Yeah, and so? He is fulfilling his campaign promise of reducing the purchasing power of Nigerians. He proposed it as part of his economic blueprint and some Nigerians cheered him.
We must lay on the bed we made.

Faiththatworks:
The biggest factors militating against our Industrialization are of different dimensions
The biggest factor working against our economic growth is this satanic importation of fuel and the Electricity
The first is finally being tackled with the good news that the NNPCL against all odds delivered the first shipment of fuel to Dangote Refinery, even though petrol will not be made available immediately,it will reduce the pressure on our forex
Those seeking to import Diesel,Aviation fuel and Kerosene will understand that the game is up
Also, this stupid swap arrangement by NNPCL is coming to an end after 30 years.Nigerians will probably not understand this until probably till the second quarter of 2024 when Nigeria stops all importation of fuel
This will allow enough foreign exchange to be available in the market and also a competitive pricing for fuel
I laugh when I read that most IOCs are leaving Nigeria,I am sorry to speculate but most of this guys were involved in the madness happening at NNPCL.
They know the game is up and they have decided to gently leave instead of doing Business the way it ought to be done

I really want Nigerians to be patient,by the end of the first quarter of 2024,prices will start to adjust the reality of the day

Our Estates are still up for sale, located around the Ibeju Lekki Industrial Hub you are buying into a dream location
I am sure they dont tutor agbadorians on how the economy Works, dangote refinery wont change much in terms of foreign Exchange. It is either they buy from fg in naira or they import in dollars so if fg sells in naira, they wont be earning any dollar as well vice versa. Govt should eschew looting and wasting the scarce dollars buying foreign cars and galavanting up n down.

This was exactly how Boko Haram started in Borno State. The military arrested Mohammed Yusuf, handed him over the police and the police killed the young man and dumped his corpse on the street. This is despicable and condemnable!
Shut up, very soon we will be burning them in aba.
They brought shame and reproach to ala igbo, they deserve any cruel death imaginable.

[quote author=Pakute post=127278219]Who is Galambi again?. It's high time DSS started picking up nonentities.
Nigeria opposition is proving to be a congregation of the most intellectually lazy people in the world. These are the same ratheads that would quickly point to US, UK, Canada, etc when they talk but do you see the President or PrimeMinister of an advanced country going to the legislative assembly with boxes or trailer of papers to present budget?. With flash drive, you could easily print out the budget details for each lawmaker. And that's the innovation Jagaban is introducing to end the archaic system of budget boxes. Nigeria's opposition are too backward thinking, everything na to dey open mouth dey wail, no sense.[/quote

Agbado life must be miserable one.

seborrhic:
Funny you.
So you think Musk will be dipping into his pocket to be paying salaries?
He already apologized for his tweets and also deleted them even before this latest Walmart boycott.Any other thing he is saying after that is bravado and showoff, because he has started feeling it where it hurts.
Imagine having to dip into your pocket to withdraw $1b every month to be paying salaries and run a company.Even if you are worth $100b,you would know that is not a sustainable in even the near term.
Staff too would be going to work with anxiety each day because they can't tell if that's the day they would be terminated because the company cannot generate enough funds to be paying them.
When the app is finally unveiled, those companies will run back for partnership. You think × is about tweeting ,no it has gone beyond that, soon you can do everything on that app including buying Wal-Mart goods. Elon is the only guy i respect for his ingenuity.

Na pure odogwu. He lives in the future.
