Its actually igbos that are doing the crying and begging right now undecided

It doesnt appear so. Naturally, those who have major investments in the north would be very troubled, but whats their percentage amongst the entire ndigbo.

To be honest, Over 90% of ibos in the SE, SS and diaspora are very excited about the idea of Biafra. Thats why the sit at home was a major success, which sent shock waves around the country and was very insructive for the northerners, which now led to the ultimatum.

In the SW, the story is not too different.I asked a couple of my relatives in lagos what They thought and they said they were willing to go home if it comes to that.

Please let no one think that ndigbo As a people are begging the north to calm Down. Nothing currently happening indicates that.

I am a full blooded ibo man, but i dont support disintegration, at least for now. My mind is on restructuriing. However, i will rather we go our seperate ways than remain the way we are.

The north is known for violenceWe all know that if truly the northerners go forward with thier threat, they have enough hands to carry it out; the almajiris. None of those youths that made the declaration would be involved directly. In addition, the security operatives are totally on thier side, so the fear of arrest isnt there.

On the other hand,, southerners are largely not violent, have few or no one to carryout such acts, and will be swiftly arrested if such statements are made not to talk of carrying it out.

In any case, Other than the quest for disintegration being championed by ipob, they did not ask any tribe to leave iboland, so why the comparison in the first place.

Splendid!! This is the best thing the Judiciary has done so far to checkmate the tyranical govt of Buhari and to stop the further use of propaganda by this govt.

Second will be to order all judges to throw out any FG case against alleged corrupt people until they start obeying court orders.

We cannot afford a man who has no secondary school certificate run down a hard fought democracy and freedom from military dictatorship!

you see, many people on nairaland have a problem with understanding, that's why they are supporting this nonexistent fight against corruption.

you are fighting corruption and you are corrupt, an absolute waste of time. you are fighting corruption and you are shielding corrupt people in your cabinet, waste of time.

the judges know the fight against corruption is a charade, they are the ones handling the cases and they know its an insincere battle.

The corrupt executive is using its powers to attack its enemies under the guise of fighting corruption, to the extent of fighting judges that are not doing their bidding, by tagging them as corrupt and indeed they are corrupt. however, the corrupt judiciary is using its powers to protect itself from a corrupt executive. its a power tussle. and they get their powers from the same source, the constitution.

so, if the executive does not like what the NJC are doing, they should call for a constitutional review. but they can't do that because the northern executive does not want anything that would cause a shake up in the present scheme of things which favors the north over the south. that again is corruption, selfishness and insincerity.

so all this people shouting, 'jail them', 'vomit our yam', are just fooling themselves. which yam are they vomiting, the one EFCC is already struggling to swallow and clean mouth? just imagine. there is no hope for this country if things remain the way it is structurally and constitutionally, because the structure and constitution are products of greed, selfishness and insincerity, which all add up to the same CORRUPTION.

this should be clear for all to see, I wonder why most are not seeing it.

if 50 % depositors in a bank decide to storm the bank same day to withdraw their funds, the bank is gonna crash trust me. if banks call in their funds for most billionaires we know today, they will be as broke as paupers.

for as long as this does not happen, the banks will continue doing business, and the billionaire will continue flexing.

in the same way, if people can stop talking shit about Mmm, things will go on smoothly for the participants.

so if u love the participants so much, just keep your mouth shut abeg. allow us to take our chances.

Politics / Re: NASS Padded 2016 Budget With N481bn - Vanguard by asadokie: 10:11am On Jul 27, 2016
Other than the increments on the constituency projects, all other increments in the budget were done with the aid of the ministries the contracts are related to, which includes power (fashola), and transport (ameachi). can they claim not to be aware of the padding?

There is no way the nass can access such funds on thier own. The ministers usually lobby for these increments and the nass get thier kickbacks when the fictitious or hyperinflated contracts are awarded.

that is the way it has always been in the country. Now the reason for our knowing today does not necessarily have to do with the scrutiny of the government, for if it did, it wouldn't have been passed into law the way it is. It's just political disagreements between thieves that has brought this to the view of the public.

If buhari is serious with the corruption fight and the padding issue is true, then fashola, amaechi and any other , minister whose ministry is involved should be sacked and prosecuted ASAP. If not, we are all just wasting our time here thinking someone is fighting corruption in abuja.

Se*x Story: How I Se.duced My Dad, Made Love And Got
Pregnant For Him — Lagos Girl Tells Her Shocking Story(18+ Only)
--------------------------------------------------

