Just because some balding middle-aged men with big tummies want to be your friend, you're already phantasizing about jiggy-jiggy.

@Alxmyr,

Those buildings at the far end of the picture, what's the name of the place?

After the sale price, what is the immediate extra/documents/agent's cost? Any discount on the sale price?

Plus when are you starting your basic infrastructure like perimeter fence?
Lol we actually find it amusing too that ppl who hate us say all kinds of funk and some are even typing from 'the shithole" they hate. This is the part i dnt understand, Nigerians always preteding they are the innocent ones, dnt swear etc? Or are u not reading others comments. Someone wrote this thread for frontpage because mention Ghana and guaranteed frontpage, also for traffic thats why it's still here. We also find it amusing, i doubt any of us will lose sleep because of this thread smiley
.

My Dear good to know that.

In reality, I don't know of any Nigerian with any reason to hate Ghana. In my experience, it's Ghanian who are usually suspicious when they first meet you (I guess from all the things they've heard) but soon realise that a Nigerian understands his ways far more than any other African.

With time they come to appreciate your doggedness and resilience and see that you're just striving like them.

My family members and friends married to Ghanian ladies certainly have nothing against anyone.

But Abrantie, Spoofspoof:

why do you guys get so easily wound up?

If anything about Nigeria was written on a Ghanian forum, I wouldn't know cos I don't know of any nor go there.

Someone wrote something to wind you up (he knows you'll soon show up seeking to take offence over anything) and you fall for it.

For Naija people it's just a bit of witty banter, we don't really care about others' affairs.

But Ghanians take it very seriously to my amusement. And start to swear and all that which then contradict the "decent Ghanian" image you seek to defend. grin

Abrantie,

It's called strategy. Like the Chinese. It's economic takeover strategy. You don't take over a foreign economy by staying at home.

Fact is there's a lot of money floating around in Naija (even if not everyone has, which country has no poor people?)that has to be invested. Ghana comes in handy.

A Ghanian minister said last time that 60% of FDI was from Naija. So it's a Naija-driven economy.

Your government is even out of panic closing down Naija business BUT has no choice but to reopen them.

Virgin Finder: Nairaland Igbos and other inconsequential minorities like theLastpope never fail to disappoint.

.
Now we can see why Boko, MEND and others will hardly go away. When you accuse some people of bigotry, tribalism, slavemaster and "na-we-get-Nigeria" syndrome, they will start to deny.

If we are not careful, internal crisis will render the whole of Nigeria inconsequential.

Nnamdi Chidi: U r nt a serious buyer bc as u r pricing a car of 200k plus ordinary 50naira call na problem if u r serious I will know tanx
.

One problem we have in Nigeria is lack of modesty.

A seller like you does not believe he needs to attract customers via good rapport. Instead what you get is rudeness.

In this regard, Naija is surely the worst of every country I have been to.

Also we want people to be ostentatious and show off. Of course all this is probably strange to a typical Naija person living in Naija.

Sorry for my one-man crusade for people to change attitude.

Sorry for the lecture BUT we need a big attitudinal change. I don't expect a friendly response from you on phone either
since you are more pre-occupied with "sizing up" customers if they can afford your car.

Nobody wants to waste time calling an agent who has no information about the car he's supposed to be selling.

Just admit the car is not in your possession, that you will ask the owner and get back. Simple.

LondonCool: @sandygechy,
euromilion stated that he's looking to invest in land (Dominion Gardens) that would appreciate later on to enable him build his dream place and you just jump in offering Crown Estate. Hmmmm, guerrilla marketing. Why should he trust you seeing that you just registered on NL 3 weeks ago? Concentrate on your Crown Estate thread and stop ambushing genuine investors who have genuine concerns about making investment decisions with their money.

LondonCool e no easy o. Being away from home makes these things difficult for us. I missed out big time on Lekki 10-15 year back.
