I went to one solar shop yesterday.
There are just few here.

The owner of the shop had a dc fan on.

His set up was 40ah battery, One small charge controller, and an 80w panel.


He charges phones from the charge controllercontroller's 2 usb ports.

He isn't knowledgeable enough, maybe he is just a marketer.


Now it seems i may need a smaller set up.

For just phone and Usbs... All you need is a 80/100/150 watts (must be 12-24 volts), car charger for phone (for better results, get a quality one like those with 2 or 3 USB ports), and a good phone power bank.

It's better to charge power bank directly using this process—charging phones directly with a panel may damage the phone/it's battery due to fluctuations of the sun.

You have higher position than him that refer you. It is human he will not feel elated. They are many ways to clear the issue like making feel appreciated not envious.
And worse case scenario, cut the relationship not because he is a bad person, but such is life.

You see, the thing is natural to the flesh, and it takes God's grace to overcome. I won't recommend you get troubled until you experience such as one who helped the other.

Working remotely, I experienced it first hand when one of the guys I shortlisted for the company began to gain more recognition and influence than me who connected him.

Thanks to God I dealt with the bitter/jealous feelings that wanted to eat me up, and
things continued well. But later the company had a compulsory night shift requirement which I couldn't bear. So I was thrown out through the window. The guy remained and I refused to be bothered by God's grace.

But leaving really opened much better doors and experiences...

Now like you OP, I was not very impressed with the attitude of this said guy during the period. He should know someone in my shoes must be fighting jealousy, envy and all, but his attitudes/words would still tempt you to be jealous. Well, still had to beat all that, thank God.

A Nigerian has stolen a huge sum from the company now and I think it meant trouble. Now it's difficult for me to recommend any better place I am to him—not for the fear of achieving more, but trying to make me feel jealous in the process. And especially if he doesn't ask for help...

Endurance is good, but if it's unnecessary then it might be foolishness... Now I could only help by referring him to a place I'm not working.

So we need to check ourselves first...

I think day school is much better to train children properly. I went to two relatively top boarding schools and I'd say a serious parent should not risk losing their children to common private and open vices.

The problem is reaping what we sow. It's all easy and fun until reaping time in future. I'm speaking from personal experience. I thought I got away with money matters back in secondary sch days. But when reaping came, boy, I deeply felt the Heat.

Fortunately, many won't believe that God sees everything, and rewards each one for their good or bad. Yet when great calamities hit, we blame village people; or when some people suddenly prospers, we may accuse them of cheating.

Most times is 12MB/secs downward. All this one na lies. Optic fibre goes for 1GB/Sec that's in Abroad seeing 250MB/Secs just dey make laugh which MTN wan give that kind speed if u like sleep on top of their mast u no go see pass 18MB/secs

Here goes the story.

I freelance on upwork on a part time and make small change. I luckily secured my highest paid project for 2500 dollars some months ago. I was so happy and worked hard at it for 2 months. I finally finished the project and the client played. I decided to get a land from the fund so as to have something tangible from my freelance funds.

I spoke to a trusted adviser about the land and he was able to find one for me at a good location for 700k. I wanted to withdraw the funds using payoneer and a trusted exchanger so as to get a better rate of 450 naira per dollar (making about 900,000). Note that this isn't my first time using that option, I tried it once before and it worked seamlessly.

My mind didn't transfer the whole funds so I sent in half of the amount to my payooner on December 3rd. I noticed the fund was placed on pending, so I thought it was network or something. Days later I got a message from payoneer that I Need to verify my account and my USD account is blocked until then. I sent in a picture of me holding my international passport as well as other stuffs. Since then I've sent countless message , emails, calls, tweets but they didn't approve the funds. When I went on Twitter I saw tweets from a lot of people experiencing same even for longer than I have. Funny thing Is those that protested too much had their whole account closed. I've been frustrated since then.

So this evening I saw the advisor on the land stuff and I explained to him. He told me he got other option in another location that was cheaper about 500k. This area wasn't as developed as the first one but I decided to go for it just to have an asset to show for my efforts. And also so i could take solace in that and try to close my mind off the funds from payoneer. So I spoke with the exchanger if he could help me withdraw the remaining balance with his payoneer account direct from Upwork so I could take advantage of the higher exchange rate. I figured if I could get about 450k I would add 50k of my personal money to get it.

So I logged into my upwork to set it up only to see balance as 0.00. Alas I had forgotten that I set up scheduled payment for last Wednesday of each month when balance was over 1000 USD. I only put that in when setting up my upwork account because I never thought I could possibly have over 1000USD at the end of each month. So the money was processed to my GTB automatically this morning at their sh*tty exchange rate. Today of all days! Just because I was one day late I ended up loosing a potential 100,000 naira. Funny thing Is the funds hasn't landed To my GTB account yet.

Now its like im back to square one with funds that cant cover what i need it for. That's my present predicament.

When it comes to int. transactions, I think a Dom. or agents like WU or MG, worldremit, etc are more dependable over here. Stories like this won't make want to get near agents like you mentioned...