My name is Stella and I am 25 years of age. I started having
an erotic feeling for my dad when I was 21 years old while in
my finals at the university . My parents got married at a very
young age so they had us on time and we grew with them. I
was the most favourite of dad’s and I loved him so much.
Despite the number of children my parents had, my dad was
still looking charming, tall, a very sexy physique and most
importantly, very rich. I was so attached to my dad even as a
child but when I became an adult, the feelings became
erotic.
I lived off camp in a 3-bedroom flat alone while in my finals,
so on that fateful day; my dad paid me a visit since he was
around the neighbourhood. I have been having funny
imagination of being in bed with my dad and praying to
have at least one opportunity to fulfill my heart desire.
He already called an hour before to inform so I was
prepared and bent on carrying out my plan of seducing him
that day. Eventually he arrived and we exchanged
pleasantries. He inquired about my well being after he had
settled comfortably on one of the cushions in the sitting
room, I sat close to him with my head on his shoulder while
we talked.
While in the middle of our discussion, I started frolicking
with my dad’s chest, caressing him as he spoke. At first he
didn’t understand what I doing until my hand got to his
manhood area. He pushed me away forcefully and asked
what was that about, I started crying where I was on the
floor and he moved with compassion to calm me down and
quickly apologized for being so hard on me.
As he spoke, I wasn’t really listening to what he was saying,
my eyes was just fixed on his face as I thought of how much
in love with him I am. He lifted me up to rest on his
shoulder that was when I quickly locked lips with him. He
became so shocked and asked amidst shouting, ‘ Stella are
you going crazy?’ why the strange act? I answered him by
confessing my long overdue feelings for him.
I said ‘ Dad I know it’s kinda odd but I am crazy about you, I
love you dad, I am deeply in love with you. I can’t seem to
get you off my mind’. I didn’t know how to approach you at
home because of mummy and I wasn’t having enough
courage to but when you called to inform about your visit, I
made up my mind to show you in my actions what I feel for
you”. I said. He stood there both shocked and
dumbfounded.
After what seems like he was deaf and didn’t hear a word of
what I said, he picked up his phone to leave, I broke down in
tears which was his weakest point. He doesn’t like to see me
cry. He sat down, cuddled me on his lap and asked me to
repeat what I just said. I told him to allows us give it a trial
because obviously, it was like he felt the same way. I
promised him that it will be our darkest secret and mum
won’t ever find out.
While talking, my hands were already unzipping his trouser
unknowingly to him. The next second, my his dick was
already in my mouth before he could make any move. I
gave him a hard suck and weakened him completely though
I know my mum doesn’t do that to him. I continued with the
suck until I made sure he would not resist me any longer. I
quickly undressed him and sat on him.
I was already wet so penetrating wasn’t that difficult. I made
love to him like I have never done in a long while. At this
point, his mouth was already on my sumptuous boobs, he
sucked and smooched my boobs so hard while I gave him
the pleasure of his life. My dad has it all. His dick was like 6ft
long; it almost got to my navel. He bleeped me so hard like no
one has ever done even my young boyfriend.
I know it’s an abominable act but at that moment, I really
didn’t give a damn. After hours of a rough love making, he
gave a hard release inside me and we were both exhausted.[/b]

Politics / Re: Failed Card Reader: Africans Are Just Too Dumb by asadokie: 2:55pm On Mar 08, 2015
There is no technology based control device that cannot be bypassed. All this card reader thing for Nigeria is an absolute waste of time. NY the time it's flaws are discovered, which I believe has happened already, rigging during obasanjo' time would be child's play. Control systems in banking, under the management of the private owners of these banks get manipulated to perpetrate heavy frauds, not to talk of a control system under the management of a body like inec. It's a joke.

If we want to stop rigging in Nigeria, elections should be held for a period of two months minimum, and in not more than one state at a time, so that political parties can deploy their machinery to monitor activities in that state thoroughly.

Electronic devices fail like mad and are very easily manipulated once there is someone who has requisite knowledge.

The card readers from inec, is a waste.

noblezone:
I am having some good laugh over the reports of the card readers failing to read cards or taking too much time to read if it did.

When the white man has a problem, he sits down, anaysis his problems and proffers suitable solutions.

When the black man has a problem, he runs to the white man's land to buy a solution!

Whether the solution will fit into his problem is another story.

If the card readers are what they are telling us they are:
It means the card readers can connect to INEC registration data base, confirm whether the data on a card is in the database.

Questions we need to ask are:

1. After a person has voted, can the card reader flag a voter in the database as having voted so that if the card is used again, it will reject it?
2. Since the card reader can connect to the central database, does that not mean any registered voter can be accredited from any location?
3. Or is the INEC data base located state by state, LGA by LGA and even polling unit by polling unit?
4. If the card reader is just for accreditation purposes only and it is not centralized, how the can it stop rigging?
5. What stops an INEC staff from deactivating certain voters on the server so their cards can be rendered invalid?

There are many more questions to ask!

Yet, my problem is not just this card reader.

Common traffic lights last only for 6 months and pack up.
ATM services are terrible.
Telephone networks are apologies.

Then we are going electronic with voting! Those calling for electronic voting as at now do not know what they are asking for

I laugh in Biafra.

The sooner Africans will sit down to think of African solutions to African problems, the better for us

Am I saying we should abandon technology?
No!
I am saying we should adapt them to suit our peculiar problems.
I am saying we should evolve them.

that something is working in America does not mean it will work here.
You guys can quote me!

Many already believe the card reader is a solution to rigging but the truth is this, card reader can be the master rigger tool.

Dont be surprised that after Jega, you hear of the bribery on the purchase of card reader.
Dont be surprised if the card reader is abandoned or a new contract being awarded for a new type of card reader.

