Power ranking due to recent form, seems fair. Australia are a scarily good team, BTW. Almost no apparent flaws and very well balanced. Holy fuccvk. shocked

Lost a friend, in his twenties, to nasopharyngeal cancer and I really think it's the worst, most painful ailment out there. It tends to make its victims beg for death.

Women want to enjoy the privileges that come with being adults without the responsibility and accountability. See, ladies, you have to either behave like adults and own up to your mistakes/poor choices or admit you are kids in adult's body and let us make the decisions for you, like how it's done centuries ago. Can't have it both ways.

This argument popped up somewhere yesterday and we all almost popped out an eyeball defending our opinion. As for me, its nothing special for a man to want to handle that to a certain age when it becomes absurd. What do you think?
And you think the best place to seek opinions is nairaland's family section where the residents are famous for being fair and unbias towards men. undecided

Life is easy in the North.
No unnecessary showing off, nobody trying to pepper neighbors and stuff.
People are nice to each other, they live like humans, not the dog eat dog scenario we have in the south
Why is it that northerners don't move abroad?

And this....
Having lived in both the North and South of the country, you sir, are very correct. The South maybe educationally and economically ahead of the North but, gosh, I've never seen a set of people make life difficult for each other like southerners. Life is just way easier in the North than in the South, from experience.
The igbos in the North reluctant to move back home aren't as dumb as most people will have you believe.

Northerners are conservative and they prefer to live in the Northern cities like Kano, Kaduna or Abuja than anywhere else, especially if they are financially well off. Ahmed Musa for example is still good enough to play for a number European clubs or at worst some middle Eastern club but he opted for Kano Pillars.
They love their way of life.

Will heavens fall if their gender becomes logical/objective for once?

Confirmation bias; they only search for information that confirms their prior believe, in this case;

Men bad
Women good

Any narrative that does not support the above is ignored grin

I believe your loving or hating your father now is not based on what your mother told you but what you yourself observed of your father and how he treated you while growing up.
Not all the time. Many mothers have turned their kids against their fathers as a way getting back at those men. I'm not saying this is the case here as, obviously, the man in the op story is a deadbeat dad and he'll deserve every scorn he'll get from his kid in the future if he doesn't turn a new leaf, but there are loads of petty, vindictive women who use their children as pawns in their battles against their men.

It is those kids his write up shows he feels not obligated to is the main issue here. How can you as a father think it is okay for your children who are minors to be outside at night as where they would sleep is subject to the compassion of outsiders?
Fair enough. Only asssholess involve and hurt their kids during a squabble with their partners.

Like I said earlier, you don't understand what it takes to be a Husband or a father, you still a boy.
Absolutely, and he seems to understand that hence the reason he seems not to want the woman around. After a while, dealing with women, some men just wanna be left the fckkk alone, perfectly fine with the "boy" tag. Won't begrudge any man who picks this option, tbh. He owes his kids though.

In the future, when his children would have nothing good to say about him on Fathers Day, those who are presently not seeing anything wrong with his actions would start posting how their mother has poisoned their hearts against their father.

If it was a jobless woman looking for a husband this same band of nairalanders who think op has lost a few nuts in his brain for proposing a marriage union despite his jobless situation would encourage her to find a rich man. Afterall, she is a woman and women are not naturally wired to be the breadwinners.
They are just shameless hypocrites it's nauseating. Claim to be equals with men one minute, expect different standards for both genders the next. Very annoying lot.

They just do, man. I always knew there are simps around us but this Chidinma's case just brings to fore how deep in women's asssses these simps really are. They literally aren't making an ounce of sense in all their arguments yet they keep going on and on. I bet even women are cringing and embarrassed at the level of idiocy exhibited by these simps in this case.

Yep, her likes eventually make the lives of innocent men miserable (young men currently hustling, while they hop from one dick to another). They'll more likely abandon their marriages without giving a damn about everyone, not even their kids, when they inevitably get tired. Trust them to blame everything on their men and trust the bias society to believe them.

My point is; there are bad fathers just like there are bad mothers. You don't see men talk about the many evil mothers on the numerous mother's days. You women should let the good fathers enjoy one day, ffs.You have hundreds other days to cry about deadbeat dads, fuckkingn let men enjoy one day. How hard can that be?

I strongly believe that a man who wants to be celebrated will act accordingly.
Yeah, we celebrate mother's day every month without men making it about themselves because mothers are flawless and are always acting accordingly. Keep encouraging damage girls to continue in their bitter path.

Keep being surprised undecided

Some of you are very funny. Because someone doesn’t often agree with your POV doesn’t mean you should be ‘surprised’ and suddenly feel like they now make sense once they say something you agree with.

Maybe your bias has been clouding your ability to see the truth in her other posts? No?
Or maybe even a broken clock can be right twice a day? Yes?
