There are different set of persons that handles each stage, representative from different subsidiaries. Once the interview stage is over another panel will be constituted for the next stage. The first committee was for the modalities of the CBT , most of the panelists are senior men and women of the corporation from different subsidiaries, NNPC is ready and prepared to get it right this time around. Thank God the new GMD is also a man of high standard.

Had mine today (Business related discipline) the young man up there did a good job stating the basic process from the entrance down to the esteemed chambers.

INTERVIEW PROPER: How would you describe the financial system in a projected form in your own world? Safety measures you would take to curtail hazards in your work environment? Give a difficult situation you have faced in your life? Mind the words you throw around and try as much as possible to always second their ideas if corrected k,the competition is stiff but still God is alive, we all operate on a different grace banks,Be composed the hand of God rest upon you so be confident...Goodluck!

someone said 39 panels which I would believe since I interviewed with panel 37...it could be more because someone mentioned 60 panels in my group...

1. Yes they are.

2. I also included an award in my CV but was not questioned about it. Another Oga in my batch who applied for managerial did the same but I didn't get a chance to ask if he was questioned about it. Just list it under achievements in your CV and take the award certificate along in case. No go carry award plaque/trophy o lol.

No. Has nothing to do with where you will be posted. Everyone has equal chances of suicide. You will jut not be paid accommodation allowance (per diem) during the orientation period. That's not really important now though.