What is wrong with Africans
Why are we so dumb?

Go and Fire Him na! You are type who would be eager to compromise your integrity for fear of losing your job or the confidence of your boss...I don't need to be told that you r d 'high service type'. The guy said he complained about pending uncertainty during his training but they never paid attention to him and you are saying he is wrong by letting YOU and I know the attitude of the management of INEC as regards this election? C'mon mehn, show some appreciation and be reasonable.

I remember whilst I was serving in a remote community in KATSINA in 2011, we were the set of corp members that INEC employed as ADHOC staffs to handle registration of eligible voters and during the training, we were cautioned NOT to register anyone below 18yrs and some guys amongst us asked the officials that how would one be sure or be able to say for certain that someone is below 18yrs owing to the fact that most women in the north become mothers before they clock 18yrs....Their response was if we were sure they appeared less than 18 we should deny them being registered.

At my unit, I had no security, just my assistant who understands and speaks hausa and to make matter worse, none of the people in this community is a literate. And there came this tall, fierce looking man who called a CPC Agent, that he was there to witness and observe the registration process...to cut the story short, this same guy mobilised under aged children for me to register. I told him in a calm tone that am obliged only to register people above 18. The man got furious left us and I think headed home, only to come back after a few minutes with a cutlass and started filing his matchette on a piece of stone close to where we were. I was damn scared for my ma life, cos I know had it been anything happened to me, I'd be gone and nobody, I mean NOBODY, not even the president will give a F*CK that I died trying to do the RIGHT thing! And so I told ma assistant to tell him in hausa to go bring back those kids, that I was now ready to get them registered....This was just registration ooooo! Talk more of voting.

If you want to show how patroitic you can be, go to Kano or Bauchi or Borno and represent INEC there with these unrealiable card readers and let's see if you would make it back with your life.

U dey carry Naija matta 4 ur head, when dem leaders no send ur ass.

you are even a recruited staff and you have started speaking ill of the body that recruited you.The test/mock election was to give inec the idea of the efficacy and ability of the card reader and you as a adhoc staff is already saying rubbish about inec.. You really need to be fired.
The exercise that inec did yesterday was just a test so as flaws and irregularities can be identified and corrected before the D-Day

Simple Answer to Nigeria's problem.
REDUCE CORRUPTION
All these $8bn quoted.. We all know about 50% of it goes to personal aggrandized pockets.
So cut the crap and let the government face the corrupt system squarely with bloody penalty. I bet you - all these overblown figures will vanish in a flash.

it appears we think fighting corruption is an easy task. in a country where almost everybody is corrupt. the easiest way to fight corruption in nigeria is to introduce policies that would make corruption in key areas of our national life unattractive. and i think that is what the president is trying to do. but the average nigerian would sit down and start saying that corruption should be eradicated. now before u can even be president of nigeria, u must dance to the tune of corrupt men else no show. now when u get in there, u suppise u can just throw all of them into prison? things dont work like that. as respected as fashola is, he is still dancing to the tune of one of the most corrupt individuals that has come out of nigeria, and fash cant say a thing abt it. so lets forget this whole matter of eradicating corruption. behold it has not been eradicated in any part of the world, it can only be reduced as u said but its a gradual process and government policies will play a major role. i am not saying fg should remove subsidies, but we must consider objectively the fgs position on this issue.

i have once received healing by the power of the Eucharist. (Holy Communion). i went for an evening Mass having a severe tooth ache almost leading me to tears. when i recieved communion and was praying, i felt i would be selfish by asking the Lord to take away the pain, until i heard the Lord say within me that if i wanted the pain gone i should just ask. i did exactly that. by the time i got back home, the pain was gone. usually, when the tooth ache comes, i use pain killers for athrites to calm the effect until i get proper treatment. this time around it was the Lord hinself, present i the Eucharist that healed me.

Culture / Lagos State Govt. Call Your Strip Clubs To Order by asadokie: 12:19pm On Sep 05, 2011
It is no longer news that strip clubs are numerous in Lagos state. Sometime back, the state govt. shut down some of these clubs only to re-open them (probably after them "settling" who knows). And they seem to have come back with a mission to consolidate their ventures through public advertisement.

One of such clubs situated somewhere off-Allen avenue displays a well illuminated billboard at night (btw 8p.m. and 5a.m.). The bill board contains info about the club and displays nude women posing suggestively (i.e. giving the public a feel of whats obtainable in the club).

This is certainly offensive (at least to some people). For goodness sakes, minors pass by at these times and it could be psychologically disturbing. Other than minors, not all adults appreciate such and so could prove very offensive to such people.

To the best of my knowledge, such display constitutes public obscenity.

For those of us that are knowledgeable on the laws of the land, are there no laws barring such? If there are, why are these guys allowed to violate them?

If there are nairalanders in government, please, we need to get these things off our roads. Patronizing strip clubs is certainly a private thing, as such the clubs shouldn’t be allowed to disturb others with such offensive displays.

If we don’t nip this in the bud, Allen avenue and its likes will soon be filled with such unbecoming displays in the nearest future. We certainly don't need that.

LASG please do something!
