backtosender: They love getting high especially in ekiti state..... Maybe C. sativa is responsible for high rate of twins there rather Ekiti yam as claimed by Mrs Fayemi. |
Indicating your price would help. Give every possible info to attract people. It is a buyer's market. Don't wait for them to call first: Business strategy 101. |
A friend and her partner need a surrogate mother. Email: pithasmen@yahoo.com |
Love yourself first dear. God made you. Increase physical activities gradually. |
Zither: I see that you people have been fatally brainwashed. You are rabid dogs gone loose and out of control. On a mere note of insubstantial suspicion you guys will unwittingly plunge the Country into an era of ethnic and tribal division capable of engendering another civil war.... The Rivers crisis is not as bad as the Western region (Awolo v. Akintola) crisis that started off Nigeria's problem in the 1960s. Or the killing of Igbos in the North. They should go and face Boko Haram problem instead of coming to divide Rivers people some more. All these born-to-rule people think they have monopoly over wisdom. As if there's no problem in their places. |
The people of Port Harcourt were telling those out-of-region people (who think they own Nigeria) comprising of tribes who have ruled Nigeria for about 49 years with nothing to show for it to stay in their regions and not come and further distabilise the place. When they were kidnapping a governor in Abia where were they? Oh it was one of their own at Aso Rock then. Abia doesn't have the "oyel" money of Rivers. Let every region go their separate way in 2015. Rivers people will fight and settle if not used by outsiders who think Aso Villa belongs to them. |
Can this grand lady get a new home for 400k? |
honeric01: so u came here to fan the flames of tribalism? Take ya time o!. No mind am. All these little boys touching some little peanuts and getting carried away. Spew this nonsense to an Edo man face to face if you won't find all your teeth on the floor. Just try it. I have dealt with some of these uncouth bragging empty barrels in the past. |
xynerise: Your fada. Since you are so badly brought up and have NO respect for your father, how can you respect other people's father? Yours is a hopeless case. |
xynerise: You cant change your culture by modifying my post.. You are very ignorant. Among some of the poorer people, that may obtain BUT I know a hundred families where all the females are professionals: lawyers, accountants, bankers. Maybe you rented face-me-I-face-you in some poor area, if at all you ever lived there. Tribalistic generalisation/bigotry is common on Nairaland. |
Is there light in the area? Are the buildings there already occupied by people? How close is it to Fashola estate in kilometres or minutes of driving roughly? |
Any offers?
Still any offers? |
Na wao. |
Cholls: My sisters don't u think there will be discrimination for women who does that in this part of the earth? Just askingWell it's already going on, hopefully legally. In Africa people are more worried about what others would say instead of doing what they know is altruistic. It was the thought going through my mind years back. In anatomy, all the bodies we dissected were whites. And they all donated their bodies before they died. So left to us black people, we would still not know how a diseased kidney, brain, liver, heart etc look like because nobody would want his body used. We've got to move on, social conservatism hasn't really done us much good. |
I know somebody also in need of a surrogate mother. Email: pithasmen@yahoo.com |
target007: @Area-Fada, we have family receipts and surveyor's detailed delineation diagrams and property deed of assignment from our Lawyer.. My brother if you follow the estates here on NL over the years the serious ones have something in common: They show pictures even if it's a thick forest, swinging monkeys and all. sherryview, simawa, lashone etc |
As long as she covers her unclothedness that's ok with me. |
please show us some pictures. Current title documents and those under processing? Another thing targetoo7, are you running this estate from your London base? |
So people take all those parables in holy books for real events? |
Go and ask dem boko people this kweshion abeg. |
She try sha not that she needs to work. Anybody whose daddy made billions from "oyel" subsidy and can gallivant the whole world has many reasons to love her country. |
@Alxmyr. I am still very much following this thread. Can you email the Nassarawa State issued R of O for sighting please? area.fada@yahoo.com Are there going to be prototypes of buildings allowed in the estate or there is relative flexibility? I don't mean building "face-me-i-kick-you" where bungalows ahould be. |

honey86: Most times its not the doctor's fault. When doctors suggest surgery for women at the initial stage, they won't consent, they prefer to wait it out and see if they can give birth naturally. When things now get out of hand, they will now agree. women please if your doctor says you can't give birth naturally please listen to them for your sake and the sake of your baby.. My Dear, it is happening even here in London. When doctors advise immediate C-section the woman (mostly Naija, Ghanaian etc) will not consent instead they want to talk to pastor, mother/ mother-in-law in Naija or some other person). Most times those relatives/friends have no medical training and can be thousands or hundreds of miles away. They will now start praying with her on phone thereby WASTING PRECIOUS TIME. Very annoying. In some cases it has resulted in serious complications: severe neurological damage to baby, even death of mother and child. We should use our common sense. Not everything God will come down from heaven and do for you that why he gave you the sense to do these things. |
This is FG road. They have been preventing Oshiomhole from facing that road. This is the problem with a too powerful FG. They sit in Abuja not knowing anything about what's happening to people at the grassroot. |

Can we see pictures of on-going work? |

@Franjid, NL lawyer has already warned about this Dominion people. If they have nothing to hide, they'd answer questions. People who dodge questions before collecting your money, imagine what they'd do once they pocket your dough. |
