Thus the FCT is not even regarded as a state, hence it has no Governor.

So when the law state's 25% in the 36 states and the FCT, It is simply not regarding the FCT as a state, but a territory.

Hence it regards the FCT and other states as a unit.

I think expectations is different from reality.

From outside you go think say e easy, when u reach there, your eye go clear.

Same thing is happening with all this politicians. Yes they are thieves and corrupt, I don't think none of them will wish war, famine and bad economy on Nigeria...but at the end of the day some problem pass their power.
