I went to the Study Center at Sapele, Delta state some weeks ago, the place was deserted and not even 1 staff was there with me being drenched after travelling a good distance because it was raining heavily. Haaa... Transcripts delivered to who? The transcripts is to be sent by your alma mater to Noun directly. They don't accept any transcripts from students. You are only to present evidence of transcripts application at the point of verification

My school sent it and gave me tracking number which I can confirm that it has been delivered to the school of postgraduate studies in Abuja.
