*Terrorists are now very scared to even attempt an attack on US allies for fear of ruthless retaliation from America.

Those are some of the things he's done that Obama could never do, and he doesn't care whose Ox is gored. He does what will be in America's favour.

Done better in what way? Lagos is far Bette than those two states combined in the scheme of things. Lagos is the centre of commerce and industry in Nigeria with an international airport hence the ease of visits by foreign powers.
