baralatie:Yes that's a possibility. Plus Nazis are usually emotionless, stone-hearted pricks . Can't predict what brother is up to. |
ibinaboonline:Took the rivalry too far. Declining to see a dying brother due to some feud is what one would expect from a nazi German though. All extremely successful companies at the moment and both brothers should be proud. Btw; Nike > Adidas > Puma |
UyaiIncomparabl:And we are all devastated to hear that. |
Performance Enhancement Drugs PEDs. If you know you know. |
Excellent thread. ![]() Not one of them was able to refute the op. Just some lame assrs jokes from the usual suspects and some bullshhitt that's completely unconnected to the main points raised. Most are beginning to see you as the annoying victim players that you are. Lovely stuff. |
richmond500:You jest, but that's what they want, more or less. Men should hand over the world to them; men's sweat and blood should be given to them on a platter. And even if we do that, they'll likely still moan and complain that we gave them a world that doesn't look like garden of Eden. ![]() |
Handsomejok:Fcckk you man. No, really, proper fucckk you, you fucccking loser. Who's gonna be the next witch to blame when you inevitably turn out to be an even bigger loser than you are right now? Your mum? Your sister? Anyone but you, I guess. Annoying fuckker you are. |
bukatyne:Sucks that women like you make up what, 10-20% of the female population. Few lucky guys usually snap them up. Most guys just have to make do with the likes of the OP and live miserable lives. Mgtow is surely a more appealing option though. |
neyoohhh:Too mentally immature and daft to understand that even their children are victims when it comes to paternity fraud. They just keep pushing the extent of their illogicality and shallow mindedness, FFS. |
I have said it, and I'll keep saying it, nairaland family section is home to some of the daftest women on the planet, no kidding. When they come up with their usual daft takes, one cannot help but shake his head. Almost makes you feel educating the girl child is a waste of resources, but then about 2-3 of them appear to be somewhat reasonable, so I'll drink to that. |
advanceDNA:Both. ![]() They are exposed to the same opportunities as their male counterparts. Attended the same schools and interviews, but somehow they end up more or less beggers. Kai. Can't make this shittt up. ![]() |
mariahAngel:Weird you still think I give a damn what you think of me or my soul. |
mariahAngel:This, right here, is the type of compliment I live and thrive on. Never hid the fact that I'm no fan of most female posters on this section. Hate everything they stand for. Hate y'all hypocrisy as it's being exemplified on this very thread. So I take this comment of yours as a compliment. ![]() |
advanceDNA:Oh, no, no need for an apology. I, for one, absolutely enjoy it when the ladies in this section are riled up and triggered by comments of anonymous persons on nairaland. ![]() |
Missionaire:Nah, this fact doesn't fit into the "women, victim" narrative. Delete this, bro. ![]() |
Kola1010:Nah, that's in the past. These days, it only amuses me. . The feeling of being vindicated. ![]() |
It is the way it is. Women only look out for themselves. They don't even care about their kids the way they want everyone to believe. Always quick to use these kids as pawns in their stupid, petty games without an ounce of care the long lasting damaging effects this could have on the kids. See Tonto Dike. Constantly embroiled in stupid scandals all over the social media. Imagine the effects on her child, especially in the future; the internet never forgets. My advice to men remains; invest for your older selves. Age 18-60 is long enough time to work and save up a sizeable amount of cash to see you through old age. |
Gloriouspraise:This one usually comes with lots of troubles. There are better antidepressants your Doctor should consider switching you to. Good luck. |
Mleeperbother:People respond to drugs differently, the case of the op isn't unusual. |
Gloriouspraise:Like I said earlier, the side effects usually (not always) improve with time and that's probably t why your doc insisted you continue. However, if the insomnia persists and you are unable to tolerate it, which I think is the case here, you should discuss possible alternatives like switching to antidepressants that are sleep inducing (sedating). In the meantime, a few lifestyle changes can help; *Avoid caffeinated drinks like coffee, all these energy drinks, particularly late in the day. *Get regular physical activity or exercise, preferably before evenings. |
I don't understand why you are scared of going back to the hospital, tbh. Usually, at the initial stages, antidepressants present with lots of side effects but they get better with time. If you feel too miserable, however, and can't endure it, you should go see your doctor. Do not discontinue without medical supervision. Cc Gloriouspraise |
Man utd and Barca lost in one night. What a fckking day. I'm gonna sleep like a baby. ![]() |
This one sweet me die. They got CR7 and all of sudden they think they are equals with City, Chelsea, Liverpool and the European elites. When the squads are all equal in quality the only differential is the manager. OLE is shitit |
Olayetan:Bullshiiitt advice, op, don't take this. Mum is hard cos op isn't where she should be and that makes the constant insults okay? Do you realize being insulted on a regular basis especially by ones parents can lead to emotional and mental wounds which are usually worse than physical ones? Op, move out as soon as you can afford it and you have a sustainable income. |
LastProphet:Just a genuinely awesome comment, boss, and I agree with everything except the emboldened. Some people do have low ambitions and that's perfectly fine, as far as I'm concerned. Not everyone is cut out for high ambitious pursuits, and some just think is best for their mental health if they lead a simple life. |
Jerryherd:Fair enough. |
Jerryherd:Not always. You can trade alcoholism/cigarette addiction for healthy habits like exercise/gym, new skills, hobbies, etc. All capable of being good sources of dopamine release. |
Op, I can relate with your worries. Quittng alcohol is the best decision I've ever made in my life. The benefits of sobriety far outweighs whatever benefits one can get from alcohol. And yes, quitting is extremely difficult since overtime, one's body get used to alcohol and abrupt discontinuation can lead to withdrawal symptoms which are, frankly, extremely uncomfortable and even life threatening. I advise you check into a psychiatric hospital, where you are likely to be placed on a detox program (basically some drugs can help reduce the severity of the withdrawals while). You can also join online alcohol help groups, there's one on Reddit. Good luck, man. |

. Can't predict what brother is up to.
