Piling 45k, hy must be very short piles infact I think this extimate may be a desperate one to get the job.

You have one of my designs as ur dp. Hope u don't start claiming ownership later on.

Firstly, you have to understand that prices in cost varies pending on the person involved

*price for pegging slated at 30k isn't bad

*price for digging @ 20k is fine too

*price for blinding @ 30k is okay

*Then for the carpenter and welder, if you have pillars all round the foundation and a chain beam i think the price is fair but u could further negotiate slightly at-least to ur own advantage

*The 240k for casting does it include materials? If it doesn't then that's a kill

For the filling, how did you guys arrive at that price since the foundation is yet to be dug and block work set to dpc level. I think u should finish up with that before negotiating the filling.

I disagree with you on number 1. Visitors toilet is very ok, for instance a stranger has no reason to enter the main house to use the main toilet.
I agree with number 2 and 3, there should be a corridor connecting the rooms.
I also hope the roof won't be these common roofing nowadays that waste wood and make it difficult to mount solar panels.

Yes!! the visitors toilet is important as that'll serve the guest/visitors. Corrections to be made is to repostion it as its eating up the chunk of space there in the entrance porch, and also entrance, hidden from public view

Those area i marked x with numbers on them needs attention..

1. I can't be coming to your house and on entering the first thing that welcomes me into the home is a toilet. Secondly, the visitors toilet has eaten up the chunk of space in ur entrance porch which is not so idea as that area can also be used as a relaxation spot .

2. I noticed from ur plan that i can only access the rooms and kitchen via the dinning. Think about the sitting arrangements in ur dining area, that'll obstruct movements as I'll always have to move the chairs and all forth and back to gain access into the rooms. I don't think it's really conducive.

3. Same dinning is also an access point to the visitors bedroom. That's not too ideal. As earlier stated that'll disrupt movements because of the dinning sets there.

Conclusion
*Reposition your visitors wc
*Reposition your dinning

Every other thing there is okay

Why re you recommending 6" blocks for a multilevel building? not to mention even giving an option of 6" solid , Don't you know solid blocks isn't ideal as it encourages thermal conduction?

Stone coated roofing will bring out its beauty the more. Though quite expensive than normal aluminum roofing sheets

Budget = 16m depends ur taste in finishing
Total number of blocks= 8000
Blocks size/type = 6" solid/hollow
Granite= 30tons of 3 quarter

Why not put the event hall at the ground floor and take the hotel to the upper floor.

As regards ur budget of 60m to errect such may or may not be feasible depending on what you're looking at especially in finishing.

Morning y'all, we're on site this morning to commence with the day's work as work continues this morning.

We've attained lintel level for the house as we'll be commencing with boarding and lintel reinforcement tomorrow...
