How much will it cost to deliver a car from Abuja to Benin City? |

Can you please post the plots you have in your brief to include location, title documents, purpose approved for and prices. And also if in estate or not. That way any one can pick whichever looks attractive for inspection. Thanks. |
chike dixon: Guy m̶̲̥̅ƹ sef dey wonder oº°˚°º __e no fit hide dat one nah. There are reconstructed womanlinesses these days but don't know they have the plastics (surgeons) who can do it in Colombia. One of the most awful precedures I have seen...manliness being chopped off to make way... |
Did she also do a fake womanliness? |

Same here as Olawonder. How much is 120x 60 in that Magboro area? |
This news is as useless as saying that you use garri to make eba. |
dominique: Interesting piece, front page material.. True. If anything you want potentially aberrant/cancerous cells to undergo apoptosis (natural cell death). In fact a lot of potential cancer cells do just that. Otherwise we would not even live up to age of 30! Even cells of a foetus undergo apoptosis. That is the process by which the webs between the fingers of a foetus die to leave normal single fingers. Apoptosis is so well programmed and controlled that release of free radicals is minimal compared to ischaemic cells like you get in a stroke (sudden and releases toxic free radicals causing oedema/swelling due to inflammatory pathway response). This is basic cell biology/biology of cancer. |

obande23: The Customary C of O is to convince u on its genuineness or better still u can take it to FCDA if u want to know more the land. And it is a government C of O. Just that now that there is a change of ownership u need to update the information from AGIS. This C of O and R of O we are going to give u will serves u for about forty years, before which u are suppose to renew it (expecially now that it has been resold) from AGIS. And finally am an agent so i can not tell u the owner of the land. Thanks. Thanks, I didn't mean that you should link me with the owner. I wanted to know if it's FCDA (because you said it's direct from FCDA)or an individual who's selling. Anyway I wrote the post to which you responded before I saw your email with attached C of O. How far is it behind Zuba College of Education? How far from the airport? You know that for the FCDA check one would need the survey plan to enssure the C of O tallies with the area on the survey plan. What is your agency fee? And what discount can you give on the quoted price? Is there any other immediate cost associated with the sale apart from lawyer fee? Do you have to settle Omonile (local youths/elders) of the area? Is electricity in the area at present? How far by car without traffic is it from Zuba College of Education? I want to know much about the land so that I decide if to recommend it to friends (to do their own checks). |

