dainformant: A group of cultists meted out horror in Amukpe, Sapele area of Delta state after attacking and stabbing a young man yesterday. According to reports, suspected cultists stormed the home of a young man and forcefully obtained some of his household items and clothes in an attempt to intimidate him and make him join their group.
Few days after the raid, the victim's elder brother identified as Mudiagha noticed that some items were missing from the house. Mudiagha reportedly sent his younger brother to recover the items from the people who took them.
This was said to have angered the cultists who stormed Mudiagha's residence in their numbers to attack him and his younger brother for having the audacity to request for their items. The boy pictured in white shirt was said to have led about 24 men who came with guns, daggers and axes.
Mudiagha's younger brother was beaten back and blue as he was also stabbed and cut in the process by the cultists who were allegedly bent on killing him.
The elder brother escaped from the attack and made a phone call to soldiers who stormed their house. The cult boys took to their heels as soon as they saw the soldiers and in the process of fleeing, the injured victim rushed and held their leader whom he handed over to soldiers.
The leader was said to have been drilled without mercy before he was dumped at Sapele Main Police Station.
snowden9: I'm a Batch A Stream 1 Corps member (Yea. Counting down weeks to my POP). I currently teach in a private school in rivers state. Nuff about all the intro. To the point now, shall we? I experienced something today and I just thought i should share to all teachers(both corps members and full time teachers), intending teachers and intending corps members.
I had an SS1 economics class by 12pm and when I got to the class, few seconds in, the students didn't greet. I was expecting someone to save them and echo the routine class greeting so I wouldn't have to punish them (our proprietress have been sounding warning to us as of late to punish the students if we encounter any act of indiscipline from them. Not greeting a teacher qualified as an act of indiscipline). Someone finally called out for the class to greet. They all stood up to greet. Except one girl. I was a bit furious and i asked her why she didn't stand up and greet, she still bent her head on the desk without a reply and as expected, the 'Teacher dictator' in me(every teacher has it) wanted to call her out and give her some strokes of cane. I asked a student if the 'disobedient' girl was sick and the reply was 'No'. Now, i really got more pissed off and wanted to punish her but all of a sudden, i just ignored it, brushed it aside and went on with my teaching.
A few hours later, I was walking past the SS1 class and I saw a girl crying (a different girl),when I asked what happened, they told me one of their classmates mum that was pregnant lost her baby that's why she was crying. I came to know later that the other 'disobedient' girl of my economics class was crying at that time when I entered the class for the same reason that was why she didn't stand up to greet. On my own part, i had to praise myself for making the right decision not to punish her cos i know i wouldn't have been happy with myself if I had punished her and later found out that this was the reason why she didn't stand up to greet.
So my dear teachers, before you flog that student for coming late without listening to her reasons, do you know if she witnessed an altercation between her parents and she was the child trying to settle them? Before you flog him for failing, do you know if his guardian punished him by not feeding him all through yesterday just because he mistakenly broke a plate while washing? Meanwhile he had an exam to write the following day. Before you flog that child, do you know what's going on in the life of that child? Before you raise that cane above your head, ask yourself, 'Have i listened to this child?'
Listen.... It'll only take a minute.
IF ANY SLUT OR DOUCHE BAG EVER IN THEIR MISERABLE DEFACED LIFE FLOGS MY CHILD THEY SHOULD JUST WRITE THIER WILL (if they have the chance to write one) BECAUSE I WOULD WHOOP YO ASS SO BAD THAT YOU WOULD GO 6ft to FIND IT TO FIX BACK ON!!!!!'

Pussitto: In a scenario which could only have been divinely orchestrated, the renowned unconventional musician, entertainer, social activist, and leader of the ‘Our mumu don do’ movement, Charly Boy, is gloriously led to Christ by the highly esteemed Regional Pastor, Christ Embassy Abuja, Reverend Tom Amenkhienan.
Having been invited to church several weeks earlier by a dear sister who met and engaged him on social media, Charly Boy promised that he will come to church. With persistent reminders and follow up, on Sunday, 25th February, he arrived Abuja from a journey and came straight to church from the airport with twelve members of his activist group.
He returned for an exclusive meeting with Reverend Tom on Tuesday 27th February, in the company of some members of his group. Overwhelmed by the expression of Christ's love, he appreciated our man of God, Reverend Dr. Chris Oyakhilome for his passion for Youth Development and Nation Building, as Reverend Tom highlighted the impact of the InnerCity Mission, Future Africa Leaders' Foundation, Campus Ministry, Global Youth Leaders' Forum and ReachOut Nigeria Campaign.
As an activist, Charly Boy constantly demands social and political changes, and accountability in governance in Nigeria. He identifies with, and advocates for the rights of the youth and the 'common man' in his usual unconventional style. He is indeed deeply passionate about this cause and spoke of it with tears in his eyes, hence his joy when he discovered the passion of our man of God, Pastor Chris for the youth, and the lasting impact being made. It opened his eyes to new and more effective ways to channel his passion.
Reverend Tom then ministered to him privately, and he gloriously accepted Christ and was born again. In his new found joy, he requested that Reverend Tom also prays for his group members. He beamed with smiles as Reverend Tom announced to them, 'CHARLY BOY IS BORN AGAIN!’ The news was received with joy and excitement, and Reverend Tom also went ahead to lead members of his group to Christ. He also gave them our ministry materials, and presented Charly Boy with a LoveWorld Plus decoder for his home.

