I hate it when ignorant people simply follow someone else just because they cant think for themselves. you sit down and listen to one man read the bible out of context only so more money will flow in his church all in the name of "seed sowing".

Respectable theologians have concluded that the main point of Christianity is living your life like Jesus did. Show me ONE pastor in Nigeria living his life as Jesus and I will shut up. Most of the things in the bible are made up (senior citizen cramps two of every animal on a boat.. oh for fck sake!!!). you need to open your history books and see how the bible was composed.

Hello N'landers,
  I used to have a bf that treated me so bad, i called it quit with him 2weeks ago. It happened that i was so ill on my birthday, and he never called to wish me happy birthday let to talk of wishing me quick recovery. He only posted his birthday wishes on my facebook wall, i accused him for not calling me, and he got angry and went ahead to delete the messsge he posted on my wall and even blocked me. We had the grudges for some days and later settled.
  This is a guy i have been dating for the past 2years and[b] i have never cheated on him[/b], we used to have ups and downs,but i couldn't condone his negligence behaviors anymore, had to call it quit. I'm actually moving on, and i'm so happy without him now.
   His birthday is around the corner, should i send him a birthday wish or should i jst do as if he never existed? I don't have any feelings for him anymore though, and i am not even thinking of having him back in future.

Pls wot should i do?

i need your advice im going through the worst emotional trauma. im a 21 year old igbo who dated an igbo guy of 28 years. it was a long distance relationship for two years he lives and works in nigeria while im in my final year of law in sa. i got back with him in nigeria last year after we broke up for six months. he convinced me that things would get better between us. so we got back together and things were going so well . he will always call me his fiance and all that. we were so much inlove, atleast thats what i thought. however after our last night in enugu he never called me again not even to wish me a safe journey back. so in jan i called him and told him that i could no longer handle his suddden change in attitude. TILL A MONTH AND A HALF LATER I FIND OUT FROM MY FAMILY WHO IS CLOSE FAMILY FRIENDS WITH HIS THAT HE IS ENGAGED TO MARRY THIS YEAR. i called him he even admitted it and said he only started dating her after our break up last month. he showed no remorse and told me he did not do anything wrong. i cant stop crying from this betrayal. i remember how at times he used to pressure me to sleep with him as his future wife which i never did so could this mean i was only a girl he wanted for sexual pleasure for two years.

I dont get it, so did you sleep with him or not?  


some old school guys that really wana marry will never complete the process until they test run. whether thats a good thing or bad thing is open to debate. but the truth remains he has moved on and you should too
