Flights leave for Abuja, Akure and Lagos everyday
Unless you live near both airports, ie Lagos and Ibadan, its probably better just to drive down.

I was told there is a flight from ibadan to lagos and I spent the better part of that day going around in circle looking for the airport in Ibadan. We arrived only to see tall grasses and some buildings and some grassy runway