A Florida driver driving a 2003 BMW X5 rode nearly 50 miles last week Monday at speeds over 100 mph after his gas pedal got stuck, at which point he told police.
WSVN gained access to the 911 call and on it, Joseph Cooper can be heard telling dispatchers he needed traffic assistance on the highway as his SUV reached speeds of 100 mph (160 km/h).
“I think my gas pedal is stuck on my car, and I’m on I-95,” Cooper said in the 911 call. He could be heard yelling, “Get out of the way!” to other drivers as his car barreled north.
Cooper, 28, stayed on the phone, keeping dispatchers updated with each mile marker he passed. Eventually, troopers were able to get ahead of him and clear traffic on the road.
“You have no idea why it could be stuck?” the dispatcher asked. “No ma’am, I do not,” Cooper responded.
“Are you able to get your vehicle in neutral?” the dispatcher asked. Cooper replied, “No.”
The dispatcher asked if he tried the emergency brakes, to which Cooper responded, “Madam, I’m not going to do that at 100mph, I’m sorry.”
Troopers had to throw three stop sticks to deflate the SUV’s tires. Once Cooper’s car was running on its rims, FHP used a PIT maneuver to bring the vehicle to a stop.
Cooper was later taken to the hospital with chest pains.

ChangeIsCostant: An Abuja based woman has revealed how she felt about marrying an illiterate some years ago before meeting her lovely heartthrob. According to her, she fell in love with the man who had no form of degree, income or career prospects but now they are happily married and blessed with two beautiful children.
Read the post shared by Humans of Abuja on behalf of the lady.
If someone had told me 5 years ago that I was going to end up marrying an illiterate, I would have presumed they were mad. But that’s what happened. I was 23 years old, happily single, with a successful career as a banker when I fell in love with a man that didn't have any form of degree, a Man with no income or career prospects.
September that year, I was transferred to Abuja and one Sunday evening, I was sitting in a restaurant waiting for a friend, when a man sat down next to me. "Do you have the time?" he asked, he looked Smart, his clothes were nice, his hair and beard well cut and we started chatting and to my surprise he made me laugh several times with his bad English. I couldn’t help but notice that despite his bad English, he was handsome and tall. After a few minutes my friend arrive and he stood up and before I could say anything further he pointed to my table and said, "tomorrow 7pm, same table" then he walked away.
My friend and I stared at each other, unable to believe what had happened. Had a man who appeared to be an illiterate order me to come back the next day? How could he be so confident? I found myself thinking about him through out that day, there was something about him that was so intriguing that I wanted to meet him again.
Finally, the next day arrived and I was so excited, I could barely think straight at work, it was 7pm and I left to wait for him at the restaurant, I waited and waited, after 20 minutes I was about to give up when he turned up. " I didn’t think you would come, I came to check just in case" he said with a smile. I smiled back and my anger melted away.
During our time together, I realised that he was simply the funniest, happiest and most optimistic person I had ever met. He had a lust for life that was both mesmerising and contagious. I had never met anyone like him before. I encouraged him to go back to school but he refused.
I helped him with his English and helped correct him whenever he spoke an incorrect one. He's currently very good in both spoken and written English and doing very well business wise. We got married 3 years ago and God has blessed us with 2 beautiful kids so far.
you didn't need to call him an illiterate, sounds somehow at least try and cover your husband up a little bit, public disgrace is not a good feeling at all, what if he sees this?, how do u expect him to feel?
DonteMec: Hello Fellow Nairalanders, I have been a nairalander for years but this would be my first post. I have a very serious problem and I need your wonderful suggestions to guide me along. I have been married for like Ten years with kids. My wife is a very good, faithful and wonderful lady. I traveled out of the country for 2 years and just came back this last December. However since then I have this rather strange problem, which has never happened prior to this period. My wife is frigid. She really doesn't like sex. I hate that aspect of her. I have a high sex drive while she has little to zero sex drive. This has of course brought all sorts quarrel over the years. I have since learnt to manage her that way and bear that as my cross, since that is her only weak point. But its not easy. I made love to my wife the first day I came back. It was all good. But subsequent attempts to make love to her, my penis simply refuses to stand erect. Try everything in the book still it will not stand. It's like the penis is scared of my wife, because even a thought of her makes an erect penis go flat immediately. If I strive to put it in with lots and lots of efforts, hoping it will thicken inside, it will stay for 35 seconds, less than a minute and ejaculate. I have had to go for tests and it shows no sickness nor venereal disease. But I have gone for an intensive treatment for all kinds of powerful venereal disease, known and unknown for 3 weeks just to leave nothing to chance. After that, the penis started getting up again. I made love to my wife very powerfully again after the treatment. I lasted for 45 minutes or there about for a round which is my usual style. I was happy that everything is back to normal. However 2 days later we tried to make love again, the penis starts being shy of my wife again. It has been several days since then we have kept on trying, no headway at all. Am confused. The penis simply refuses to stand erect - Jeez this is scary ... I want to take my wife for a test of her own though she has no symptoms of any illness as I also didn't have prior to all these. However I want to know: Is there any venereal disease that is strong enough to paralyze a penis just one day after enjoying it? Could this be as a result of some other reason or factor which I don't know nor understand? Note: My wife is a very faithful one and I trust her. However I just want to explore every possibility. Also note that prior to this I could go for 3 to 5 rounds in a single night, with each round lasting for 45 minutes or there about. Am 41 if you care to know. (Well with my wife its always 1 round of like 1 hour duration) I love good sex and this is frustrating the hell out of me. Please every kind of advice would be considered, even the weird ones lol
was your peniss struck by lightning recently?, there was a time when mine was stuck by lightning and i had to Go beg my wife for forgiveness!
