@ nuzo
It is not exactly stale news. It is several times worse now than it has ever been. It took a friend 2 days and 1 night to travel from lagos to benin recently. He as the poster said some do slept in the coach overnight. Absolutely pathetic.
Billions of dollars have been budgetted to rehabilitate that stretch of road from the time of Anthony Anenih then Fed. Min. of Works under OBJ. Nothing tangible has ever been done.
It is alledged that some locals whose youths help/are paid to push broken down vehicles from the mud/potholes sabotage the miniscal efforts at patching the roads especially at the Edo and Ondo end. They destroy the tarred roads at night, so they can maintain their source of income.
@ asha80
You need to donate your brain to science research cos it appears an empty space in your skull will serve more purpose. So we should all take to the air because of bad roads? Do you read what you type at all.

No i just type with my brain on the floor grin Abeg build aiports abi no be the in thing for naija now cheesy

Actually eina is right.A lot of women say things like 'i am not going to give him sex' or similar statements that give the impression that they are doing it to satisfy the guy though we all know it is a 50/50 thing.

selingel:
This is a polite insult on the people of Ekiti state, because I see no reason why it should be assumed that, the good people of that state, had to make do with Oni, not minding the fact that, it is the faulty system that gave birth to this man. The case of Anambra, is very different as every tom privates and Harry wants to be what, some are not fit. The situation is so back that, someone that was supposed to be an elder stateman was mentioned to run for the post of a governor, even after being a VP. Just imagine?.

If you do not understand the meaning of 'tentative candidate' to fill space until the substantial candidate is picked to beat deadline then you have issues with english language. So you think Alex Ekwueme is interested in gubernatorial elections?
Business › Re: I Will Transform Anambra Into Dubai - Soludo by asha80(m): 11:40pm On Oct 11, 2009
selingel:
Ekiti politics is between Fayemi and Oni. What about Anambra?
And what is 'what about anambra'?What is wrong in people having ambition? It is just that votes in nigeria hardly counts.

If fayemi and 'tout' Oni is what 'the most educated' state in nigeria can put out as the only people that want to govern the state the it shows the level of 'illiteracy' in that state.
^^^^^ If you drive a car so much that you forget to apply for other jobs it is also one of two things :

1. You love driving a cab and that is where your passion lies so screw any other career
2. You make so much money from it and there is really no need to do anything else.

You have no point. If you have a passion for something, nothing will stop you. Most people don't even have the passion for there degrees. They ended up dia due to JAMB or the greed for money.
Agree with you there.

citizenY:
PDP HAS TRIUMPHED AGAIN. THEY HAVE SHORTCHANGED ALL THE OTHER CANDIDATES
IN THE ANAMBRA GUBERNATORIAL PRIMARIES.THEY HAVE DELIBERATELY TAKEN THIS
CONTEST TO THE WIRE AND THEY WILL BRING THEIR GENIE OUT OF THE BOTTLE-
AND MOST PROBABLY, IT WILL BE CHARLIE SOLUDO.

THE ASSUMPTION THAT GETTING THE PDP TICKET GIVES A DIRECT TICKET TO GOVERNMENT
HOUSE HAS FAILED, INTERNAL DEMOCRACY HAS FAILED. THESE CANDIDATES WILL NOW
DISPERSE AND POLLUTE THE OTHER PARTIES.

I AM GLAD APGA AND AC HAVE CLOSED THE GATES AS OBI AND NGIGE ARE THEIR CANDIDATES.

PDP WILL IMPLODE AND IT IS SELF INFLICTED.
I thought Chekwas Okorie is now the apga chairman? How come Obi is now the apga candidate knowing the hostility between the two?
