You are right. A friend and I once took road trip to a very small town called Eastern Shore in VA, oh my God! It was like the world left them behind. Old 17/18 century homes, few stores around and a really sleepy small town. The food was good you know those mom and pop restaurant by the sea.
It was creepy and was told to not allow your car to break down here .

Nice thread....we don't usually see much of these rural areas. Is like if all America is about skyscrapers and large houses with swimming pools or hoods. The foods look fresher and better! My friends Dad and mine went to India, I went to UK where my husband has some cover.
The truth is there is not much they can do here, the type of chemo here is painful.

But we dont even seem to know how far its gone and if it has spread, if the cancer has spread as I fear it has from the neighbors report the solution is to pray and offer palliative care.
