1 A refinery that will import 60-70% of its crude because NNPCL can't meet the quota.
2 A refinery that will be financed with FOREX which Nigeria's economy can't provide in abundance and it will take a while for other countries to start considering Dangote has a major trade partner.
Verdict: the best time to invest in the Dangote refinery is when the price of Crude oil in the global market crashes, as for now don't try it.

All other Modular Refineries should start preparing the road,I call them the pathfinder
When the Big Behemoth in Ibeju Lekki,Lagos State (Dangote Refinery) starts operations later this year,some people in NNPCL and all their local and foreign collaborators will have serious issues to grapple with
Asiwaju,I know you will do the needful and sell at least two of those scrap metals called Refineries
No more job for the boys,let them start working for their money and find a way to stop importantation
I don't care whether it is 600million litres or 5 litres,my joy is that Local Refining has started in Nigeria
Once all other Modular Refineries and Dangote Refinery start full operations,it will reduce pressure on our foreign reserves,affect prices of PMS,AGO and DPK
Please government should provide security at that Refinery,I don't trust all this saboteurs