obande23: First it is a customary C of O. U can buy and develop if u like cos its behind the college of education and u can drive to the location, there is also a block industry there.but its advisable u leave it for some time since there are no much population around there. In either way this will be the best decision u ever made, that i promise you. The land is located in gwagwalada area council.. Thanks Mr for the reply. I have heard of customary C of O but no idea what it means. Is it legally equivalent to government C of O or Governor Consent? Is it not readily revocable by the Minister of FCT? Do you still have to go through the official goverment C of O rigmarole to perfect the documents? Is this customary C of O captured by AGIS on their records? I am asking to see which verification you have done before offering the land to the public. You mentioned before that "it" is directly from FCDA, by "it", do you mean the land or the customary C of O? Who is selling the land right now (who is the current owner)? Thanks. |
spyder880: This one will cost N1m for everything, just provide the land and call us over. (I need to submit this proposal to the Enugu state government for consideration of a low income mass housing scheme). Chief Spider, biko are you serious about this low cost housing or just joking? By the way what type of material was used to build that house? Wood, cement or clay? is there also a lounge in addition to 2-bedrooms? |
nitrogen: Chai! see bad belle people, nawa oh, most of them sef na face me, i slap you house them dey stay o, them wor-wor pass gorrilla, and them no even get a wheel barrow. Lol, What do you expect? This is NL. Here everybody is equal. My nieces and nephews are around 24-31 years old, bankers and telco techies etc. But I argue with people in their early 20s here. This is the democracy and freedom of www. No one is immune to yabbis here, not even Oga At The Top Oluwaseun. Jarus should have just laughed over it and yab back those who were yabbing him. |
Aburo abi na Aboki Jarus, Please take down your pictures. Your worth, income and pics in one thread? Haba. If you be my junior brother I go flog ya Bom Bom .Our brothers for Calabar side say country harro. Abeg no be Naija of today person go dey display for public like this. The country don lose innocence. Nairaland is a place to catch fun so yabbis na part of it. As God dey butter ya bread small small you no need to prove anyfin to anybarry. If they say you're black or slim or hungry, did you tell them you were orobo or you dey bleach like Alao Akala before? |
I will get back to you soon. |
kunlef: Hi,. Seconded. Are you going to be building and selling too or you just provide infrastructure for customers? If you can build for customers as Kunlef asked above do you have samples/plans of bungalows you can build for customers and average projected cost? This is really useful as many potential customers are not Abuja-based are a bit apprehensive of the rigmarole of developing their plots remotely. The other question is what's the rough distance/minutes drive without traffic from here to the Airport? |
bigx: If they hadn't been caught they probably would have kept quiet and risen to become mediocre "Oga's at the Top". Other benefits come with it, much higher than the salary. If you include egunje, they can easily make 3m a year. |
Wota gwan cutie Rasta babe! |
BOUNTYDOG: @ op is it true the oba and his son "heir apparent" must not set eyes on eachother from D day or birth until after d present oba dies that his son can come to take over. Not really. It's just cliche. Even Oba Akenzua II as a crown prince was secretary to his father (Oba Eweka II). The only thing is that when the prince comes of age, he gets official investiture as "The Edaiken" (and moves to Edaiken Palace) which though has become synonymous with crown prince but doesn't literally mean crown prince. It is more akin to a British crown prince having to first be officially invested as Prince of Wales and a spanish crown prince as Prince of Asturia before they can become King. Edaiken came from the term Edayi n'Iken meaning Iken's deputy. Iken was a noble man and ruler of Uselu town (which has now grown to become part of Benin City) but over 700 years ago was a different town. When the Oba requested him to go to war (he was a great warrior) he prayed the Oba to please get someone to look after his house/palace as he had no surviving son. The Oba did him the honour and promised that the crown Prince no less would look after his house/palace. And that's what happened. Sadly Iken did not return from that war. As a permanent memorial to Iken, the Oba mandated every Crown Prince upon reaching maturity to permanently live at Iken's Palace. Ancient Obas often honoured people, even mere commoners who deserved it. The word Edo came from the name of a servant who saved a crown prince's life during succession intrigues but lost his life in the process. When the prince became king he honoured the servant by saying "We are all Edo" and changed the name of the Ile Ubini people to Edo. |
No phone number or email? Is it R of O or C of O? Is it Residential or farmland? |
ayde: So very true and pathetic at the same time.. There's nothing atheistic about heeding the bible counsel to be on our guard against legions of fake prophets in the last days. |
dbride: Simple. Your spirit is subject to you, you have control over it. Majority of men are stubborn and rigid when it comes to releasing, freeing or letting loose their spirit and the Spirit of God does not struggle, and will never, with the spirit of man. Women generally are easier, they are quick to free their spirit especially when they have believed. Men struggle to believe anything they cannot touch with their five senses and this constitutes an obstacle to the Spirit of God.. Actually men's stubborness is more of an obstacle to the spirit of the devil. The devil worked it out long ago that women's spirit and mind is more amenable to manipulation and that to deceive mankind, the woman is his best bet. Why do you think Satan set out to convince/deceive Eve in Eden instead of stubborn Adam? In the last days the devil is again having a deception bonanza. Guess who he's using to deceive us again. Except the same women suddenly don't believe Garden of Eden story now that it doesn't favour them. |
Silly men. Touch or no perform, once you take a prost home you must pay her. Shikena. |
mmmustapha:. I am not sure you were even born then. I saw it. It looked like an eclipse. I only realised it myself when I saw an eclipse in London in 1999. Don't argue what you don't know. The question you should ask is if it was just a coincidence. |
adconline: Easy way to spot married men, they are mostly richer than single guys . Very few single guys can take u shopping and look the other way while u shop till u drop. Not many single guys can afford to take to an expensive restaurant treat you and ur friends without complaining about a fat bill. Not many single guys can dash 50k when they are not ready to go and see ur mama. Single guys spend far less money than married; they might want a relationship, but married men only want ur puissy. Single guys are not shiny and spendthrift, but married men are. If you are looking for a single guy who's going to pay for a good lifestyle you missed during ur childhood and teenage years, because ur parents could afford it, then married is around the corner. Singles are moderate in their spending and are impressed when gfs encourage them to spend wisely. Married men get girls because they know that the only thing they crave for is to be spoilt with money.. Well perhaps because married men are on the average older and higher up in their professional ladder and earn more. They know the relationship might be temporary. They are also used to caring for others and spending on kids, wife, nieces, nephews etc. Whereas singles are still largely self-centred even if some earn quite well. |
