to any part of the country is a wicked act from fashola, but obi is a thief that have to vomit the looted Anambra state money.this is a picture of onitcha under obi, he is a criminal.

Na wa o! With all the qualifications that adorns obi's profile,he still run a a state where people call that road?Won't he just resign and commit suicide as a total failure to humanity?

Easyfren: Lagos state govt has never gotten it so wrong until now for the following reasons: 1) publicity. What warrants it? 2) It's not done at night (3.00am). 3) they were not dropped by the road side. 4) they were handed over to Osun state govt officials. Exact opposite of all the above was done to Igbos. I personally feel this is a subtle secession because if all state govts should follow suit, then we'll require visa to go to any state (country) in NIGERIA..

You forgot to mention that they were transported in trucks like malus.Just like the nazis transported the jews to the concentration camps on train goods carriages.

It is inhumane.
Politics / Re: Dismissed Sergeant Impersonated Classmate For 21 Years by antartica(m): 11:35am On Aug 08, 2013
He probably had a robbery/jail record before he joined the police and because there are not much background checks and data confirmations in nigeria,he could just easily give another person's profile to join the force.
