I have got a quotation of 4k for the same tiles you bought for 2k300. But mine is in South-South. I need about 60sqm of fascial tiles, so it will be much. I am considering sending someone to Lagos to buy both the fascial, wall and floor tiles. Maybe even PVC (if I don't use POP)at the same time when I am ready. The price difference is too big.

The floor & wall tiles you are using/going to use, how much per square metre?

Do you have any 100 x 100 plots going for around 600,000 in reasonably developed places without dispute in Amagba? I shied away from Amagba last year because a friend is having serious problem there after unknowingly buying a disputed land and building work has been halted for over a year.

True, the mango trees are now gradually growing. They would be bearing juicy fruits now if I didn't have a hiatus in the late 90s due to bitter experiences in the early to mid 90s.

I am not a builder or archi but I have seen a 3-bedroom double duplex on 60 x 60. I don't know how large the rooms were. I am sure people like MTS or aasog can help you with a fantastic structure of your choice.

Godogwu: So the first woman selling farm produce was earning about $25 a day thats about N4,000 a day and now she earns 5 times the amount because the roads are way better and that's N20,000 a day. Lets assume all days aren't that good, but lets say she gets in N200,000 a month.

Please I'd like to know who actually lives on that $1 or $2 a day BS, like! That woman is a "roadside" seller of farm produce and she can send her kids to school, someone even said university level.
