all these contracts he is giving now can he complete them? |
Onlytruth: I share your sentiment here, though I must admit that I am a secret admirer of Onwa Anambra state.governing goes beyod building oif road.it is a holistic approach.me thinks anambra has gone beyod celebrating of construction of roads only. |
Onlytruth: I guess all I'm saying is that there will be the following in this race:somehow i wish ngige wins....let me see if he is really worth the hype...already he is listed as one of the 35 senators that has been docile(never raised any motion or bill) in the senate. |
Onlytruth: I believe he knows, that is why he is calling for reconciliation with the Obi camp.not sure what you mean by obaze cannot survive the heat of anambra politics.that he looks calm might be deceptive.not everyone has to display gra gra to show he is a man.obi even looks calmer than him but i wonder if you will really tag obi as soft and not skillful at keeping the 'wolves' at bay. |
Onlytruth: @Bolded, nwanne never say never in politics. Obi might be realizing that Soludo is the only credible successor he can conscientiously hand over to, so he may be courting the genius ex-CBN boss to join APGA.well if you say so.one thing i know is that is victor umeh has a brain he should know that apga cannot win that election unless the apga candidate has obi's support. |
Tolexander: does that make those that have a higher bill passed better than him?when he entered senate he said he was going there to make a difference.so pls what is the difference he has made? |
it is either soludo wants to enter apga(which i doubt) or he is just being honest.maybe nairalanders who hate obi and are rooting for soludo would think deep about what soludo said. |
una get to reply nri priest aka odenigbo aroli....always suffering from persecution syndrome though he was not like that when he entered nairaland. |
lol at chris ngige.not suprised though. |
hehe lol at chris ngige.not suprised he is among the 35 senators. |
Adejoro74: modernized abakaliki rice mill. They are getting there slowlywho is managing these mills?government or private? |
henrychubayo: My people, shall we now rejoice in great happiness. Finally, Ethiopian airline has finally included Enugu airport as one of their destination. These means that you can now book Ethiopian airline now to Enugu from August 29 according to the information i got. However not relying on gossip since i know Enugu as 100% gossip city, i rush to the web site of Ethiopia airline and to my greatest surprization, enugu was there. These is real. No scams. Visit the website your self at http://www.ethiopianairlines.comnice news. |
op how sure are you about no 9 ie the one about the remotest village having electricity?was akanu ibiam a premier of the then eastern nigeria?i do not doubt the remaining points though. |
peppy luv: Goin tru pples comment al I cud do was smile and wonder y muslims think their women are holy!point of correction I was born and brought up in d north so I knw u guys are bunch of hypocrites.sleepin with underage grls is not a new thing and most southerns who didn't grow up or ever bein to d north wudnt knw until yerima's case. Our security men while we were stil living in kano always slpt wit those small grls that hawk groudnut and they wil b so wicked that they take "buruntachi" b4 mounting those grls which wil make them last for over 4hrs on those little grls and cuz my window was close to the gate,u hear those grls pleading and screaming "wayo allah" but those men wudnt stop but promising them marriage!see opening of nyash. |
biafranqueen: My dear bragging that state funds will not be used for a birthday and all the preaching is sales talk he is jacking us. Please help me figure out why and how this mall was built with billions of cash from his Excellency?well anambrarians are in better position to explain that abuja mall. |
biafranqueen: This is a government school let me leave the mission schools out because I don't pay tithes to them but I pay taxes big time so I have a right to voice my grievance! We can be using this money to put in our business like the Obi's are doing but we feel for the masses should I start with the teaching hospitals?good you said it is a government school.let the missionary school take care of their own simple.also govt should give the missionary enough money to repair the dilapidated infrastructure it ran down in the first instance when it stupidly took over the mission schools in the first instance.it is by doing that that you can now hold government responsible for government schools like this. |
biafranqueen: Are you looking at the pictures my Dear or just typing this is the before picture 4 months it took not 3 years or even 1 year 4 monthsi hope you understand what is meant by day to day running of schools?like daily management of school activities?you think renovation of one block is enough to change the overall bringing up of a pupil? |
biafranqueen: This is a school in Nnewi that was rebuilt by Prince Orizu not the Catholic Church, but as the next in line to the throne he is busy with his friends that are not in government or part of church organizations helping the massesso in essence what is your point?that the mission schools should not returned to the owners?if a private person decides to renovate a school what is the issue?the school you just posted is it a government school or missionary school? |
biafranqueen: So do you think the church should be responsible, and if so how can you just keep collecting fees and not updating the depleted buildings. Looking at my records I have donated to over 4 schools thousands of dollars and I'm not even a member of any church. So are you telling me you are proud of the schools in our states ?if i may ask you when where this schools given back to their original church owners?was it not last year or two years ago?you think just two years is enough to reverse nearly 40 years of utter decay?why should the government continue to burden itself with these mission schools when there are also government schools that need to be taken care off?why not give to ceaser what belongs to ceaser? If you feel that the money you donated is not being made use well enough which institution do you think is easier to hold responsible to bring result?govt or church? |
biafranqueen: My bother the masses better expect too much because my family business pays alot of taxes. I respect him too but what I dont like is when we pretend to be saints and cost effective while we are busy sending money to London and California buying property here and there in very expensive neighborhoods. Or building shopping centers with cash money paid to contractors.those schools belonged to the church in the first instance before it was forcefully taken from the church after the civil war. |
there is a population issue here that people are omitting.there is a particular belt in igboland that is densly populated even though most of the indigenes of that area are not based there.this belt is from onitsha to awka down to mbaitoli to mbaise axis except probably ogbaru in anambra and okigwe plus onuimo in imo.if you outside igbo land the possibility of the igbo person you meet is from that axis is very high.so people from that axis overtime have become used to the numerous dialects that exist around there which in turn makes the dialects been spoken around there more common than other igbo dialects.so there is always a possibilty of people in that axis speaking their own dialects to one another and still getting what each other is saying.however outside these axis the dialects become a bit harder to understand unless you grew up in such an area.if odumchi's arochukwu had such population i do not think he would be complaining. |

Proxytalk: I thnk obi is acheiving dual purpose here providing security in all nuc and crannys of the state as well as stimulating capacity building at innoson-vm where over 4000 people are working.4000? That is a large workforce.i guess ivm 5000 is the mini bus? |
i really wonder what would happen to innoson motors if obi leaves office.his government seems to the biggest customer. |
