@poster, your story is quite interesting n encouraging. it's the kind of story we need to build a united Naija. But in the real sense, that act of generosity wasn't for you but towards the OKada owner with a broken chain. OP thru your narrative, I can tell u've got d job. your interviewer were impressed by your CV and probably have discussed it before you were called in. Rem. they were not there to take lectures from you; but wanted to check your ability to handle difficult situations or a difficult boss. I ve had this experience before. we came back one evening at around 6:30pm, my bros rushed into the toilet to ease himself only to rush out screaming mummy snake oo mummy snake oo. we called d mai guard to kill it but by the time he arrived the thing was entering the WC, he struck it twice but it escaped. mummy bought a gallon of conc. acid and poured into the toilet. but one week later the snake appeared again but was exposed by our dog. the dog barked viciously untill wandering what was wrong I followed the dog and God saved me I almost walked into the thing with head raised ready to attack. It is a cobra. We called the guard and this time he killed it. It was still bearing wounds from the two strikes the guard gave it in their first encounter. Just the size d op posted. A very scary encounter.

pls I don't know where u work or even if u are of working age, The problem is that this people have learnt to circumvent the law with active collaboration with the supervising ministry. knowing the unemployment level no body wants to lose his job.

It's very unfortunate that the ministry of labour and NLC has closed their eyes to the inhuman treatment Nigerian citizens suffer in the hands of Indian investors. In these companies owned by Indians, name them Dana group, Lacasera, Prima, Indorama, Indomie just to mention but a few, the Local employees are more or less slaves in their father land. NLC take note.
