Can I know why the news refused to carry the fact that he didn't jump bail because he was in his house relaxing but because Buhari Northern Soldiers came to his house to kill him but he escaped and ran away....

Why can't you narrate this story the right way instead of saying he escaped .....after bail was granted to him....

The problem we surely have is pointing out our problems to the wrong source and viewing it from the wrong perspective.......

Know it also that married life is taking decisions and standing by it,and the decisions you take should be backed by another action....which can come from channeling your wife's family problem to a Business or marking out a plan on how to assist the brothers from time to time...

I personally believe if she has a good lawyer, she would go scot-free. For the action the school took to be valid, there must be evidence of malpractice, as in solid evidences like witnesses, malpractice material (phone, microchips, textbook etc) etc. That she wrote it on her clothes is not valid enough to make her guilty, any body can write anything. For instance, if I write on my shirt "I am a yahoo boy" does it mean I would go to jail for Internet fraud. The highest the law enforcement agency can do, is try to investigate me in order to get solid evidences which would be presented to the judge. Presenting my shirt where I wrote "I am a yahoo boy" to the judge as their only evidence would be toss into the thrash can!!!!

Exactly...am not defending her stupidity, but the school management fell for her stupidity as well, this doesn't even need a good lawyer...
She should get any lawyer who can sue the hell out of the school.....

Court has no right to call one a criminal unless after found guilty.....
Someone that jumped bail is seen as a threat to the court or rather Insult and the court has the right to issue a warrant of arrest to the said person to continue his trial......
Not that he is a criminal...

But in a scenerio where the defendant jumped the bail with good reasons, he will likely be defended by his lawyer that his jumping bail was not intentional as the case of Nnamdi KANU and Sunday Igboho .,....

Do you need to be educated the more or are you trying to appear a bigot

No dead man can continue a trial on his case....
So the lawyer is well learned to say Nnamdi KANU is not a Criminal
