I think the judge goofed here. The baby has a right to live and it is not within the capacity of the judge to determine if the baby should die or live. This will only lead to more pressure from NGOs that want to foster the child.

The will of that woman supersedes any opinion of the judge even if she's 1year old.

I have never traveled, as a matter of fact, I just got my passport today. I don't know how to go about anything, I truly seek for help from you guys. I would like to know how the invitation letter should look like, what's the first step to take, my reason for going there is just for visit. Plz guys, how can you all be of help? I applied for B1/B2 visa this month with hubby and kid and was denied, see transcript below and advise.

Me and hubby: Good morning
VO(African/american Female VO in Window 7):passports please
VO: where are you visiting
Hubby:Orlando
VO: will you be having any children in the US?
Me: Chuckles..No, my baby is less than a year
VO: Have you travelled out of the country before ?
Me and Hubby: Yes to UAE for our honeymoon
Me: yes to UAE for work trip
VO: What's the trip about?
Me: Training on so and so
VO: How long have you worked in your company?
Me: 5 years now
VO: what of you sir?
Hubby: 4 years
VO: where do you work
Hubby: Bleep plc
VO keeps typing all along and finally she said unfortunately you do not qualify at this time, you may reapply anytime.
where did we miss it? hubby earns about 300k and I earn abt 500k.
The VO rejected about 4 people before us, how soon can we reapply again pls.

Good evening house I need help. I'm an intending applicant for u.s.a. visa. On reading thru the embassy site I discovered my passport must v at least 6 months b4 expiry b4 I can apply. My passport will expire Feb 2018. Immigration officer v told me I can only apply for another passport November being 3 months b4 expiration of d passport. My question is shld I fill my DS 160 form wt d details of d soon expiring passport or I shld wait till I get d new passport and use it's details. Pls help me out

I'm scheduled for 7th Of November 7:30am interview at Abuja. I'm a final year student going to see my cousin who has been my backbone in school without seeing me in person, finally she wants me to come for Christmas holidays and new year so she will get to see whom she has been paying school fees for. She's a citizen, born and brought up there with 2kids, I really want to see this my aunty, she's so nice and I wouldn't want interview to screw my chances of playing nice boy to her so she will be happy her money didn't waste while training me,

Am suppose travel 13th of December and return 27th of Feb if granted, abeg my people what are my chances because I have been following this thread since and hearing people saying 'ties' me I don't have any tie, I'm a full time blown student, never travelled before neither worked anywhere,

Advice me pls, because I filled in my form 'Student' as honest answer, and I'm 24yrs old, is there any problem on my own case? Advice me pls everybody here both small and big, I need your advice, dont forget to add your prayers for me behind

Hi, I'm new here A friend needs ur help ND sincere advice,please no insults and if u find d post unpleasant in anyway pls kindly move past it, she's Goin tru a divorce with a baby age 2yrs +, her father is retired engineer wishes to trip her to d USA for 2 weeks (not dat his acc is Buoyant just his pension of 250k per month, but he's trying to help d lady achieve her dreams of going to d USA, mind you she's not going with her daughter, she owns a makeup Studio (Enterprises) she doesn't earn much from it, nd d divorce is still in court so she has to be around since she filed for d divorce, she intend coming back because she can't stay even a month without her daughter, her father owns up to 4 houses as properties now her questions are, what are her chances cos she has paid for her visa fees(advice from someone she met online) meaning there is no going back pls can u help on which way forward can she go that will prosper her.
